Had a very positive experience shopping at Orr Cadillac. Pablo was our salesman and was terrific. We were shopping for pre owned and after listening to the features that were important to my wife, he personally drove us around to several of the Orr dealerships showing us just cars that matched her wish list. Was great to not have to reexplain what we were wanting to different people at different lots. In short order he found us exactly what we were looking for. Funny guy, but also listened to our needs and was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend.Oh and big shout out to there detail crew. The one we selected had just been traded in and had not been detailed yet. After purchasing we left with them for a couple days and it was spotless when they were done with it.

I have bought a lot of new cars but our Cadillac was the first from this dealership. Orr Cadillac was the most pleasant car buying experience I ve ever had. Very clean, modern and professional. Pablo went above and beyond, he s definitely the salesman you want!! The General Manager Jamie, top notch and very personable. The finance manager Aaron, very straight forward and upfront with the numbers. We walked in as customers and left as friends.

I couldn t be happier with my new vehicle purchase. Pablo Delmonte was my sales person and he was wonderful. The car I wanted to drive had already been sold when I walked in the dealership. He showed me several other cars and I wasn't sure. A couple of days later and the car is available again. He went out of his way to bring it to me to drive. I told him I wanted it and the paperwork was ready when I got to the dealership. He really couldn t have done a better job! AND he got me a cake.

Frauds, we bought a truck near the end of May, in June we were charged for the truck we traded in and when we called to notify them, they said our payoff amount was sent to the wrong location so they resent it, but when they resent it, they did not send in the payoff amount agreed & signed on in May they adjusted the payoff to the cheaper amount after we had falsely been charged for our previous truck. We have called this location a total of 11 times over a 3 month period & every time we ve been told that we will get a call back. It is now October we have heard nothing from these people and we are still out of $500. I don t understand why they would sign on a payoff amount and then adjust it after the fact. I suppose signing paperwork on agreed amounts does not hold true to them. No one seems to want to own up to their mistake or help us take care of this issue. They are liars & thieves & they do not care. Never would I ever recommend this place to anyone. Watch your bank accounts. Also good to mention they had to be called to get new temp tags for our truck because they forgot to send us the registration for our new truck after two months & our temp tags had expired.

I frequently visit the service department and have purchased an extended warranty from this dealership! During my past two years of visiting they have significantly improved on communicating with the customer on wait times. They provide shuttle services if you choose not to wait with your vehicle. They also have a nice lobby with some comfortable chairs and light refreshments! My warranty came in handy a few times and has been honored each time I had to use it. Edith in the service department is a sweetheart and consistently keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle!

7/2023 i needed an air compressor oReplaced by warranty. Gavin got me taken care of. Transported home and picked up 1� later my ATS was ready for pick up. Awesome customer service. Pricey but reliable

Had a great experience when purchasing our new Cadillac XT4 from Orr Cadillac Our salesman Mr.Pablo Delmonte did a knockout job, His courteousness and professional attitude was a pleasant experience. Made our buying experience less stressful. Would definitely recommend Orr Cadillac.( Great Job Mr. Delmonte.)

After looking at 51, yes 51 trucks within a 300 mile radius and having 2 sold as I was literally getting ready to sign paperwork, I ended up at Orr Cadillac of Shreveport at 6:54pm. They close at 7.Pablo, who is probably one of the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable salesmen I ve talked to in the last 60 days, which is how long I ve been looking, literally let me take the truck out for a lengthy test drive. He wasn t happy with how I had been done by some other local dealerships and how they sold trucks from under me. He said that wasn t happening here.I walked in at 6:54pm and was loading my stuff from my trade into the new truck at 7:48pm. Quick, clean, honest, and not to mention working past business hours. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and suggest anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go see Pablo and the folks at Orr Cadillac in Shreveport. Oh, and they give you a little something to take home, but you ll have to go see them to find out what that is, it s pretty awesome. 10/10 Recommend!

Agreed on a price with the sales manager, Justin, the night before going. I was told we had a deal and the car would be ready. On our arrival at the dealership we were informed by out salesman, Tevin, that the car was currently being test driven by another customer. After being told this several times, we were then informed by Justin that the vehicle we were there to buy had been given out to another customer as a loaner. When the vehicle finally arrived it had almost 1,000 more miles than we were told, had a small rip in the driver s seat, had accident damage to the right rear corner that appeared to have been taped and painted over, had loose wiring in the trunk and no spare tire kit. The General Manager, Jamie, dropped the price only $250. None of the defects I mentioned were revealed to us when we reached our original deal. Tevin was apologetic, but appeared to have no idea what he was talking about. Justin never spoke to us again after telling us about the car being used as a loaner. Jamie bought our lunch, but no other assistance was given. This was the most confusion I have ever seen at a car dealership. No one there seems to know what anyone else is doing. I have never felt like i didn t matter to a car dealership, until today!

Ok so I am like on car number three from Orr cadillac, Took my 2020 cadillac ct4 in for its annual oil change nothing fancy. Get a call that I have an oil leak on the motor manifold ok no worries I have bumper to bumper coverage. They fix the oil leak with no hesitation pretty fast, Two weeks later engine light comes on now I'm worried because this has never happened before to my car. I was scheduled to bring it back in on a Monday to get checked out, so I dropped it off left my number and my wife number for a call back. So the whole day goes by no phone call, so I just assumed ok it must was something serious they found. Tuesday strolls around still no Courtesy call to let me know how far along they are with my car. So I so happened to check my email and surprise to my eyes Mr. Grant your car is ready for pick up. This was Monday at noon. My whole point is why take my number down if you're going to email me. I could have pick my car up that same day. The communication is horrible. But far as getting the car repaired is A1 well until my warranty runs out lol. Please communicate more to the customer a courtesy call goes a long way believe it or not.

