HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Miguel is an awesome mechanic. He was dependable, professional and a man of his word.His price was reasonable and he had me back on the road in no time. This man knows his trade well.Wishing I could clone him and replace him with the many dishonest big rig mechanics and shops in the world. Especially in the Shreveport LA area.Shot out to you Mr Miguel for a job well done!

Very nice people but added an extra 40 for fuel that was not spoke about at the beginning of the call. Only after they finished and invoiced the company. But every other expense was read off to us before moving forward with them. Nice people but did not like this shady tactic at all.

I will be forever grateful for Miguel s Tire. My son was on his way back to college in Mississippi and had a flat and the spare was flat. They came out at 10pm, helped him and they helped him find a hotel near a tire shop so he could have them both repaired the next day! Thank you!

Great service and timely too! Hardworking guys that kept me up to speed with everything that was going on. Highly recommend! They were out until 12:30 in the morning working on my truck to get me down the road. Awesome work!

This road service is awesome and very professional other shops wanted more money just to so up .So called Miguel s Tires & truck service and call was answered and they called me back to let me know they would be there within 90minsTech showed up very professional and knew what to do the fix my issues with air systemEven ran to dealer to get part and come and fix me up and friendly and niceMore reasonable than mostThanks for all your hard work and helped me get back on the roadYou guys deserve 10 stars Call them if you need service

NOT RECOMMENDED. Unreliable. Set an appointment for service. Followed up with text and email reminders and a phone call. He responded once and said when he was available and then never showed for the appointment. Didn t return phone call, email or text messages.

Very professional and quick . Got me right back on the road asap ..and his prices are very reasonable so if u ever get stuck on the side of the road in Louisiana area near Shreveport this is the guy to call!!!!!!

They are very bad to answer the phone, I called so many times to 2 different phone numbers to hire their service, I never got at hold anybody.. left few voice mail never got a call back.

I would not recommend this guy service he was not professional and very dishonest he lie about not getting the correct part from the store and he went 2 different times to pick up the same part just to waste time to charge more money and he lies on the time he took to fix a part and cable that takes the most 45 minutes even if you don't know mechanics and said it took him over 5 hrs to fix the problem that blows my mind how he would lie he said to me well that's how we make money from the trucks that are not from here what other choice you have but to fix it at whatever the cost, do not call this guy, you will be taking for a ride and lie

They answered the phone and got me off the side of the expressway when I was broken down and could not get a big corporate garage to answer the phone. Incredible service even during the pandemic. Please slow down and move over for these guys.
