I visited this location for a second opinion after first going to a different store down the street in regards to my vehicle. Unlike the other business, I was actually given accurate and helpful information. Jay (I believe was his name) was very knowledgeable, patient, and him being willing to explain things so I understood what was happening was appreciated. Matt (I think) assisted at some point as well. The experience overall was great and the customer service was phenomenal.

I paid $300 for a battery and they didn't put it in for me, I had ro go to the dealership and pay $88 more dollars to get it put in.

O'Reilly has the best selection of auto detailing sprays, chemicals, microfibers, etc. of all of the auto parts stores, at least for the stuff I like to use. Staff is always friendly.

Customer Service needs some work. I came into the store to see if they had equipment to test a particular part. The response and tone came off as I, the customer, was bothering or interrupting the conversation amongst coworkers. Another customer in the store gave me recommendations on where I could go to have the part tested.

My check engine light had come on and the young lady named Lindsey came out and checked it for me. She was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend this store.

Really helpful and friendly employees. They go above and beyond! It was over 100 degrees out and my car battery died, one of the employees Steve tested and replaced it with a new one under 15min! Wow better than any mechanic that's around here...

The workers in there were not to friendly when I brought a returned item which I purchased 12 hours from the previous day then when I questioned why the return amount was different from the purchase price by just some change he got all Moody and offended. Learn how to talk to people or don't work a customer engaged job.

Best customer service I've experienced any where it's almost saddening that an employee of and automotive sales store is more willing to help diagnose an issue with a vehicle and an actual mechanic being paid to do the job. Love this place and will always go to my preferred store for any needs.

Saved the day. Had the parts i needed and helped check the fluids and put the transmission fluid in. Very nice employees. Store was amazing. If ever i have car trouble they are the place to go.

Out of stock of Purolator air filter for my truck, had to upgrade to K&N for a much higher price. Counter help, did offer to order or I could pick up at another store.

My automotive go-to place for parts, accessories, tools or advice. Great bunch of employees that are always friendly, professional and ready to help.Tools for "rent" (return them undamaged and nothing missing for full refund), diagnostic scanner to determine what codes are triggering your "Check Engine"/"Service Engine" lights. Another one of those places where you drive by their "competitors" so you can actually get what you need parts/advise wise.Blessings
