I had a very positive experience the first time I went to Mavis. The TPMS warning showing on my car s dashboard was fixed by doing a relearn on each tire sensor in all four tires. I really appreciate the help and I ll definitely go back for any tire issues.

Mavis was great today. I called and needed locked lug nuts taken off my tires because the key was misplaced. They stripped them off all 4 tires and replaced them even though they only replaced 1 tire. They had my tire in stock and at a great price, got me an appointment quickly, and called to confirm my appointment before hand. The customer service when I picked up my car was phenomenal. They are all so personable and kind. I will definitely use them again!

I had a great experience!! Nothing like being stranded on the side of the road on a Sunday where no tire shops are open, but Mavis Tires was. I live in a whole different state. They said that they were so booked but would squeeze me in and they did!! Brian, I think his name was Brian was absolutely wonderful. I love when an employee is very sincere with their care for their customers. My kids and I were able to drive home safe and sound without a care in a world. Thank you Brian and the other two employees. I didn t quite get to catch their names but they all need a raise!!:)

Mavis has very speedy service! The manager Chris Bell has done an excellent job. They have my vehicles ready the same day with no issues following. Everyone there is great at communication and they work very diligent on getting everything taken care of. I highly recommend!

This is the most honest tire shop in town. I bought a car from someone and brought it by Mavis to have the brakes checked out before taking it out of town and told them to replace any of them that were worn. After checking my brakes, they told me that I didn t need new brakes. That all of them were almost new. They didn t charge me for the inspection and sent me on my way.Any other tire shop would ve taken that opportunity to make money off of me and tell me my whole car needed to be replaced. I highly recommend going here.

The people here Lucretia and Chris and the others have been so kind and helpful! They helped us late on a Friday evening with getting 2 tires replaced due to flats we received while driving on I20. We had the towing company tow us to Mavis and the customer support has been superior!

Extremely professional people. Can't say enough about this place. First time today at this location as I live in Benton. Two employees at the front desk very courteous. Out tire tec. Tory is a very nice, knowledgeable young man. Strongly recommend this group for tire and services or auto serviceor service

Jeff was great and helped me out he had real good service. My wife and I got married last night and he took care of our car before we had to leave for Georgia for Thanksgiving holidays. Had he not helped us it could of messed up our 1st Thanksgiving together thanks Jeff !!

I work for a non-profit, and one of our participants needed a tire replaced. I brought the tire in, and the staff quickly noticed that the tire was repairable. Instead of charging us for a new tire the staff offered to patch it for us without charge. The staff and customer service here was beyond incredible. Thank you for all of your help. Honestly, stop by to see them if you are in need on services.

I came in 20 minutes before close for a brake change thinking they d just wait till the day after. They instead stayed an hour after close and fixed me up. All of the guys in there were very friendly and super nice. Definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

Mavis tires and brakes located on 1005 Barksdale highway has been the best service all around I ve ever received. Mr Jules Clark located at the front desk was amazing, he helped me step by step , explained the cost of each and he let me choose and offered what was best for me. I can not say it enough, the front desk service was a 12/10 experience. But it gets better, I got my whole car brakes and new tires , the price was affordable and they are very flexible about how you pay. The mechanics here are amazing and not only did the job quickly, they did it precisely cautiously and with care. The Mavis tires and brakes 1005 Barksdale Highway will see me and my family for forever. The care displayed today earned the company a customer for life. Well done Mavis , We ll respected and deserved thank you all.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mavis. From the customer service to the speedy work on my vehicle, everything was top tier. I would definitely recommend them for any of your brake & tire needs. They also offer free popcorn while you wait.

Jeff was absolutely amazing! Outstanding customer service! I traveled from Alexandria, La to Shreveport for my daughters cheer competition, got a flat tire! Came to mavis tires and brakes and a brand New tire was put on for great pricing!!! Everyone was so polite and put air in all 4 of my tires!!! I m one happy customer!!! Definitely would get my business again!

The only reason that they got a 1 star rating is that there is not a one star rating,They dam. My friends rim put on the lift, when he seen this and came back to show this to them their response was we don't have Tim to look at it, Not what you would expect to hear from a company always talking customers satisfaction.

I went in to Mavis on Shreveport Barksdale highway on a cold rainy day to get my back tire repaired. The employees were very nice and helpful. My tire was fixed quickly and at no charge. I would definitely go back!

They were awesome!!!! I'll be back for more of my car's needs. Well I came back to Mavis Tires and Brakes and they did not disappoint another great experience with awesome people Demetrius did my oil change and rotated my tires which by the way comes free with your oil change . THANKS AGAIN I strongly recommend them for all your cars needs

This Mavis Tires location has a great team,they all work together as a team. It s no arguing,just impact guns going and communication between the techs and mechanics. I recommend everyone to come here to get your brakes,tires and any service work done to your vehicle

Mavis was really helpful to my needs I came in for a tire check found out there was a nail in my tire and I was in and out as quick as I could breath with good conversation and all. I will definitely be back for all my car needs. The customer service was impeccable!!

I came in to Mavis because I had a nail in one of my tires. John took the time to hear about my concern and addressed it immediately. It is recommended that one makes an appointment but they do walk-ins! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in Shreveport/Bossier!

I stopped in late in the afternoon and the gentlemen got me right in for service. Had to have a spare tire put on a rental car so it was safe to keep driving. I hardly waited for it to get done and they got me back on the road. Best customer service. Fast and pleasant staff. Will definitely be back

Went to get a full break and rotor job back in May of last year told me my rear calipers needed to be replaced did all of that only two 6 months later be back in there to have the rear brakes replaced even though the front were fine I told them I thought there was something wrong with the calipers at the time but they said it was just the pads and brakes now the same thing happened again only this time one of my rear brake pads popped out they're trying to charge me nearly $500 to fix damage they caused to my car I can't recommend them to anybody and I absolutely can't my previous positive review

Joshua took care of me. My car showed that the left front tire was low. I asked him to check it. He did, and checked all of the others too. On an earlier visit, John took care of me and plugged a tire. Thank you so much!
