They came to tow me out and ended up totaling my car. The report was total lie made it seem I was completely at fault for the damage. I think they must have a contract with caddo sheriff. The guy was friendly but didn't even come to apologize for damage done. Never do business with them.

Insulting and unprofessional office staff and not willing to listen to reason. We needed to use their driveway for about 3 minutes to find out where to park the truck to get welded at the business next door. She was rude and had no respect for prospective customers. I read all the bad reviews after our run-in with her. I will definitely not make use of their services in the future.

They couldn't find the registration to my sons truck. All she had to do was look in the door. Said she looked all over the passenger side. Uhm no you didn't. Rude & unprofessional.

They are very rude to you they do not want to help you with anything especially when you just got out of the hospital after a wreck. I explained to them that my license was in my truck and I wanted to see it I had the title and the registration and a picture of my ID on my phone and the lady was very rude to me about and she was extremely rude to my grandfather over him just asking simple question. She would walk away as you was talking to her I would not recommend this place to anyone I wouldn't do business with them at all

Finding this towing service while being broken down in the early morning hours was a God send! I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service, dedication, and empathy Dustin had for me as a customer in my time of need. I truly appreciate it, and I would recommend this business to anyone.

Worst experience possible with a towing company. If the state troopers call these guys; tell them no thanks I'd rather set my car on fire.Guy shows up refuses to negotiate terms and then tells me he wants $180 cash right now in order to take my vehicle to the collision center. I asked him to meet me at the bank, he says ok. I wait at the bank and the guy never shows up... as if having a wreck wasn't bad enough... dealing with this towing company afterwards made the experience even worse!

They were very rude and unprofessional I ask the guy that towed my truck how did the window get broken he started being defensive and yelling then when I started being rude back he and the lady in the office threatened to call the police on me it was very stressful when all I done was ask a simple question and to top it off they stole the battery out the truck so we can t even start it they caused more damage that I have to pay for he told my boyfriend that he apologize for his actions because I m pregnant and he should ve let it go but he wasn t even man enough to tell me himself I honestly feel like they shouldn t even have a business because they don t know how to run one.

Very very disrespect unprofessional rudeness and very eager to take ur car not letting me get my car back for1000 bucks and that's the only cat I have to get to work and do my gigsBut they don't care I don't have 336.33 to get my car back I have a 1000 but told me get out her office and want let me make payment bad bad company

Has no problem further damaging a vehicle if it's been in an accident. To bad they are contracted to Caddo Sheriff.

This towing company is a scam and they over charge on towing fees. I'm reporting them with city where they have their contract with. I'm going to make sure they don't do this to someone else.

Fast service, showed up within the time they quoted. Would recommend this business to everyone & would use them again (hope I don't have to)

Please Check YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!! And do not use if YOU DONT HAVE TOO THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND NOT HAVE ANY SYMPATHY

Horrible service, just like all the other reviews. I thought maybe some people were exaggerating, but now I have two big scratches going down my passenger side, my dash cam and OBD scanner are both missing out of my vehicle ($500). I will be filing charges just like the rest of you so maybe somebody can finally get some Justice.
