Second time trusting Shreve City Car Care, and I m really glad I came. These people are knowledgeable, honest, and offered explanations of the problems upfront (with no hidden fees). The price was fair and much less than I expected. When I mentioned where I was taking my car for repair, all I heard from other people were excellent reviews and I can see why! Thank you so much!!!!

Okay so my girlfriend and I love this place the owner is so good with vehicles he want cheat you out your money he is very knowledge and trustworthy. We feel very safe bringing our vehicle here because he is so honest and we know he want try and play us because we are females. Oh and his wife is sweet also she really made us feel like we had made a great decision trusting him. We will definitely always bring our vehicle here as long as he is in business.

Great people, great (loyal) customers and excellent car care. The gentlemen in the shop were very helpful, courteous and fixed my car in a very timely manner (even though they had plenty of cars to repair). I do not live in Louisiana, was there to pick up my daughter from BAFB and had a breakdown.Not only did they repair my car, they checked my tires too, and made sure I was ready for the road...They were a blessing to me and an example of chivalry and integrity of service

I absolutely love this place. Not only do they treat my family right, their prices are reasonable! They have a fast turn around and so far my family and I haven t been disappointed. We have been going here for YEARS. I recommend this mechanic to everyone!

I have had work done on my 2012 Chevy Cruze twice and each time I was 100 percent satisfied. I recommend anybody to contact them for your car care needs. The customer service was amazing!!!!

I love the guys at Shreve City Car Care. They have done a lot of great work on my cars through the years and have always made me feel confident they were doing their best to fix my car at an honest, very fair rate.

Do not recommend. Spent over $1000 here before being told to go to the dealership. No refund or partial refund or even an apology for taking my money and not fixing the problem or even making it a little better. Dealership fixed it and weirdly enough charged me less than this place. Lesson learned.

Charged me $235 for an alternator on a 2011 ram 1500. When all parts stores sell them for around $100. I can understand a little up charge, but not double the price. That s absurd. I will not be returningService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Took the time to find a leak for me and lifted it to watch it while running and stopped to see speed/ progression of leak.. I was out of my home town and he was honest with me and said I didn't have to fix it right then and saved me money, time, and hassle. Thanks so much!!

I won't ever go to this place again. They worked on my AC and 3 weeks later AC stopped working again. 500 dollars went to waste. I wish I could give them zero stars
