I would give 0 stars if I could. The service department is unprofessional. I had a scheduled appointment and was told the service would take no more than 1.5 hours. Nearly 4 hours later, they are still not done and I had to come back to the office to get an update as they did not answer their phone. When I asked for an update, they started talking about an oil change. I m not here for that, so my confidence in their service department is gone. To top it off, they keep giving reasons like computer can t connect, only have so many techs, etc. This should at the very least be communicated with customers though; the lack of communication and unprofessionalism is astounding. Go somewhere else - I know I will next time.

I purchased a vehicle in November of 2020 a brand new vehicle. In March my vehicle was making a knocking sound. I contacted the service department and they were extremely busy so I ended up taking my vehicle to another location for an oil change. My vehicle was low on oil. Once the oil change was made the knocking stopped. In May I was due up for my first initial service inspection on my vehicle. So on May 10th I took my vehicle in at 4:30pm for full service oil change, tire rotation, etc. in June the knocking sound is back. So of course I m thinking dang I need another oil change. A couple days later I m leaving work and my brand new vehicle cuts off completely while I m driving. The engine is smoking. I checked the oil and it s bone dry. So we get some oil and put it in and the car still won t start. So I have to get it towed. When I got home I received a recall notice in the mail and everything that was listed on the recall was what I had just experienced. The next morning I go to the service department and they are trying to tell me there is oil in the in tank. They re by passing the recall issue that clearly states that my vehicle can catch on fire from this issue. So clearly my life/ safety and my daughters life is not of value in there sight. Telling me that I should have called when the knocking first started. Y all barely answer the phone and don t return messages. Brad the Service Supervisor is the worst he is rude and disrespectful. His response to everything is I DONT KNOW! You need to keep my vehicle but you don t know how long, you don t know what is wrong and you don t know when you can get back with me. He was even rude as hell to my mom who was just trying come up with a solution. So I m stuck in Shreveport with no vehicle or family. My family all live in another state. And don t have a clue when I will get my vehicle back that I m still paying on. My vehicle is under warranty but they aren t sure if this will be covered. They don t have any loaner vehicles and refused to set me up for a rental. This has been the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. The VP returned my call with no solution as well. They had Brad call me just before they closed just to tell me again he is going to expedite my service but he still doesn t know when. Brad just tell the truth y all have one mechanic and truth be told this work load is more than a notation for one person during peak season.The sad part is you go through sales and they are extremely helpful. Randy has gone over and beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Only to get to the service department and be treated like sh**. With no solution and I DON T KNOWS! Thank You Mike Morgan Hyundai Service Department!Update as of Today 6/30 Hyundai is telling me to contact Hertz Rental. Hertz doesn t have any vehicles available and they want $1150 to rent a vehicle for one week. That I will have to pay out of pocket until Hyundai has ran a diagnostic test on my vehicle and again we don t know when that will be.

Worst customer service everThey gave me an appointment for repair of my coolant leak. When I showed up on time they said no one is available to work on the car and that I have to leave it with them for unknown length of time. Very disrespectful staff. The manager is not available when I asked to speak to him.Service: Brake service & repair

Too challenging to get information on a car being serviced.Car is there and the department doesn't answer the phone or return calls.How many weeks is too many weeks?
