No good at all. Got 6 tires on my service truck and an alignment. Had to bring the truck back because they didn t do the alignment. I ask 3 times before I left and they said (yes we did the alignment) . You can t do the alignment and install 6 tires in 1 1/2 hours. I did trust this place, but not any more. Please don t lie to customers.

The crew at Tire Crew is exceptionally pleasant, professional & efficient.I've bought tires here & bought the service plan, & they've fulfilled that very well.I've come here for a tire leak & they fixed it quickly.I'm here now getting spark plugs & they said it'll take 2 � hours so I'll let you know at 11 of they got done early!I did make an appointment so they could have ordered the parts yesterday but they didn't. But they did take my car to the service in a few minutes so I think that wasn't a long delay.10:10 they're done!

We will never do business at this place again. They damaged my wheel and tried to cover it up. We ask to watch the video camera recording. At first the owner said yes,but when we arrived he said NO. He said, if you can prove we damage your wheel then we will take care of it.. It wasn't that big of eal to lose a customer over. We will take our money else where!!!!

Great place. Went for an inspection sticker. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and engaging. Will definitely be back!

I showed up on a busy Monday to a parking lot full. I was still in and out of there within an hour. Their crew took the time to help me choose the right tires for what I needed and didn t try to oversell like so many places. My truck rides so much better than it ever has!

Went in for an alignment, was informed that I needed a front right lower control arm before they could do an alignment, and that I also needed new rear brakes and tires. Got all that done and still can't do an alignment. Because I also need rear upper/lower left and right control arms, and the front control arm that was changed apparently had nothing wrong with it so that was money wasted that I really didn't have. My other car was taken in for an alignment, got it back and the alignment was off by more than when it went in, and I was told I had worn out front end parts (I'd replaced all the parts myself the prior) and they charged that alignment as well. Will never do business here again.

This place is an absolute joke Steve Umling the owner is a liar and will over charge for work that doesn't even need done when they say they inspect brakes they don't even put a gage on the pads to get a accurate thickness do not go here you will get lied too and ripped off

Great prices on tires, very knowledgeable on repair, service and vehicle maintenance. Friendly associates that do not try to push unnecessary products. It is a pleasure to do business at Tire Crew.

We were passing through from Texas. Had unexpected car trouble. We were referred to these guys from local Auto Zone. Well we can tell you every one of the young men we dealt w were truly amazing and kind. Thank you all. True Christian hearts. Thank you TJ for the ride and Cade for going above and beyond.

I love tire crew and use them for all my tire needs since they've opened as well as select mechanical needs and inspections. I don't think they work with engines but they will help you out with brakes and suspension problems as well. I guess anything wheel related...? They are friendly and locally owned and run which is important to me! I'm glad Blanchard had something like this available to us!

I'm an business owner, we bring all of our vehicles here for service and tires. I and employees have always had a great experience since moving service work to Tire Crew. Professional, courteous, and good pricing. The one time we have had a problem, it was taken care of immediately. Looking forward the seeing these guys expand over time, proud to know that we do business with a company that gives back to community.

UPDATE: 2019 Subaru Outback needed tires and I wanted a quieter and better ride than the Bridgetones that came with the car new. The store manager recommended a different tire and it was just what I needed, they also helped me get a $200 rebate and nationwide road hazard plus military discount....and family owned!! Professional staff, great service and fair prices...in fact the best prices I can find in the Shreveport area. And when they say "tires in no time flat" they mean it. 4 tires on the Expedition and out the door in less than 1 hour. I don't buy tires where I buy groceries...I want EXPERT SALES & INSTALLATION. Tires, wheels and brakes are critical...they save lives!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff (crew). Had oil changed with tire rotation and alignment. Honestly feels like I'm driving a completely new vehicle and the pricing is fair to boot. I will definitely be giving my business to them going forward. Highly recommend!

Best place in Shreveport/Bossier to get tires. About 10% higher than Wal-Mart, but you get newly manufactured tires, not tires made 3 to 4 years ago at Wal-Mart. Their car repairs are always done correctly and not very expensive. No bad mechanics here.

I needed an Alignment bad on my jeep and not only did that happen they fixed me up .. Great job Tire crew thank you for the great service and fair price$$ totally recommend these guys

Excellent service and friendly staff. Had a blowout on the Highway and they immediately started making repair. Had me back on the road in record time for the rest of my 1000 mile trip.

My son went to Tire Crew in Shreveport Northport Blanchard to get his tires mounted and they damaged one of his wheels and tried to cover it up with a marker. Like we wouldn't notice it. The Manger name is Steve, he's very rude and unprofessional. Do not take your vehicle to them. I will never go their again.

I had a great experience at Tire Crew! I went on a Saturday morning to see about my brakes. They had the problem fixed in 15 minutes and since they weren't too busy, they even took the time to show me and teach me about what was going on with my car. Super nice guys up there, I will definitely be back!

They patched my flat tire this morning. They were fast and courteous. $16.00 and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes! I'm not sure which gentlemen waited on me but I hope he knows how much easier he made my day!

In the beginning of a 16 plus hour drive we had a trailer come unhitched from the tow vehicle damaging the spare tire. The service manager change out the tire himself in the time it took us to walk next door to get a biscuit from McD s. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Had a great experience at Tire Crew!!Took my car in for a simple oil change and they found an issue with my passenger rear CV axle. Super impressed with the crew and their knowledge regarding not only tires but also all aspects relating to automobiles. Tire Crew is fantastic. I went to their website to check prices and found that I could save over $200 compared to the dealership. I filled out the online form requesting a quote and received a phone call before the end of the day confirming the purchase. This was at the beginning of the week. I set the appointment for the following Saturday morning.I arrived about 15 minutes early and they started work. My total drive time was longer than it took for the tires to be mounted.I will definitely go back when it's time for more tires.

Great team of skilled folks that love what they do. Fair pricing, wonderful experience, timely service. They are.very precise and love your vehicle as much as you do. I have been going to them since they have opened and it is an even better experience every time.

Was not there a hour. Was treated like FAMILY. WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN. They had the cheapest tires and got next day. Everyone was going to take 2 days to get.

Offer a full range of services. State of the art equipment with experienced technicians. The prices are comparable and the staff had great customer service skills. Most important, they wanted no time completing the repairs.
