Pipes is great, just as good as Recycled Depot in Reno and Texarkana. Friendly staff as usual. Excellent prices. Volvo selection not greatest but nice selection of non-Euro models.

I arrived at about 4 pm and was told where I could find my vehicle at. I walked all the way back to the back and started working on removing the part I needed (a valve cover). First of all the cars are almost chin high and you have to stack up old wheels and tires to stand on to reach anything. After a little hassling to get it removed I walk all the way up front to the counter, place my part on it and she proceeds to tell me they close at five and I couldn't purchase the part. It was about 10 after 5 so I guess they weren't wrong but the reason people come to a salvage yard is because we can't afford to buy the stuff new. Clearly I was in a bind and she could have just taken the 20 bucks and said have a nice evening but no. How irritating.

They got a good selection of automobiles here and it's always pretty darn full I was so mad though I had my eye on the Nissan Xterra that was was not touched at all and I was going to get all kind of parts well the very next day it was gone they crushed it that's only a bad thing I got to say about the place I'm going to start stealing like crazy because they pissed me off bad when they got rid of that car I think I'll smoke and urinate in the yard how they like that

I drove 40 miles to this place for them to tell me my service animal is not allowed in the gate. Maybe mention that on your website. I didn't need to waste the fuel, I could have just bought the G D parts new.

This place has a little of everything that you are looking for. I was able to go when I needed to because they are open 7-days a week. The staff was super friendly and helpful even offered me water since it was so hot out. I will definitely be back again.

I purchased a car from Pipes last week. I was expecting a few things that would be needing repair. I knew it was "as is" and "no warranty ". Once my mechanic inspected the car and told me the transmission would need replacing I was completely devastated. Knowing I spent most of the money I saved to buy my daughter her first car I had no idea how I would be able to get the Versa safe and drive able. Deanna reached out to me and reassured me that she would make it right. Her kind heart and understanding of how hard it is these days to raise a child and provide for them. Pipes offered to refund my money and let me return the car. It really does take a village. I cannot express my gratitude to her and Pipes enough. Thank you again! I appreciate you.

areo drive location on Saturday July, 8th 2023.while in line to purchase 2 head lights, the cashier clerk, Nicholas, who was very very rude, told me $35.00 so I passed him my debit card yet the receipt said $43.12 . An additional $8.62 for a year warranty was added without my knowledge I asked for my money back right then,but was rejected and ignored. Told me that he didn't have a boss on staff. Will management please contact me about this matter ?Thank you

Have come here for parts for years and also recently bought a car from the yard. Nothing but professional, honest, and affordable. And the car runs great!! Definitely recommend

So I don t usually do reviews BUT the man that was working in the little shack today was very rude he didn t have to say much but I asked him if they loan tools and he told (no not for you)and he also said that to me when I asked for help ........ I hate to say this it felt like he kept saying not for me either because I am a woman or because I m white ... the ladies were really nice and so was the man in the office part ......... maybe because I was hot and tired from being out there could have caused me to misunderstand him I don t know but it really bothered me ... and like I said I don t do reviews especially bad ones

We went Sunday and purchased a set of wheels and tires and the price sheet online said plainly 90 dollars for the set of aluminum wheels and tire package. We go to pay for these and the woman told us 128 dollars which made no since not to mention she charged us a 9 dollar fee for the disposal of the tires in which we we shouldn't have been charged bc we took the rims and tires with us I asked her about the price sheet and she looked at me as if I was stupid and as if she had no idea what I was talking about but then said no we charge 128 for them but couldn't explain the 9 dollar tire disposal fee So we were way over charged so I asked to speak to a manager but one was not on duty and I can't seem to get anyone to talk to me about this and it's not setting well with me at all. So if your in management there please leave a number on here for me to call so I can discuss this situation with you please. I would appreciate it.

Terrible experience! They gave me the wrong size tire, then wouldn't refund us when we walked to the car and realized it was the wrong size, we never even left the building. They are Terrible! Never coming back.

Very. Courteous helpful and professional! They will treat anyone right especially if you are a regular customer. I only go to pipes never to the other guys! But don't let Tara have a magic marker unattended! Lol. Seriously she will treat you better than fair!

Overall I appreciate what they're are doing. Amazing experience for someone who isn't an everydayer mechanic.I do have to say prices aren't really that great considering your spending all your time to get what you came for. I'd say they're a 20-25% over most things worth the trip.Although I do say cool experience to make you appreciate the small things in life and to be an imaginative mind.

