Best in town. Bubba and his team did a amazing job. The attention to detail is what I was impressed with .. This is our second experience with Line Avenue Collision. Both times they made the situation painless .. Thank you Bubba and Brandy and the whole team.

I have worked with Line Ave Collision a few times, and it's a true Pleasure!I worked with Bubba and Connie and the rest of the team without issues, they are straight up and help out any way they can. Its Really great to know there are still places like this to bring your Vehicle to.

Great people who exceeded my expectations both in finishing time and quality of work. My car looks good as new! I chose them for their location, but I will return, if ever needed, as a return customer with high expectations.

They did a really good job the first time I took my car to them for repairs. It was repaired fairly quick and the work was good.I have taken my car to them a second time and the only complaint I have is that, my insurance company got my car towed to them on a Friday while I was at work. I called the following Friday to see if my car was done, and I was told they hadn't started on it, because no one left any paperwork. The towing company left my number (which their secretary showed me they had) but they never called? I asked her why didn't she call the number, she replied she didn't know who it belonged to. LOLI thought it was hilarious and when I got them the info the went right to work on my vehicle. So my insurance covers 30 days for a rental. They have had my car for 6 weeks now are still "waiting on parts. I had to give the rental car back when the 30 days was over and my insurance company instructed me to ask Line Avenue Collision to pay for the extension on the rental since they were going to have my car for an additional two weeks!! They said it was not their fault that they my car parts were on back order, which is true, BUT THEY LET MY CAR SIT AN ENTIRE WEEK WITHOUT TOUCHING IT!!!! Not to mention I have to pay a $500 deductible as well.When I called to ask again (a week later) was my car finally finished he replied no again, and when I tried to explain my frustration with not having a vehicle, trying to my get child back and forth to school, and myself to work, and them not willing to help with a rental, the man Phillip said, "Ma'am its not our fault, and your car fell in line where it was to get worked on."Well needless to say I would never refer anyone else to them nor take my vehicle to their facility anymore. Two totally different experiences with the same company. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well.

These people will keep your car forever and the lady that answers the phone has no patience!!!! I understand they are busy, but she is the real problem! Completely rude! People only want to know an estimated time of repair and she has a problem. She hung the phone up in my face.Service: PaintingService: Painting

THESE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME! Sought them out through State Farm to fix my hail damage. My initial conversation on the phone with them was so friendly that I didn't call around to any other places. Stopped in on Tuesday, they said they could immediately fit me in Wednesday and have it finished by Friday afternoon so I could still drive out of town as planned! Most people I know with hail damage have waited on their car for a week or even more! I thought this process was going to be such a headache and it ended up being the most hassle free experience I've ever had with anything car related! Do yourself a favor and go to them!

This body shop has taken care of my care every time something has happened as far as accidents have been concerned. They have gone above and beyond for me and I won't trust anyone else with taking my car apart. Dropped my car off for body work after an accident. I was in and out and I was given an honest time frame for the repairs. Will recommend to everyone.

Todd is on top of it all. Even though Orr Nissan's Paul Kennedy totally screwed me over. Mr Todd made sure he did everything he could to help me.
