I have used Shouse on numerous occasions for multiple vehicles and their services have always been top notch with high quality results.Recently they brought my sons 2003 Dodge Ram truck back to life. The resultsWere spectacular with high quality services and attention to details.

Horrible service. They ve had my car for 40 days. Was supposed to have my car done in 18 days. About to pay out of pocket for an extra 13 days for this rental. Service was WAY better a few years ago. Very unprofessional.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I experienced a collision on my way to Colorado to see my sick mother, and Shouse came through for me in the biggest way. I stopped in hoping for a quick fix just to be able to make it the rest of the way home - they were immediately reassuring, helped me out with my tire issue and got me on my way. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind and compassionate. I truly cannot thank or recommend them enough!!

I have never been So satisfied with having to drop my car off and leave it for 11 days! Thepeople are amazing at what they do. They go above and beyond what is expected and then some! I will definitely be coming back for any of my repair or auto body needs.. And a big thanks to Doug, the man who got it done! You the man Doug!

I have used Shouse over the years several times. My father swore by Shouse and used them too many times to count over the years. I have recommended them to many people But never again!! Buyer beware. My daughter car had been hit twice each time we took her car to Shouse. We spoke with Doug each time and he told us exactly what he was going to do. Doug also told us when they break the car down they checks to see if there's any extra damage and if so they inform the insurance company and the client as well. They repaired the back bumper the first time and the next time it was the front bumper. The work was done right the first time. We never had to take the car back to them they do excellent repair work. They are friendly, experienced and does an awesome job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOUSE COLLISION.

My 2500 had a crack in the frame and I took it to Doug. Albeit it took a little longer than expected; not only did he find the one crack. . . He found two more. Appreciate the attention to detail and the final cost was very reasonable. Thanks to you Doug and your technicians!

My son and I recently did business with shouse collision and i have to say they did a very good job on repairing his truck. Mr. Doug and the people at this shop go above and beyond in repairing your vehicle they are the best. I would HIGHLY recommend shouse for your vehical repair. Thank you Again Mr. Doug.

The receptionist is extremely rude. She cuts you off and doesn t allow for you to get any words in. I guess she owns the place the way she acts. Everyone else seems nice especially Mr Doug.

Rude! Just got off the phone with a woman who lacks empathy and customer service. Don t rush through a conversation when someone is asking questions. I guess you people don t need my money. You re so rich, you don t need anymore.
