My buying experience with Emily was AMAZING from start to finish. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied! I drove from Dallas Texas to pick up this amazing truck and when I arrived everything was ready! All I had to do was sign and drive! Thank you sooo much Emily!!

I visiting from out of town when I hit a pothole that ruined my tire and my wheel. It could have been an extraordinarily stressful time but my service advisor, Brian Wiggins, jumped right in and handled everything with a sense of calm that eased my stress and gave me a lot of comfort and confidence. He had a new wheel overnighted and had us on the road the next day. He was so kind and thoughtful and nice throughout. I would give six stars if I could. Highly recommend their service department and Brian. Thank you, Brian. Thank you Orr BMW!

Orr BMW Family - Rocky ExperienceI must say my mother and I visited Orr after a negative exhausted experience with Carmax. Ronny and Cris went above and beyond to make our first experience with the BMW Family one to remember and we are so eternally grateful. I give them a 10+ on this experience.However, on the purchase of my second vehicle, the amazing M440I 2022 , and as our relationship progressed, I have experienced a less than desired experience with Orr Sales, Service, and my vehicle. I was in two accidents and didn't quite receive continued TRUST and APPRECIATION as a customer or the continued superb customer service that we established in the beginning.It is my hope that we get our relationship back on the correct course so that potential customers can see and experience what a truly remarkable brand BMW is and that Orr BMW has the full capacity and experience to turn negative challenges into positive outcomes for it's loyal and potential customers like myself.On a positive/negative scale of 1-10, I give them at this moment in time a 4.Thanks, Orr BMW and family for your continued efforts in making my experience a joyful one for the years and decades to come.Keep being great. The service I receive from ORR BMW Is the best I ve ever received. They always go out of their way to make sure I m satisfied. My Service Advisor is First Class AND My Service Manager is Superior to everyone I have ever had.

Bryan Wiggins is awesome to deal with. Bryan had all our information ready when we arrived, resolved the problem we were having with car play, than got our car in for service. Bryan had a loaner car ready. It was a pleasure working with Bryan, Orr BMW is second to none, thank you.

Buying a new car is always a little overwhelming but when you have someone easy going helping out it takes some of the stress off. Gavin was such a huge help in helping us out along the way. He was laid back and very knowledgeable about our car we d picked out. He made us feel right at home and never once made us feel pressured into anything. Buying a car in your name for the first time is stressful! However, Orr BMW made everything go so smoothly. I originally went just to take a look at my Subaru Forester to see if it was something I wanted. Gavin greeted me, I told him I was just window shopping that day, and he totally understood. He took me to the car, let me look around, and then offered a test drive! I fell in love with it. In the days following, Gavin was available, answered any questions, even spoke with my parents and coordinated with them as they were helping me to make the right decision. I had a great experience at Orr BMW and absolutely love my car!

My experience at Orr BMW of Shreveport was NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!!! Johnnie was the absolute BEST in helping me find the perfect vehicle!! He made the process soooo easy for me ! I texted him that morning and that he evening I had a brand new 2024 430i Coupe!! I told him exactly what I wanted, and he hopped right on it!! He s so patient and professional!! I will be recommending everyone to go see him!!! Please go see Johnnie y all, he will get you right!!

Just purchased a 2023 BMW X3 sDrive from Orr BMW. I was greeted by the best salesman there is there Emily Scott. I explained to her I just wanted to look at the car, then sleep on it. She allowed me to test drive it and was very respectful in not pushing me into buying right then like most salesman do. She was knowledgeable about the model and answered any questions that I had. I returned the next morning at 9am to purchase the car and she was right there the whole time making sure I knew what to expect. After the paperwork was complete she surprised me with gifts and escorted me to my new car to sit with me and assist me in hooking up my car with the phone app.Emily was able to make me feel comfortable for the purchase of my car and believe me I have had several moments when buying a car I just wanted to run off the lot and avoid buying a car forever. If you are ever at Orr BMW and you want a salesman who is down to earth, honest, caring, and relatable then ask for Emily Scott and she will have you fixed up and on the road in no time!!Thank you Emily!!!

Justin Octavi is an absolute gem when it comes to car purchases! This was my first time Buying a New BMW With ORR. & I was very happy. I ll definitely 100% be getting another BMW!! & all Business will be with Greg Orr BMW. & salesman Gavin was so awesome. Got me the best deal on the best car!!Update* service team was awesome also. Has a tiny update issue on the car. They fixed it so fast & had my car back to me the same day. & all issues were resolved. They are too freaking nice also. Love Orr BMW SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!

