Have done business with Novus multiple times with Trey. but today was my personal vehicle. Took care of me and had me out quickly. 5 stars isn t enough for these guys! Always friendly and great to do business with !!! A++++++ Gwen .

I took a rock to my windshield on the way to work, which started to spread a few inches within an hour. NOVUS got me in within hours later that morning and provided customer service that well exceeded what I expected (and I had already expected good customer service based on the reviews). Trey explained the process he took to make the repair and took immense care in making sure the quality of the work was done with the best of his ability. Trey was also professional and very friendly. If this happens again, I wouldn't think twice about taking my car anywhere else. I appreciate when someone cares about my car in the way that I care about my car-that is hard to find. Thanks, Trey!

If need window shield repair or new one, come to the the one on west Shreveport across the Walmart. He is professionally get the job done with a reasonable price. I got mine done with him twice always friendly and available.

Novus Glass of West Shreveport is Top Tier and one of the best glass repair shop in the area .. Me and My family was passing through and a rock hit the windshield of our rental.. Of course we opted to use our personal car insurance instead of the rental company and look what happened a chip windshield.. I didn t want to risk my insurance going up so I decided to stop at this glass shop (Novus of West Shreveport) .. We stopped in and Tray hooked us right on up, gave us exceptional customer service , and had us on our way in 30 mins and the work he did you would have never known anything had happen to the windshield. If you need your windshield repaired, fixed or any window work done most definitely stop by they will get you fixed up

I was surprised that the employees were very professional and knowledgeable about my window replacement. They made an extra effort to match my replacement window with my current window. My appointment was set to fit into my schedule. I had a great experience and I will definitely recommend there services to my family and friends.

The manger was great!! Communication very effective and he makes it feel like a family member that s getting your car fixed by your big cousin,Trey was his name. Fast and efficient!!!I called yesterday in desperate need. Trey quoted me a very decent price and was very knowledgeable and attentive. I paid my deposit, dropped off my vehicle and just a few hours later...it's ready!

This is a great glass company. Not only do they work on my employer's tractors, but my friends and I all go to them for repairs. Their pricing is great, and the service is even better. Trey, the sales rep, has gone out of his way to ensure my units are repaired in a timely manner to help me meet my deadlines. From top to bottom, they have great communication as well as their field technicians are professional with every repair. This company is awesome! I came in with a rock damaged windshield . It was pretty bad and in 5 minutes it had disappeared You can not see any damage at all on the glass. Great work! I highly recommend. DK

Novus Glass did a great job replacing my wife's windshield on her Ford Explorer. Trey was very helpful with telling me how to go through my auto insurance to get the windshield replaced. We traveled to Shreveport from Monroe and on the way a rock hit our windshield and we called Novus and the young man asked if we could come and let him look at it. He was very polite and gave us an estimate on the spot.
