When I first got there, the guy wasn t friendly so I almost left. Thinking I don t want anybody with that negative attitude working on my truck not even for 2 minutes. Jay quickly came over & was very friendly & assured me that they would take care of my vehicle. Jay provided me with great customer service, he was very informative. Jay is a great asset to your company. Thanks Jay-5

Quoted a price by Corporate line and drove to Bossier store. Stated that they cannot change oil in cars without dipstick like most new European cars. I then call corporate back (so I think) and they sent me to Shreveport. Although they were nice, they would not honor price quoted by Corporate, and tells me that I will need to drive back to Haughton, and come back tomorrow to get a discount, as he isn t authorized to cut the price to $70. SO I DO EXACTLY AS REQUESTED, TO HAVE THE MANAGER SAY WELL I JUST CANNOT GIVE YOU THAT DISCOUNT EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE QUOTED BY CORPORATE, DROVE TO TWO DIFFERENT STORES, AND THEN TOLD TO DRIVE HOME AND DRIVE BACK TO SHREVEPORT AGAIN FOR WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE $20 OFF THE FULL PRICE QUOTED AT 2 OTHER OIL CHANGE STORES!!NOW, THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS THAT after driving home and letting car sit overnight, I notice A LARGE POOL OF OIL under my X5, and upon opening the hood, notice that oil has been spraying everywhere from the oil filter housing. I can only assume that they didn t replace the TWO O-RINGS and WASHER THAT HAVE TO BE REPLACED WITH EVERY FILTER CHANGE THAT COME WITH EVERY FILTER YOU BUY!! I then start my car to discover a message that says CAUTION EXTREMELY DANGEROUS LOW OIL PRESSURE, CAREFULLY TURN THE VEHICLE OFF!! MY $120 OIL IS GLISTENING IN MY DRIVEWAY! I will reach out by stopping by the store itself, because as it turns out, the COMPANY SUPPORT number, is simply a TELEPHONE CALL CENTER using a SCRIPT!! TO SAY THAT IM UPSET IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT I WILL KEEP YA POSTED!MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO TAKE 5 MORE SECONDS TO FIND ANOTHER OIL CHANGE SERVICE!!Service: Oil change

They were fast efficient very personable it was actually an enjoyable task. However, I had replaced my radiator and asked them to check the transmission fluid and others. I bought fluid and had it in my trunk make sure they do that after leaving I decided to check and make sure because I was afraid something might have been leaking and there was no fluid in the transmission... If I had not looked it would have been very bad. I did take advantage of the free topping it off for so many miles. Went back a few days later and had them check it luckily everything is fine as best I could tell. I was pretty worried I had a couple of gears that seemed to hang a little longer than they're supposed to.

When I pulled up cones were in front of all three lanes so I assumed they were closed. I started backing up to leave. Guy- Jace, Jax can t remember his name had an attitude when he came out and directing me forward. I didn t realize they were still open. I pulled up and he doesn t greet me, ask my name, nothing. I really wanted to ask for someone else to service me. Cause his attitude was extreme and uncomfortable. It was only 2 of them so I let it go. He did explain to me how much everything costs and asked me what I prefer. The manager I m guessing rung me up. I told him I was a VIP member and he took care of me. Would I go back to this location? Most likely not. Good customer service to me starts at the door!

My experience was wonderful!!! The guys were professional, caring and funny which really made my day. They even noticed that my birthday was coming and wished me happy birthday!!! I ll keep coming back!!!

Excellent service and very professional technicians! Typically I prefer to change my own oil, but between buying a house with a really sloped driveway and not having as much time as I used to, I had to take my truck somewhere to get the oil changed. They were super awesome with the whole thing and they offer a great military discount!Would highly recommend these guys to anyone that needs an oil change, especially if you re military!

Full service isn t what it used to be. They changed the oil and air filter. They didn t check any other fluid, tire pressure, etc.. I drove out with a low tire and empty washer fluid. I wouldn t go to this Take 5 the Bert Kouns and Youree Dr store is managed much better.

Bailey and Jay were so kind changing my oil yesterday! They were telling jokes the whole time and even offered me water! They definitely improved the customer experience!

I went in because my tire was low and it was the only place open. The two gentleman that helped me were so nice and courteous. Even made sure to look all around the tire to make sure there wasn t a nail.

Over all service was good. Only thing that was negative was that I had to ask to have my tire air pressure checked and it took a while longer than I expected once i was in the pit, longer than 30 minutes. I also had to ask for a bottle of water and when it was given to me it was warm and was still in the carton not in a cooler. The Take 5 location at Youree drive and Bert Kouns Avenue in Shreveport Louisiana, that I usually use is a lot betterService: Oil change

Used to work at the kings location and got banned for moving on to a better company. It s sad that a 35 year old also the manager of the place is so childish that he will ban you out of pettiness because you left his shop. Absolutely would have stayed a customer after the fact but not now. I ll take my buisness elsewhere I hope you see this DJ

I am soo thankful to the young man that checked me in. He checked my oil and let me know I didn't need an oil change until 7,000 miles, not 5,000! I was soo happy and thankful! May God bless him for being honest!

First off the guy was rude and made very little eye contact and then it took him like 10 minutes to tell me he didn t have the oil filter for my vehicle. Then he suggested that I could go get it elsewhere and return for the oil change at the same ridiculous price. I took my vehicle to the Ford dealership and paid like $20 LESS than what this courteous professional well deserving of a job employee told me.

Can't say how great, courteous, and quick the team is at Take 5 even if you need a quick check on everything for a trip. Super team who do a great job at Kings Hwy and Youree Drive in Shreveport, LA.

The guys that were there were absolutely GREAT! The service was great and quick. Their attitudes were awesome. I honestly drive across town to get my oil changed here because the service is always GREAT!

Guys were very nice and polite offered everyone in the car a water and made sure we didn't need anything. Very knowledgeable but didn't try to pressure me into buying all the extras. Also gave me a coupon for my next oil change. Will definitely be back. I hate giving 5 stars. Really I do. I usually can room for improvement. I'm very judgey. But dang it they deserve it. Their customer service was great but they get a FIVE for HUSTLING. They didn't have my oil filter in stick and they RUSHED and went to auto part store and got it. I didn't feel pressure on add one. I still don't understand why they don't make cleanable air filers but that is a rant for another day. This is not the first time a place didn't have my oil filer and usually they are just you are SOL. Seriously I give this place mad credit for doing a job right and a reasonable price and caring about my time.

Wreaks of marijuana smoke and the workers behave intoxicated. I never even got an oil change as they where to inebriated to quickly deal with who they had to get to me.
