The employees did a great job cleaning my vehicle. The manager was witty and nice, and the ambiance invites you to engage in the process. They take pride in what they do, and I appreciate the way they do business.

Disappointed! The interior and exterior were both still dirty. The door panels appeared to not have been touched. I used to come here all the time but quit due to mediocre results. Decided to give another try and just confirmed my decision. The people were nice, but I expected my car to be clean. Paid for ultimate car wash and gave an $8 tip

Worst customer service ever!!! I called yesterday & was told that I could get a full detail. I showed up by 8:30 & was told that I couldn't. They charged me $24 & barely wiped the car down on the inside. I will never come back again. Also, the owner was very rude as well. And they scratched the plastic covering the odometer readings.

I know it doesn't look like much, but this is a highly respectable business.I'm getting my oil changed, and car washed while in Shreveport, on Youree Street.If you come in, ask for Walter, the owner, and tell him hello. He's a great guy, and a hard worker.The ferrari is not my car. Lol

Great job. The hand dry job was thought and complete I will go back and will tell my family, friends and neighbors to get their cars washed there. They also have a detailing service which I didn t have the time to get. I will in my next visit

Spent $92.00 on an oil change and car wash. Receiving back my car after the service, My steering wheel is now making a noise it never did prior. Somehow someway in the hands of the servicemen, some adjustment was made and broke the piece where the steering wheel attaches to the dashboard. On top of that, the inside detailing was not done properly. I keep a pretty clean car so a simple vacuum and console wipeout is all I ever need. (Besides the outside wash) as you can tell from the pics, what vacuuming was done?hardly None! What wipeout? None.

I've used Roadrunner for years. They do an excellent job with just a regular car wash. The inside and outside are cleaned perfectly. Great, friendly service.

What a great business took a jeep and pickup today. They had them looking fantastic in probably 15 minutes. I will definitely be back

First time at this location and it is the last time I pay for a wash wax and buff got to my car none of it was done I had to send them back now only did they not properly wash the outside they didn't even vacuum the inside they pushed all the dirt up under the mats as an if I wasn't going to lift the Mets and see was it clean first time here and the last

They cleaned my car well. I initially thought my registration and everything in my console was thrown away, but they clarified it had been put in a bag, which I found in the trunk.

A good car wash for the price. When I went, they also had monthly plans starting at $10/month which is super affordable. They have free vacuums as well!

One thing for sure I know they clean those white people crs better than black they don't open the trunk or the doors to clean the water but look for you to give them. Tips! I'm black and proud of it. Yes I got exterior but if you can read I said they do not open the doors and trunk and dry the inside the doors or trunk I sit there and watch them so that's why I do it myself and underneath by the wheel it still be dirty I have no reason to lie and it doesn't matter how long you been open does not have nothing to do with today! And you right you have all black workers because you under pay them. But I'm done with this conversation and I'm done with this business. You the owner wow!

I will give them 2 stars for respect to customers, but I had to tell them several times what I needed done and they kept missing it. It got to a point where the manager and myself had to do my own vehicle to fully detail it and get it done the right way. Not a fan of having to hunt down workers to do a job they should have gotten done right the 1st time, nor am I a fan of having to detail my own vehicle after they were paid 120$ to do so. And no, I'm still not satisfied but I had things to go and do and couldn't wait around anymore hunting employees down to do their job. And I'm not "ridiculously picky" when it's literally in your job description to DETAIL cars and I have to not only hunt down employees, but do the rest of the work myself. Your response only let's me know that you are ok with your employees being like that and it speaks volumes on your end as an owner.

I made a reservation for a hand wash and full detail (multi hour job and easily over $150) but I missed parking in the exact spot. The owner s daughter asked me to move it and I said I was leaving it so they could move it wherever they needed to do the job. She gave me an attitude about my reply and when her Dad came out I got the same attitude. He said that he didn t need my business and asked me to leave. So I did. Nice job as a father, poor job as an owner.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place up until now. The service is usually fast they get my car detailed right and even shine up the wheels! No worries if you don't have money to tip you can always get tip money when you cash out. Highly recommend checking them out.

Disappointed originally, after speaking with David he got me taken care of and insured that the original problem was an outlier, not the norm. Responded immediately to my review. I will try them again soon.

Very nice,very professional. Good job!! Only 7 dollars. I have worker a 10 tip, and told office to keep the change on the wash fee,then I gave a five to the lead man. I was truly shocked and impressed.

I went in for an oil change and was told my car wash would be half price, the technician working on my car told me they didn't have "special equipment" to do my oil change and told me to go down the street to take 5. I went to take 5 and they told me the only thing they needed was a flat head screwdriver, and that they probably just didn't want to do my oil change. The clincher is they charged me full price for my car wash despite it being their fault I had to go somewhere else for an oil change. I didn't even really want them in particular to do my car wash I was just trying to make it a one stop, in the end it cost me about $100 instead of the $55 Roadrunner originally quoted, but bc I had to go somewhere else I had to pay full price for the wash and pay full price at take 5 which was $62. I will never go back to road runner. I've been told twin cities is far Superior if anyone was wondering.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Oil change

They did okay. Had water spots on back bumper. Didn't clean back window or passenger side of driver window.

Super nice and amazing crew. I have four kids that terrorize my car and felt embarrassed to even just get my trash out but they were amazing and understanding. Love it!

$100.00 for a mini detail and I would have done better just throwing money in trash can and not wasting the gas to drive there.Bought my car so there was some white grease pencil on window which was one reason I wanted it detailed. Went back in after I paid for it and they did take care of that but windows smudged all around,Touch screen wasnt touched, white specks on passanger arm rest and in back seat area.Would definately not recommend and they will never get another dime from me. Worst service ever.

Never does a good job in cleaning car inside and windows . Always have to let them know to go cover something. Went 3 times and each one is the same experience. So that's it for me

I went to get my car detailed which were seats only. I looked at my seats and they were not cleaned because it was more dirt on there than was already on my seats. I know that the stain in the back passenger side was heavily stained but who ever cleaned this car put more dirt in there because I cleaned the everything esle in my car but the seats. I will not go back here.
