The window tint looks good; however, when I factor in what I m going to have to pay to get all the scratches taken care of on my wife s new car, I think it will prove to not be a good value We had only had this car a few weeks when I took it in to have the windows tinted. I m not sure what they did once my car was taken to the back but I am not happy about all these scratches!!!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Absolutely great! We dropped our car off at 10:30 and it was ready before 12:30.Everyone was nice and very respectful.Thank you TNT!

So far they've tinted 5 vehicles for me and not only is the work absolutely perfect, the customer service and waiting area are excellent. Big cushioned chairs to relax in while waiting but still the fastest tint job I've ever had. I indeed had both a Pleasant n Professional experience @ T & T. Prior to goin I read some reviews as I always do n must admit I almost didn't go. I had to remind myself ppl often express one sided views. All the reviews were very positive towards the front staff then wasn't so kind to Mr. Charles. Well, the front was Pleasant but I disagree with much of the not so pleasant images of Mr. Charles. I don't know him personally n I didn't go there looking for a new friend. I went there for Great, Honest, n Professional Services. I needed my vehicle tinted to my desire n 2 personalized front plates designed n made. I got exactly what I wanted on both fronts. Now Mr. Charles was not the type to stand around joking n making small talk. He properly greeted me n right away asked what n how I needed my desired tint. He made it a point to give me the Legal information got my decision n moved on to take care of the next person. To my surprise my vehicle was ready sooner than estimated time. The after care was properly explained to me. I appreciated his appreciation for time. A lot of ppl come to establishments n expect what shouldn't be expected. They're looking for small talk, full of silly questions rather than come prepared with what u desire then let them get to work. There're others needing services besides you. Thank to everyone at T & T, n Great Job Mr. Charles. I Highly Recommend This Place!!!

this was my 3rd challenger to have tinted here and I will continue to return in the future. both employees I dealt with were very professional and kind. Mr. Charles was very patient explaining my different options and when I had a tiny peeling issue after the install he fixed it good as new without any trouble. will never go anywhere else.

Never been in this business before so I decided to stop by and see what they had. I Walked in with no appointment, found the tonneau cover I've been wanting for a while, placed my order, came back the very next day and dropped my truck off, later that day the cover was installed. Great experience with fast excellent service. I'll definitely be back for more accessories..

I try to support our businesses, however Charles was extremely unprofessional/rude from the time that I called to check prices for window tint. When he told me the price, I asked if they accepted walk ins or appointments, he immediately started rambling about how long he s been in business and said that he could fit me in for an appointment at 9:30 am, 2 days later (which was fine). I dropped my car off and asked how long does it generally take and he stated that he had about 7 cars ahead of me and that it would take 4 hours and that he would call me..(which was also fine). Over 5 hours later, I didn t receive a call. I called to check on the car and the nice receptionist gave him the phone and he immediately started yelling that he SAID he would call me and that there were 10 cars ahead of me and that he never promised a time. So I guess I just made it up.. He said he would try to have it ready after 3 pm, when I had an appointment for 9:30. He continued to be rude and said that the appointment is just to get the car in line, which was not stated on the original phone call and it doesn t make sense. I would have rather just went elsewhere where they would be professional and on time. The ladies at the desk were very pleasant, but I can t say the same about Charles. The only reason I m giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 is because it is a B.O.B. and I hate leaving bad reviews for B.O.B. However, I will never step foot in this place again. Horrible customer service from Charles

The service experience was professional, the price affordable, the tint excellent. This is the second truck that I have utilized their services for, I traded the last truck and purchased a new one. I am in my vehicle most of the day going from property to property, I'm a Broker/Realtor Investor and Remodelor so my truck is my second office most days.I would not have trusted anyone to tint a brand new F 450. I would suggest this company to anyone, I also read the reviews and I like direct people. When I asked the owner quesions he answered them and I could tell that he is a straight to the point type.James LemonService: Vehicle window tinting

We have had two DVD players installed by tnt, and they did excellent work. Both times our vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be. Very kind and professional, and cheaper than the other places we called for quotes. Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and professional. I have had a lot of work done on my car here (window tinting, sunroof add, spolier add, etc...) and they always turn out a quality product. The prices are reasonable and very competitive in the industry. I would definitely recommend this business and will use them again in the future.

It was great quick service here with a pleasant waiting area. However, it's 2 years later and my Tinted windows are faded. When I first got them done, you couldn't see a thing inside my car. As of today, you can see inside my car within a couple feet. My car is garage kept so it doesn't spend maximum time in the sun. I had 3 cars before with Tints and this never happened. As a result of this, I am going somewhere else to get my tints removed for $$ and get new ones put on for another price. I would say to this business as an improvement, to get quality Tint film.

Never stepping foot in the place again! Charles is rude and has no sense of professionalism.. Also, about the comment of another customer wanting to support a Black owned businesses, you CANT!! They don t know how to deal with their customers respectfully, always an attitude over something! It s sad to say but the white folks treat you better and does great work. Paying a little more is a hit or miss but it s all worth it if it s a great job and the service is nice! Your job as an business owner is to to be patient, great communication skills and knowing how to handle difficult customers and CHARLES KNOWS HOW TO DO NEITHER!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Had two different cars to get tinted windows and it's been two years so far and no issues. Also they give you a lifetime warranty on the tints and the pricing is very reasonable. I'll recommend this place to anyone.