Spent 1600 on brakes and rotors last year. Pointed out multiple times after it was done that something was wrong. Kept getting told. "Oh it's just the dew on the tires everything is fine" now yesterday after an oil change where I asked them to look again I get told oh your front and rear rotors are warped. And it's 900+ to fix them. The stuff isn't even a year old. I imagine if the techs took my concerns serious immediately after I got my original break job done I wouldn t be back with the same problem in this short of time. But it s not the first time they ve ignored a concern only for the problem to become worse.The service center is GREAT if you simply need an oil or filter change. Anything else beware.

I Would recommend shopping somewhere else.After reviewing my paperwork I found out a lot of discrepancies as far as numbers go.I was told that I qualified for a 4.3% interest rate by my bank but my paperwork says I am being charger 12.8% interest rate.I am in the process of hiring an attorney so we can get this taken care oflook at your numbers closely !

I am very upset with the service that Shelby provided to my 70 year old mother. She was there due to her a/c going out in her truck. After the vehicle was diagnosed she was told her condenser had gone out and she needed it replaced. She knew that she paid $2139 when she purchased her vehicle. But Shelby insisted that what she had was expired already. Even after my mother asked her if she could give the warranty company a call. Shelby told her it would be better if she called herself. All she told me mother is that the condenser went out and needed to be replaced. My mother immediately called me and Shelby also told me the same thing. Well my mother collected her warranty documents and she indeed has an active policy with the Cadillac Protection plan. Now that we've gathered the documents to prove it we called them for reimbursement, they then tell us well Shelby listed it as rock damage so it cant be covered. She NEVER mentioned that to my mother or myself when my mother called. All that was mentioned to her was it was out and needed replacing, but she put something totally different on the paper. They never even showed my mother any rock damage to the condenser just gave her a price. So after spending $2100 for protection, she then had to pay $1600 for something that would've and should've been covered. She should've only came out of pocket $100.I will be escalating this. I can get better service at any non luxury brand. Please verify all documents and damage before doing business with this service dept.Signed her daughter

Worst car buying experience I ve had in 40 years of owning cars. Manager Jamie never return my call after confirming I would accept his price on a 2018 used Cadillac. Client manager Pablo text me. I told him I was trying to purchase vehicle but couldn t get Jamie to return my call. Pablo gave a lame excuse why Jamie hasn t returned my call after 3 days. Pablo went silent on text. No nasty conversation or comments by me. Very professional and calm despite feeling of discrimination. Pablo stop texting. Buyer be aware. 1 star is more than this dealership is worth.

I went to Orr Cadillac of Shreveport to purchase a Cadillac CT4 in April 2022. I wanted a red one so it had to be ordered. Larry Williams, the car salesman, told me that I had to pay a non-refundable deposit of $1,000. I did sign paperwork stating that I agreed on the non-refundable deposit. I was so unsatisfied because it took 3 months for the car to arrive. While I was waiting, I was offered my deposit back by General Manager, Jamie Eguia. When the car arrived, I was told that they did not honor the GMC employee discount. So, naturally I did not want the vehicle because they would not accept the discount. In signing the paperwork, no payments, discounts, nor coupons were ever discussed. They would not refund me, a 70 year old, elderly, senior citizen, retired woman on a fixed income when at 1st they both agreed to it being done. The story changed after the car arrived. They had no mercy nor sympathy for me. What is $1,000 to a dealership that makes millions? Again, the GMC discount was never discussed! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to a dog looking for a vehicle for it's puppies. Always do unto others as you would have them do unto you!

UPDATED: Moved from 1 start to 4!!Service manager Gerry, called and personally came to my work, and picked up my vehicle with the nicest flowers in hand!!! He had my car inspected, repaired, and washed, as should ve been done last time. He apologized and again the flowers showed they really do care, and things happen, just had a bad experience. I ll give them another chance!Bought a 2021 XT4 and I love it! However, I got a SD card error..no big deal-drove up to service to see if it was a quick fix. I was told to make a appointment, so I did. Showed up to my appointment a week later and ended up waiting 3hours, and nothing at all was done to my vehicle!!! No multi point inspection, my tires still low, no wash, and the SD card error is still there. They threw in saying I needed a radio update also, and that wasn t even done. My service advisor Roger, was completely lazy and never communicated or updated me with the status. I was the one that had to keep asking him the status, he would just reply I message them not sure what s taking so long. At the 3 hour mark, I had my husband call and ended up getting our sales guy to find my vehicle and pull it back up for me. Missed work for nothing. Nothing was done as I waited in the lounge for 3 hours!! At this point I just want to refund the maintenance package I bought, because I will probably never use Cadillac service for anything.

Daniel The Car Guy,Made us feel very welcome. We looked at a lot of vehicles and asked a lot of questions on each one. Never once did he try to push us into anything. Daniel was very patient with us.When my wife decided on the car she wanted. We told them what we could do and what we wanted. Let me say this Daniel walked out of the room walked back in and said it's a done deal.We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. I usually work with Roger. He's great. He typically knows who I am when I call without me having to tell him which is nice. He remembers things we discussed about my car during previous service appointments which is also great. He took the extra time while I was there this last time to help me figure out some settings in my car. I was definitely not something that was required of him.

The dealership here in Texarkana was going to get it this morning. The car was supposedly sold last night out from underneath me. I will never do business with them again. How are you just going to sale a care out from underneath someone who already has the purchase agreement. Very shady. I don't even have the words. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE DEALERSHIP!!! SHADY SHADY SHADY!!!
