Michelle Cathey is a fantastic! She is the face of this particular location & her customer service quality skills are remarkable, even impeccable! Michelle s ability to communicate so thoroughly, about my particulars for storage, was a huge help! Her help in understanding of what a customer storage needs are, is why I decided this facility will facilitate my storage needs! There are many other storage facilities in area, BUT, her knowledgeable experience totally influenced my decision. I look forward to my storage needs at this facility for years to come. We have used twice now 5 years apart and both experiences very pleased! Staff went above and beyond to help us get in when we needed to and hours were great and convenient. Great customer service!

All staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly to do business with. I ve used storage sense for so long if not for my move I would continue being a customer. I will miss them like family.

Customer service was top notch! Any time I had a question it was answered quickly. Setting up took all of 10 minutes and that was when a computer was down too! Great people clean units.

I have been a customer at this location for seven years (even before Storage Sense took over). The people in the office have always been nice, but I have never met someone as professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as MICHELLE CATHEY. After the most recent corporate rate hike, I found it necessary to move my belongings. Michelle understood, but worked tirelessly to help me find a way to downsize a little and save money. SHE ALONE IS THE REASON I AM STILL A (HAPPY AND SATISFIED) CUSTOMER at the 411 Bert Kouns, Shreveport, LA location.

The store manager, Michelle Cathey, was AMAZING! She was so sweet and helpful! When I walked in I was clueless on what I needed and how to accomplish what I was needing to do. She walked me through and helped me find the perfect fit. She even went a step above by providing me with contact info for several moving companies. It was such a pleasure working with her! I would highly recommend Storage Sense. The facilities are really nice and secure and they obviously hire the best of the best! Thank you so much Michelle, you made my day!-Laura

I has to have heart surgery in the middle of all this and honestly money got very tight.Never missed a payment but was late a couple of times.The staff was so helpful and understanding.Very nice people

I needed to find a storage unit last minute because I last-minute decided to move out of my apartment. I frantically called multiple locations around town trying to find a storage unit big enough for all of my belongings. I called Storage Sense off of I-49 and spoke with Lisa. Lisa was at the Shreveport location doing a routine audit, however, she works at the Alexandria location. She was so informative and kind. When I arrived later in the day, Liza and Patsy (a Bossier City location employee who was filling in at Shreveport) greeted me with such a welcoming spirit. This was my first time ever putting my things in storage, and I was a little nervous because I did not know the process of renting a storage unit. They helped me out SO much - I am eternally grateful. Lisa walked me to my unit and answered any and all questions I had. Patsy helped me with all of the paperwork! Two wonderful ladies who made my experience even better!

Online rent/reserve option is very convenient and easy. Office manager is very nice and always pleasant to communicate with. Facility is well kept and very clean. I am a repeat renter!

Staff is very professional from start to stop. From explaining the cost, filling out forms and handing me the card with my PIN to get in the storage unit, the experience drives my rating and reason I'd recommend your facility.Even when we elected not to sell my moms house and cancel the rental of the unit, the manager was gracious and so prompt in sending an email confirming the unit was clean.The facility is nice and well maintained. That is great but the staff makes your business successful. I am sure that location is a high performer.

Always courteous and helpful. Works with the client in order to find the right space. Doesn t try to keep their money when they get to clean a space out early! This one is very important. Close to my home.

I recently rented a unit and Jillian was awesome! She patiently walked me through the process ensuring all of my documents were signed. She explained the policies and was extremely helpful with the shipment of my household goods. This experience was VERY STRESSFUL but her assistance eased a complicated process. She s great!!!

Staff is friendly, but couldn t keep my stuff there with the frequent rate hikes. Moved down the road for a way better price and a bigger space.

We have been customers of this storage facility since 2004. While we NEVER intended on having to store things quite this long, it just had to be done. We are thankful for the convenience and great customer service provided by their office staff. It is nice to speak with the same familiar, friendly voices each month when making payments. Thanks to Ms. Becky, Mr. Kenny, Ms. Carolyn, Ms. Cindy and all other staff who have assisted us through the years!

The staff was always friendly. The only issue I had occurred during the power outage, I did not have access to my unit due to the electronic doors.
