This is a great local shop. The staff knows there stuff. When you walk in the shop you can tell the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Travis & the staff give you honest feedback on how to fix your vehicle. Very trustworthy shop. Thank you to the whole group at Murry's

This will definitely be my go to for car repairs. Took my daughters car in for a rattling noise that had me worried since she is about to leave for college and I didn t want her to end up stuck on the side of the road somewhere(every parents nightmare I m sure)! Not only did they figure it out and fix it, they were also extremely reasonably priced. Great group of guys, communication and customer service. Thank y all again for the great experience!

After holding up traffic for 5 hours in my broke down RV in a town and being told by Progressive Road Side Assisrance that they had given up and I would need to find my own tow I was ready to just walk away and let it be impounded. I decided I would make one call so I called Mericles. I had no idea where to have it towed but it couldn't stay in street. The driver recommended Murray's and dropped it off after hours. The next day I showed up and asked them to figure out what was wrong and fix it. I fully expected it to be a couple weeks before it was ready. By 11 am I got a call letting me know they would look at it that afternoon. By 2pm it was ready. I expected to spend thousands. My total bill was less than the cost of towing. They were honest, fast and friendly. I will use them from now on. Highly recommended.

Customer service, honesty and hard work are not lost, I have found them at Murray's ! I dropped off my car to have the air compressor replaced, and Not only was it cheaper than the dealership, but it was ready sooner than expected. It is so nice to have constant communication with the mechanic and they even called a few days after to make sure that everything was still running okay. Needless to say, I have a new mechanic and I will never bring my car anywhere else but to Murray's.Service: Air conditioning

Man this shop is great! I honestly have nothing bad to say! Fair pricing, great communication, honest work. I was about to sell my truck before they were able to get all my problems fixed. I highly recommend this shop to anyone with automotive problems!

5 stars doesn t do this place justice. Unbelievable staff! We were traveling from TX to TN and ran into car problems. They were able to diagnose, get us parts, and have us back on the road! Even let us bring our fur babies in from the cold! Can t thank them enough for everything they did for us!

I recently took my 2018 Chevy Duramax to Murray's on N Market. I have had a persistent problem that 5 different Chevy dealerships couldn't fix while under warranty and many of them miss diagnosed the truck to begin with. MURRAY"S FIXED IT ON THE FIRST TRY! They got me in and out fast too! Now that the warranty has run out on my truck I know exactly where I'm taking my truck for the rest of its life.

I wish I could give zero stars!!! I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. It took them a month to start on my car and almost a month for me to get it back. They didn't communicate with me. A man had to go there in order for me to know what was really going on with my car. It was leaking oil, they said that I didn't need a new motor so they rebuilt it. Three weeks later the engine light back on. Took it back, they use the machine to read the code. I was told he didn't know what the code was but when a man went it was a different story. As of today my car is leaking oil and it broke down on the side of the rode. 2,282 gone to waste and Im still without a car. Take a man you might get better results than me. I was not informed of recalled parts until after my car broke down the third time when a man took it up there.

Amazing experience with the mechanics! I am a single blonde female who drives a big diesel truck that I bought from Wray Ford with a warranty. My check engine light came on, took it to dealership, who stated battery acid had eaten through my computer hub wires. I was told it would cost $5600 to fix not covered under warranty. I was recommended Murrays by a friend for a 2nd opinion. The hub did not have to be replaced, the computer system had not had battery acid destroy it. The mechanics were able to fix a cut wire (which I strongly beleive wray cut) for less than $100. They even went as far as recommending normal routine maintenance that Wray Ford never told me about. I am so glad I have found my forever mechanics at Murrays! Truely honest men work at this location.

Had struts install on my CTS , they didn't tighten the bolts on the mounts. Now I have spend another 500 dollars to get that repaired ,if you use them get your vehicle checked out by someone else

Nice friendly staff. Only complaint I have NO ONE called to update me on the progress of my vehicle. I had to call to find out any information. Upon pick up of vehicle, which they told me was ready after I called, still was not completely fixed. They did not bother to inform me of something else needing to be fixed.

So my neighbor went into this place to get her car looked at because it was overheating, they told her it needed an oil change that was the reason it was overheating, she took it back because it was of course still overheating and they said it needed a thermostat , and still didn t fix the problem, and was rude to her at the same time, They apparently don t know how to diagnose and instead just throw parts at it.
