Impressed with their service from the first phone call. Rock cracked my windshield and the guy on the phone talked me through how to submit the claim to my insurance company and even discussed the nuances of navigating my insurance carrier's website. They maintained excellent communication before and after service. Their office was clean and staff friendly. Work was done satisfactorily.The main reason for my review is the excellent customer service experience. It is so rare in today's world. Refreshing to see it still exists. Thanks guys. Novus glass was excellent! The Owner was super nice, and the staff, Josh who dealt with me was great at making sure that it got taken care of. Ordered the glass from Oklahoma and got it in a day early and got it taken care of quickly! Very disappointed in this company. A few years ago I had used them for window tint on a few vehicles and have had a few windshields replaced and were always satisfied. Now something must have changed. I called TWICE needing a quote to replace a windshield on a truck and the back glass on another truck and could never get a call back or quote sent via email. Even filled out a quote request form online. Over the phone and online I have the year and VIN # for both models so to never hear back or get pricing was very disappointing from a place I use to refer people to. I will be checking other places around town for pricing to see who actually wants to earn my business instead of saying you could always just drop the vehicle off and let us look and give you a price . Why would I need to do that for a new windshield if I have the year, make, model and VIN #???

I was referred to NOVUS glass by my VERY PICKY mom. I knew if she gave them the seal of approval that they HAD TO BE the best. I went in for a cracked windshield and my experience was incredible from beginning to end so I see why she referred me. I dropped my car off that morning and picked it up at the end of the day. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I even got to get an updated inspection sticker while I was there. I have a super busy schedule so I m really grateful for this experience. My car looks AMAZING so I ll definitely be returning for all my glass needs.Service: Auto windshield repair

I am so pleased with my windshield replacement. I have multiple vehicles and have used Novice on several occasions with no issues. Quality work and very professional. I would highly recommend giving Tim a call for any glass and/or tinting jobs.

Owners are local and awesome, we take all our cars for inspections, Glassworks and tint. Have even used at our shop and house. Best part is they do QUALITY work and have outstanding customer service

This place came through in the clutch. I had a object from the highway fly up and smash my windshield on one side. Crazy I didn t run off the road. I called Novus and they were able to get my windshield replaced same day! I can t thank these guys enough. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for prompt professional service. Quick response on quote and apt turn around . very agreeable on price work was outstanding . They even had to custom make and fit gasket for window out of scratch like not pre made. I went by Nexus Glass with a huge starburst on my windshield. I knew it had to be replaced. They called me back within an hour and had me scheduled for the next day. I dropped my car off first thing the next morning and they were finished within 2 hours. Great, quick service. Reasonable price. I filed my claim with State Farm late on a Saturday for the drivers door glass and was referred to this company. I was contacted on Sunday by Novus that my glass had been ordered. They came out the following Wednesday (they would have come on Tuesday but I chose Wednesday) and the installer was very professional and polite. It only took him a couple of hours to change the glass out. I was worried about the panel and trim on the inside of the door not being put back properly but you couldn't even tell anyone had taken it off. Great folks to work with and would highly recommend.Service: Auto side window replacement
