It's not entirely the fault of this company, but Google says they do State Inspections. They don't. I don't really understand the mindset of an auto repair shop that doesn't provide this simple basic service. Don't waste your time if this is what you need.

Tarek, the owner, was absolutely amazing to deal with. The pricing is extremely fair and he was quick to get the compressor and clutch assembly replaced. Absolutely would recommend this place to get a car worked on by a mechanic. This is the first review I have ever felt valid in writing.The owner of the shop took time to explain to me, an older woman with no car sense, exactly what he was doing, and why. I have paid hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs many times in the past. I took my car to Tarik and expected one problem. Because my car is 20 years old it became 3 problems. He was patient, kind and very helpful. I would suggest to single women, young or old, who would like to have trust in a mechanic, use the services of SBC Auto Care, you will not be sorry.Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Tarek is the best mechanic out there in the city of Shreveport. My transmission was out and he made sure to replace it. The place completely changed from the previous owner. SBC Complete Auto Care is under new ownership, and what a positive difference! Recently I botched a self-repair and searched for auto repair near me. Tarik was able to fit me in same day and complete the project. I was very satisfied with his quality of work, communication, and pricing. After 2 misdiagnoses and $321, the problem still isn't fixed. A first they said it was the wheel bearing and hub assembly. Then they said it was the CV Axle. Tried to charge double both times for parts and labor. Backed off when we found the parts at O'Reilly almost 100 cheaper and still tried to charge double for the work against what was initially quoted. We will never go there again.

Had a great experience with them. They were fair and honest and had great service. They fixed my Jeep within the time frame they quoted, even sent pictures of the job being done. Highly recommend them! I will be bringing all my vehicles to them to work on from now on. Jarvis and Billy are AMAZING! My husband's Cobalt needed a new clutch and flywheel just a few months after we got it. They went to work on it immediately. Stayed on top of getting the parts there quickly. After 5 days out car was out and only cost $1300. My Saturn needed the oil and transmission fluid changed...$120. They even pulled my Saturn back in March over to their shop and let it sit until Pipes picked it up the next day. The transmission locked up (they tried to see if they could fix it first but it was going to cost too much given what was wrong). I just put my Navigator in yesterday afternoon. Called me at 9 this morning and it's ready. $300 for an alternator. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for good and honest mechanic work!

Bo and Malik were awesome! Went above and beyond to help us. Literally never been to a shop this accommodating and with so much hospitality! We were accommodated with a vehicle, they went out of their way to get parts, and worked past the posted hours just to help us out and get us back on the road! Asked them to fix my electric power steering. They said no problem and I told Maliak the owner to just go ahead and put new suspension and a battery in there. When I picked it up it was shaking when I was backing it up, it never did that before. The power steering was ok till i drove for about 10 blocks and then there it was. I don't know how they rigged it to turn off for that long but they sure didn't fix it. They charged me 1,000 dollars and never fixed it. Come to find out when I put 4 new tires on it at another shop I have them check over their work and they never even put the parts on my car that they charged me for. They did absolutely nothing but put a battery in it. I'll be seeing them in court and reporting to BBB. These people pray on women and people who don't know never even got a receipt from them that was correct BEWARE OF THE SCAM anything about cars to steal your moneyServices: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Good reviews can be manipulated by the employees! Both mechanics displayed good knowledge ofAuto Care, but was very rude by not utilizing excellent interpersonal skills that indicates politeness in asking or suggesting . I left and took my business to a company whom treat customers with respect!
