I absolutely love this store. I get want I need, I look items up on the website and I've enjoyed getting a fire dept discount. Just recently bought a battery....I got cash back for the old one and service was great. Just today I went I got some front and rear brakes for my wife car. A couple weeks ago I bought a wheel bearing assembly which has worked out great. Thanks for your service guys!

I went there today my battery light was on. The guy was on the phone and never acknowledged my presence. Once he did and I explained my issue he assured me someone would be right out. I overheard several people in the back conversing. Needless to say 10-15 minutes later after standing outside looking at them look at me through the glass, I lowered my own hood and left. Mind you there was only one customer there shopping initially and two others came in after myself.

Thank you so much to the employees at O'Reilly for working until 8:00 p.m. on sundays! It's always the most inopportune time when your vehicle breaks down, but we were only 3 minutes away from this O'Reilly's Auto parts when it did.. of course breaking down at 7:25 on a Sunday evening... To find they were open, and had the parts we need was like a beacon from a lighthouse! It seriously was a lifesaver. So thanks guys. I know it's not fun working so late on a weekend, but know how much people like us really appreciate it!!

I love the store. They have all the car and van parts I need. Excellent prices and if they don't have it, they don't mind ordering it. Very helpful and pleasant guys to deal with. Cuddos guys!!!

We went here today to get a part..and they was short someone didn t come in and was only one person so Darien had an attitude and was not friendly at all..smh didn t even say thank u!!! JUST RUDE!!! N MADE US NOT WANNA COME BK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Clean, well stocked, excellent, accurate website. Good level of parts inventory, quick 1 to 2 day delivery, if you have to order it in - very competitive player in locally available parts suppliers!

Staff seems to be slightly more knowledgeable than their competitor across the street. When they don't know they say as much. Quick to lend a tool or a hand

Went here to get a radiator cap, and the gentleman that helped me was very friendly and helpful. He answered my questions and got what I needed so I could get back on my way. I would definitely recommend this location for any automotive needs.

Had to call OKC,OK store to transfer an alternator to the OKC account and get my lifetime warranty alternator replaced. Not a comfortable feeling when you're on the road. Worked out in the end but took 2 days to rectify the problem.

I love the Mansfield Rd. store. The workers are more professional than the Pines Rd. store(which is closer to me) Pines Rd store has a true pro named Jeff. The rest are moody robots.
