Mr Shelby and his staff are courteous and always helpful when aligning you back for the road. He will handle all details and make this a smooth process for you. I have found some of the other collision places to be half hampered with customer service, not Shreve City Collision. Highly recommend this repair shop and worked well with insurance & state inspection requirements for reconstruction of a title. Owner was thorough & detailed to work with.

I have visited this shop more then I want in the past year... but they do good work and Shelby is always friendly and willing to help.So if you need a body shop give them a try.

Shreve City Collision is the most trustworthy, knowledgeable and customer friendly body shop I know of. There may be others in the area, but I ve used them multiple times with no issues and they work hard to help you keep your deductible. I pick my vehicle up and it s been cleaned and looks like new. They do great work at a fair price but the level of service truly sets this place apart. Shelby Townsend & his team are awesome; they fixed my 2014 Camaro on 2 separate occasions when I backed into my neighbor's cars. Couldn't tell it had ever been wrecked. And it took less than a week, earlier than expected. Now I will be dropping the same car off to him later in May to have the front end repaired from a jerk taking a left in front of me with no ins!! Upon bringing it in for Mr. Townsend to see, I showed him where the front passenger tire was rubbing against the firewall underneath & he took my car back, had that removed, and tied my front bumper up b/c it was close to falling off. Awesome customer service!

I can t say enough good things about this place! From start to finish everyone was so nice and helpful! Shelby kept me updated about the progress of my vehicle and was fixed in a very timely matter! Will definitely be using them for any further repairs!

My experience here was incredible. The employees were professional and friendly. They handled every aspect of my vehicle's repair and kept me informed as the process progressed. Amazing body shop. They were able to perfectly match a 3 stage pearl coat on my car. Their quality is top notch and their prices are very reasonable as well.

Recommended by Insurance agency on a claim after being rear ended. Authorization already provided, guaranteed several thousand dollars. From walking in the door and asking for the estimate felt as if intruding and putting employees out, once outside and treated they same way once asking a question I decided to take business elsewhere. Nothing like guaranteed payment and being treated that poorly, certainly won't return