Can I just say that the new little girl with the tattoos is the perfect person for that job. She was so kind helping my boyfriend today sale his car. And drop dead gorgeous! I honestly believe that she should deff make a career of this her customer service skill we re through the roof! Thank you ms you were so amazing

Great selection, lower prices, and friendly service. I have been blessed to have found many model specific parts that are near obsolete. Hal, Tonya, and Chad are friendly and helpful with info, loaner tools, and cold water. Thanks i will be returning soon. P.s. love the $100 sale.

Service is quick and easy but getting my car towed took WAY too much of a 2 day hassle with an unbelievably rude tow driver. Would rather sell it on the streets for more than offered.

Went to the Aero drive location today to ask about a Toyota tailgate and front door and the young guy with brown hair and golf shorts helped me and said there were vehicles matching what I was looking for in Alexandria and monroe. After waiting 15 minutes and watching 3 guys in there laughing and not helping anyone I left my number and said just give me a call. The young guy wrote my number and never asked me my name showing he could careless to give me a call or follow-up. Here it is 4 hours later never got a call. Garbage customer service. Thanks got what I was looking for across the street. Keep up the poor service.

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS i would - Why you ask? When you go to a place of business and it says it has a 1 year warranty on parts they sell and they have a list on what parts are not covered by warranty on there website and you call ahead of time and ask if they have any side post batteries they say yes they do so you proceed to ask them do you check, test, and clean your batteries? They say yes they do so any one would assume the ones they sell that are labeled as good are good correct? Well it says there are they have a sticker on the batteries that says they have been cleaned tested and ready to install into your vehicle. Well that's just not the case I bought a battery from them for $20 money isn't the concern it's the principal of standing behind your word and your products. When I got home with the battery I tested it myself and put it on a charger because it only had 0.7 volts out of a 12 volt battery does that sound like a good healthy battery to you? No it isn't. So I proceeded to call them and inform them on there product and there obvious mistake and mislabeling but they proceed to tell me that the battery isn't covered under warranty? Funny your website says different and a battery isn't on your list of things you sell that aren't under warranty so what's the deal? The deal is don't buy batteries or engines or transmissions from them if it is anything you truly need to get to some were don't buy it from them you will be sorry you did they lie thwy deceive and they don't stand behind there word there product or there warranty so becarful who you trust. Just because they say it is good doesn't make it so. Hope no one else has the same problem as I have.

They seriously need some work on their driveway. Me and my husband just left there and the drive way had so many pot holes it knocked our back end out of line so bad it shredded our tire going down the interstate even though we were going very slowly and carefully when driving up and down it. Ridiculous!!! (They didn't even have the part we needed at that)*******UPDATE******* THIS HAS BEEN CHANGED TO A 5 STAR REVIEW DUE TO THE FACT. 1) They fixed the driveway 100 % and 2) Adam was extremely helpful in the matter. He went above and beyond to make right on any damages. They will continue to get our loyal buisiness.

Getting someone on the phone has been a 100% failure rate. I called twice, said i was the third person in line, i held for about 5 minutes then I heard a long beep and then silence, I hung up and called back, the same thing happened again, same recorded message, third in line then beep, i left a message but i seriously doubt i will hear anything back. You used to be able to get a person on the phone when you called and would get taken care of one way or the other.

I've used them before and it was about as expected from a u pullit but getting them on the phone is like pulling teeth. I called and was on hold for the entire starwars trilogy just to be told by a machine to leave a message.

I purchased Priscilla AKA Prissy...My 2001 Honda Accord from here about 8 months ago and I absolutely LOVE Her! I drove her to Colorado the same day I bought her and even though I had gotten the warranty they offer since I knew I was going out of town, I didn't need it! Prissy drove PERFECTLY All the way there and back! She's still driving PERFECTLY now...The only thing I have had to do is replace the battery after someone left my car door open all night lolololThey Are also very friendly! :)The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because my one complaint is that they kept suggesting cars instead of letting me look on my own and then I had to Ask to test drive the vehicles! They drive you down the road...Not sure what that's about lololol unless they don't have insurance or something...But like I told the guy showing me the car...I am not going to buy a car I haven't driven! DuhhhP.S. He did let me drive myself...You just gotta ask! Lololol lololol lololol
