Didn t have my receipt. I also o longer had the bank card I used to buy the brake pads. They looked up my phone number on my profile and saw I bought them there. I got a full cash refund.

The store was clean the customer service guy was nice and very helpful even though I couldnt find what I was looking for I would go back there and shop again

Travis worker on 70th street location really goes beyond to help his customers and find the right part for there cars. I ve been having issues with my car and he was able to help find many parts I needed and show many more ways to fix things. I just love his customer service. I only deal with him when going into the store . The others just make fun of customers getting help from him and i don t like it . If they beyond to help like he does they wouldn t be so worried about how much he help customers. Travis is the best worker I done came across by far. He s the only reason I m writing this review.

Love this one...Great customer service the guy in the evening I believe his name is Damien ,but he's very knowledgeable and patient with to better adhere to your vehicle needs.

Well my Serpentine belt broke and it happened an hour before I had to go to work. Called them and got excellent customer service and when I arrived had my part ready even had a Serpentine belt tool I could use. Highly recommend this location

I would give more stars if they were up there!!! This store and the employees really care and go above and beyond for their employees! As i was being waited on by an employee a customer was being helped above and beyond..employee took items to her car and made sure she was good, but Kelvin (i hope I'm spelling his name right) helped me soooo much!! He was having a hard time locating my vehicle window shield wiper in the system! He came out once to take the wiper off and find the correct one in the store..but it was stubborn so he came back in and grabbed his tools and took the part off..no problem..no attitude..i was soooo impressed and love this store!! i will definitely be back!!

I called 02/19/21 ask about the price for a battery for my car. I asked if they help putting them in the guy stated yes we do. Went to purchase the battery today he the guy behind the counter stated that they can't install because of the snow that has now melted. I called Auto zone while in O'Reilly the young lady stated that they do installed so I went right across the street. OReilly costumer service has really gotten poor. So the battery is 200.00 dollars for my car at O'Reilly and he saying they cant install it. I took my business right across the street AUTO ZONE WAS INSTALLING BATTERY OUTSIDE ON 2 CARS WHEN I PULLED UP.They will not get no business from me again. That was just men being lazy.This was the one on 70th Street across from Auto Zone.

The O'Reilly's on West 70th is my favorite store I love the employees in there they're very helpful and courteous and always have a great attitude
