They repaired my tractor #72132 with RTI were excellent very professional and did an outstanding job for me I highly recommend this shop the people were professional and kind and helpful with any and all questions I had

I wish that I could give this business a negative star rating. These 5 star reviews are false!! Shreveport Location. Truck went in due a check engine light dealing with a def system harness on 12/19/23. They have prolonged this repair from day one!! They lied to us and told us that the harness could only come from Navistar because it was specific to that truck only. They were trying to get in contact with them for a part number to order the harness. Same day within an hour of that lie, I contact Navistar myself and the representative on the phone told me that wasn't true! In fact she told me everything that was wrong with the def system via codes, and also when this company ran a diagnostic on the truck. There is no def specific harness!!! Neither were there a case ticket showing that they had ordered a harness from them!! This is via straight from the manufacture!!! Now they're saying that the harness will come from Dallas and the truck should be ready on Wednesday 12/27. Guess what, no harness!! Harness is not showing up until 12/28 and then the truck should be ready. Guess what!!!!! The harness shows up on 12/28 and it's the wrong harness!!! Now they're telling me it might be there 12/29!!! Instead of giving me great customer service by making sure this harness gets here today, they are once again making me wait for something so simple!!!! Steer far away from this shop!!!! Plilier if you want this review removed, do the right thing today and fix my truck!!!!!!

Service was good had to get front mud guard on the tractor replaced. Waited maybe 2 hrs oh and the had a place for me to drop my trailer. That was a plus.

The service department has amazing service. They figured out everything that was wrong with my truck and actually fixed it in a timely manner. I was told a longer time but they got it in and fixed it faster. Great communication, answered all my questions and made sure I understood what they were saying. They are great ready to pick my baby up.

My trucks been out of commission for over 2 months due to a backordered fan clutch, luckily on my third nationwide search I came across Pliler who had 1 in stock and likely the only one in the country. Edwin, one of their parts guys has been terrific. Got it shipped right out to me and has answered several questions I've had on the way with regards to the install. Thanks guys, I do appreciate your help.

Our truck was there over two weeks and they charged us for work that we didn't authorize. Then they were going to hold our truck when we decided to take it somewhere else over a $200 bill that we never approved work for. Completely illegal. Service manager hung up on me after I agreed to pay the bill just so I can get my truck. All the while they've been crippling our business by not working on our truck when they said they would. Extortionists!

98% of the staff is amazing. Some parts take longer to get then others, and most of the employees are smart. And the service ladies are great.

Not only did they have my discontinued part in stock, but, Butch, in the parts department was SO very kind and patient with me as I was trying all day to find out if the the part I needed would work for my project. I am very glad to have found them!! Highly recommended!

I can t say enough good things about this place. First diesel truck and engine light came on after 30 minutes of driving. The front service desk was so patient and detailed. He even gave me a 45 minute review of my engine. Engine sensor was bad and they took care of it under warranty which I didn t know still was current, big bonus. Skilled mechanics took care of it and even joined in my learning lesson. Thanks all, made it home without incidence a thousand miles away

Do not, I repeat do not purchase thru this dealership or allow them to fix any vehicle you own. The service department is the absolute worst and their managers are more horrible than that. Bought a semi truck from them and it was a lemon. Had them complete work on the vehicle just to break down. Don t do business with this dealership. Waste of time and money.

Purchased a BRAND new trailer! The customer service is horrible! I m having to buy tires and the trailer isn t a year old! Floor board still not fixed from day one.No communication at all! Won t return your calls! Just beating around the bush! Their good at insulting your intelligence! Don t buy here.

The service dept is OUTSTANDIN!!Shawn and Karen were great to work with, very professional and courteous. The service Technician even came out to address my issues for me. My truck will only be serviced here from now on. Thank you guys for your expertise and wonderful service.

Customer service was outstanding. I can't say enough good things. Karen was so helpful. The mechanic actually came out 2 me and asked what was goin on with my truck. These guys are awesome, eager 2 help.

I never have a problem with these guys. Parts guys are always friendly. Sometime hard to get on the phone but that's understandable.

EVERY time I take a truck for service they charge me MORE then the approved estimate with no form of contact informing me about the cost raise for the repair. Countless times I have approved repairs for thousands of dollars and not get truck back fixed or in a timely manner. the reviews here must be employees trying to keep the rating up. Worst Dealer ever.

2012 Prostar 450k miles. Fuel pressure issues. SPN 3055. First talked to parts dept. get some advise. As I explained the issue, actual tech pro offered a solution. I already new that if I wanted it done right, service at Pliler in Shreveport was it. After they replaced my high pressure fuel pump, got me back on the road and was amazed. Quality work! Thanks again guys. Wouldn't trust anyone one else.

First time I've ever been towed into a big truck dealership it over 10 years and have been fixed and out the door within an hour of being dropped off of the tow truck. Truck blew a fan belt and tensioner pulley driving down the road and they had it fixed in record time. Was expecting an overnight stay and was amazed.

Customer service has improved. Their work on our international truck has been excellent and when they could not fix something, they referred us to someone who could. This was much appreciated.

Had some trailer work done. They have a guy there now get this his name was Wrench! Him and the rest of the guys in the trailer Dept did a great job. I now know why he has the name Wrench!

Poor communication between parts dept and service dept. Service department was ordering a part that did not need to be replaced. extremely dissatisfied and was a huge cost of downtime for our business.

Did a great job getting me back on the road, only negative is they have an option for guest WiFi but no one there ones what the pass word is. They need to get that figured out.
