Great service, really helpful knowledgeable staff,I had bought windshield wipers at their Bossier city location,had some problems putting them on when I got home, came to this location to get some help since it's closer to where I was . The gentleman was very helpful had the old blades off and new ones on in like five minutes,he even explained how to do it. Great service!!!!!

Great Service, Great Sales People.Have been very nice and helpful, the times I have made purchases there Will be going back. I was in a pickle, however I followed that inner voice that said go next door (Which was O'Reilly Auto Parts.) Needed a very simple part for my car, it was immediately found for me, and place under my hood. The Store I went to First was Auto Zone. The salesman was not inviting nor patient, just gave me an I 'm sorry can't help you.Just happened to walk to my car , look to my right, and there was O'Reilly 's.May there business continue to be the best in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this Auto Store

Dennis the assistant manager had thorough product knowledge, was extremely pleasant to talk to, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct fuel filter. He was awesome and he deserves credit for it.

Have because my go-to parts store. They seem to have what I need for my older vehicles. Great service and customer friendly

I am SO HAPPY that O'Reilly's moved in to the building on Kings Hwy. The service is so much better than Advanced Auto or Auto Zone which are both located within 2 blocks. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and are willing to go that extra mile to help you get your vehicle back on the road.

Chris, the store manager was very knowledgeable and took care of my problems I was having finding the right parts. Very professional and went over and beyond to take care of my needs.

Most of the time they can help you get parts reasonably quickly, but there are a couple of people there that probably shouldn't be working in auto parts. Prices are competitive, even with Amazon sometimes
