My daughter took my car to get the oil changed there and they didn't change the filter on my Mercedes E350. My car quit while my daughter was driving it and she was stranded in an unsafe area of town in the dark for hours before the tow truck came. I attempted to contact them over the phone and a guy called me back and said that he would have someone to call me back from the Youree Drive location because he was at the Mansfield Rd location. Needless to say, no one called me back. I had to come from Houston to go up to the Youree Drive location in person and talk to someone on February 17, 2024. I provided my information to the guy working there and he said that the manager was on his way out of town for a Manager's retreat or gathering and he would be gone for about a week. Today is now, February 27, 2024 and no one has contacted me yet.

William and Brandon were great! My engine light came on. I already knew where to go! Whether it's my scheduled oil change, a tire pressure check, or (in this case) an engine light comes onI, I know who to rely on! I truly appreciate them (and all of the other wonderful workers at Take 5)! Every time I pull up, regardless of location, I know I never have to worry! Professional, fast, positive energy and knowledgeable....5/5 hands down!!

This was my first visit to a Take 5 Oil Change location; they ve not been my regular oil change provider. That all changed after yesterday s visit. These guys were completely customer focused. I will not return to my former provider - all of my family vehicles will now use them. Kudos.

Always good fast service when I have been a customer. I'm thankful for the discount and other features that are needed. Not only do you get your oil changed but also tired aired up and fluids topped off under the hood. They will check your air, cabin filter and wipers blades to. Of courses you have to pay for those but they charge a decent price. Thank you for your service!

Went for a oil change and left with a headache. Take 5 means I'm going to rush and forget to replace the cap on your oil reservoir. Called customer service and they transferred me 5 times. Once to Canada. All while I was on the side of the highway.

Technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. My mom has a 3 year old car with less than 6k miles. Tech was very honest telling us we didn t need an oil change. I have told several friends and will definitely use this location again

Nice place, but a bit short-staffed. The staff members were super cool and courteous, and working really hard. The oil change itself is quick, but waiting in line was extremely time consuming the day we went because of the lack of staff members. If more people worked here, this place would really be humming along quite nicely! Prices were fair if not a bit high, but there are free checkups/fill-ups between oil changes which keeps customers coming back. We will likely return, but if the number of staff members does not improve, we may look elsewhere depending on how much time we can afford waiting in-line.

It was Christmas Eve and I was traveling when a warning light came on in my SUV. It was raining, I was exhausted and was afraid to travel further. I pulled in and asked if they could read the code, air up my tire and go ahead and change the oil. The guys were super nice, helpful with information and didn t mind taking care of me, even though it was Christmas Eve. I appreciate them and will go back to that location if I need them again, while traveling. Thanks Take 5!

Got an oil change here yesterday and it was a decent experience. The gentleman offered us cold water, they got my information and it was quick and easy. Will be returning next time and telling my friends and family!

My first time going here and I will definitely be back for all my oil changes and fluids check. They have the best customer service and their service was excellent. They were so nice when I pulled in and they took care of my 2017 Infiniti Q70L . They had the exact oil that I use which is Mobil one . They check all my fluids and capped them off they check my wiper blades and my air filter all that. Everything was less than 15-20 minutes.. I have nothing bad to say at all. If I can give more than 5 stars I ll give them 100. Thanks Guy s Service: Oil change

Went to have oil and filter change. Computer told mechanic my 2012 Chevy Impala with 3.6 engine holds 6 quarts. I changed my oil years ago and always put 5 quarts in motor and that topped it off. They put in 6 quarts and as soon as started engine shook violently and quit. Oil got sucked in air cleaner and into motor. Been taking car to oil change places for years and never had this problem. They had to completely drain again ( just had to drain 1 quart) while I waited. Had to remove all intake hoses and clean oil out of. Took at least an hour. So I asked about why it charged me for 6 quarts and asked for refund of extra quart. Mechanic said computer wouldn't let him do that. He gave me 25% off of next visit. So I get charged $8.99 for extra quart of oil my car can't hold and can't refund. So when I go back (not) I'll be charged for 6 quarts instead of 5. So if I go back now I'm being charged $8.99 plus tax again. Sounds like a scam to me. Ok. So I looked up online and my car does hold 6 quarts with filter change. Obviously wasn't drained completely or would have worked. So now I'm realizing someone screwed up draining the oil apparently. Just checked my oil level and it's low now because only put in 5 quarts. Will never go back. Buying a quart of oil and doing myself. Maybe never changed oil filter?

The staff went over and above by pointing out issues with my vehicle and then made appropriate recommendations without trying to sell me unnecessary services. I'll definitely be returning to this location often!

Took my Tahoe in for an oil change. They didn t have the required oil so I went and purchased it. So now I m a customer supplied oil change. The guy changing my oil put in all 10 quarts instead of the required 8 quarts! So they vacuumed out around 2 qts. At payment time I told them to subtract the $12.70 off for my lost oil. So what did the manager do? He took $10 off! Not good customer service at all in my book! This store still owes me $2.70 according to my math!A follow up - I checked my oil level & had to return to remove more oil. They were about a quart over still. But this time the manager offered me some incentives to return again, which I told him it was too much.So in the end I got my satisfaction, which was the apology & the offer for incentives. I refused the incentives (I thought they were too much), but I will return again. It s just too convenient, although expensive!

The 2 guys that work there were on their phone the whole time they were working on my car if the one pouring the oil was paying attention he would ve spilled the oil all over my engine now the fumes come in the car every time I m riding any where it s horrible when I asked him about it he just said yea it will go away REALLY I can t tell cause it s been over a week now!!!Service: Oil change

I get air in my tires, that s all. I ve waited 1hour and 30 last time I got my oil changed. They didn t do anything but change the oil. Lied about other stuff. New staff every time I use to go there

The first time I visited my skid plate was not reconnected well and it fell down and rubbed the tabs off to connect it back. I had the skid plate zip tied back up to hold it in place.The next time I visited I pulled up with no other customers and it took so long for someone to come out that I was backing up to leave.I will not be back.

Anthony was very kind and efficient. As a woman, I find it difficult knowing a lot about my car. He pleasantly answered all my questions about the air and cabin filters needing to be replaced and even offered me a discount. I brought my baby in today for an oil change. Greeted right away by a polite gentleman, who explained there would be a little wait and offered my son & I something cold to drink. The wait was not that long at all. Brandon & Will tended to my Challenger R/T (my dream car, so I'm picky). Brandon was very polite,personable, & professional. Everyone was. The actual oil change was done quickly. I liked that they were not pushy about additional services/products, but offered informative options/suggestions when there was a need. That friendliness, efficiency, & professionalism will make me a loyal customer!! (I hope you guys that were there today get to see this & know you're appreciated)

Pulled up to get my oil changed and the technician was about to start when the other guy stopped him saying I had 3000 more miles to go so they put air in my tires and I got a new sticker and was told the mileage is the number to watch since synthetic oil last longer.. Very good technicians... will continue to get my oil changed here.

Best place in town. I work for an auto distributor but went to them today when my Lexus said low oil. It holds 7 quarts, Free: I went in and they tipped off two quarts and gave me a top off and check up. Best best place...only place I'll go.

The 2 employees were not nice. They did not show me the dipstick when they got done. They did not give me a sticker to show when my next one was due nor did they reset my onboard next oil change due in the car. I won t go back to this one.
