Please find somewhere else to take your car.. Waited 2 weeks for parts. took another 2 weeks to put the parts on. Total of 4 weeks. Doesn't return calls... first time I asked about my car he said, "well technically I have until the 15th". Whatever that meant.. we went PASSED the 15th. Still no car. Seems to take it very personal when asked about when HIS job will be done. I see where another lady had this same experience with the same guy in another comment.

Took my vehicle in for a simple bumper replacement. When I initially called, I had to make an appointment about a month out, but the wait really wasn t the issue. The issue was the wasted time that my car sat in the shop while they ordered the part. On the initial call, I asked if the appointment would be for the repair or an assessment. They said the repair. I kept trying to figure out if there was a way we could go ahead and get the part ordered before I brought it in for repair, but they would not work with me on that. When it came time for my insurance company to reimburse my car rental payments, they only paid for 3 out of 8 days of the rental because the time for getting the parts ordered would not be covered, and I 100% agree as my car was completely drivable. A bumper repair does not take 8 days. But what was especially frustrating is that none of my voicemails nor my insurance company s voicemails were returned. Every issue took multiple phone calls. Two stars because the work itself was fine, but I will not be a returning customer.

This is the 2nd car I have brought to Tim's in the last year. Bad for me, great for them! Can't say enough good about my experience on both occasions. Just got my daughter's car picked up and was extremely pleased with the body work on her VW Jetta. Professional from start to finish and only had the vehicle for 10 days. Previous work done by other body shops in the area took far longer.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Just dropped off Four 28 rims to be painted I bought my own paint an Rayes wanted to charge 400$ 100$ a rim called Tim now I m only paying 250$ For all four very nice open clean mechanic work space pick them up Wednesday I haven t seen them yet but they was so professional and organized I will continue to do business....Very Clean business and Ahh professional organization!!