Manager refused to allow me to purchase a replacement key. Even though the employee in parts was really nice and gave me a good quote. We were in the proceds of proof of ownership. Then the manager put the brakes on it but I couldn't get a reason for him doing so. Only thing I can figure is discrimination due to a phobia. 99% sure. Man, where is a good lawyer that does these things?

Joe Kendall has always been our sales person and many years later still stays in contact with us. The service department representatives treat us like family and always make sure our cars are good. We have had our cars many years now and the service is still excellent which is why BMW IS OUR FAMILY'S CARS OF CHOICE.

Can't tell you what a great experience we had here. Johnny was courteous, put up with difficult customers with a smile, picked us up at the airport and even went and put a huge bow on the car and sold us a demo when absolutely NO other dealers would work with us. Also surprised us with an amazing welcome package... if you want a truly great experience--- trust me. This is it. Thank you everyone!

The car is not available! True StoryI started communicating with Emily Scott Robbins on 11/8. I got an appointment to view and test drive the car on 11/27 and traveled from NYC to Shreveport. When I reached there, she told me, "The car is unavailable as the manager took it to the paint shop last Friday, 11/24, to fix a small damage". She then offered another car, which I declined. I spoke to the manager, Cress, regarding this, and he told me the car was sent to the workshop on 11/6 !!I wondered if the car had huge damage, Sold, or something wrong they planned for.I also got a call from the GM, Steve Robinson, who was not helpful.This is an Unreliable dealership.References are available upon request.

I have bought many cars through the years but I can say that Emily made this experience one the most enjoyable! She is very knowledgeable and works hard to take the best care of her customers. I highly recommend that you ask for her if you are planning to purchase a new vehicle. She is amazing!

My wife and I recently went through the car purchasing process to accommodate an addition to our family. While ultimately we decided on a product outside the BMW line, I did want to post a review for Mr. Gavin Burkard. This young man is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable salesman. He brings a light-heartedness to the exchange that when combined with his impressive knowledge of his product makes the process enjoyable. I would not be surprised to see this young man expand his role rapidly within the industry. It was a pleasure to work with him. If you are in the need of a BMW, I would request Mr. Burkard, you will not be disappointed.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Orr. Gavin was so helpful! I live an hour from the dealership and only did business through text and email. Gavin had my car filled with gas, washed, detailed and pulled to the front with a huge bow on it. He greeted us as soon as we pulled into the lot. He even stayed late on a Friday so I could pick it up. And he had a nice treat for me in my vehicle!!

Orr BMW service department is the best . Always available for all of your service needs. I personally recommend them to service your vehicle. Professional advice from people who know your BMW. People like Justin, Tiffany, Coti, Bryan, Frank, the list goes on. BMW is nothing like Lexus. No matter the age of the model of the car they service and help the owners of their luxury cars. They are like the android of phones. Once that model is to old the no longer deal with it. I will not be purchasing a BMW in the future.

Spent over 5K to get my car fixed. I was given a loaner that had little to no gas. I was told mine would be filled up as a courtesy. I pick up my car and the check engine light is on and no gas was put in it.I had scheduled an appointment to drop it back off. I get another loaner and get pulled over by the police I am cited for expired registration on the loaner. I call Orr and they offer an apology nothing more.I go pick up my car and am given a 3K estimate for all new stuff that they failed to tell me about while they were doing the 5K job. Part of the 5K was installing a headlights, I bought a new set because Orr kept charging me $125 to replace the same bulb and when I called them out they said I needed new head lights. In two weeks, the same headlight went out in the new set. I called Orr and left messages for my service representative and it s been two months and he still has not returned my call.It s a waste of time and money dealing with Orr BMW when it comes to service. They are more interested in selling cars and will not properly diagnose or fix your car. They ll try to force you to trade it in. Do not let them under your hood because you ll have more problems in the long run.

I recently purchased a BMW X5 from ORR BMW, and I'm thrilled with both the vehicle and the exceptional service I received. My salesperson Gavin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process with expertise. He truly understood my needs and made the experience enjoyable. Omg!! Where do I start? Cristofer! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I came to this dealership weeks ago unsure on what to do, but Cris continued to reach out to me. With info on different vehicles and on yesterday I purchased my FIRST BMW!! The experience was quick and amazing. So welcoming and professional from start to finish. Curtis the loan officer was super efficient and explained the fianance portion so well. My husband and I left completely satisfied. If I could leave 50 stars I would. I've gotten a lot of compliments and with each compliment I extended a referral for those 2! Made my car shopping experience AHMAZING! Oh and the tumblers and Burnt cakes!!! Thanks again Orr BMW!
