Great prices, plenty of options, and the staff is great. I went in for a few different batteries for my boat and had specific batteries in mind. One staff member was very knowledgeable of continuous trolling and showed me some batteries better suited for the purpose and saved me a ton of money. Three years later, they're still going strong. I now need more for another project and will definitely be returning.

Service was awesome!!! They were quick to find the problem and installing the battery that I needed. I did not have to wait and was in and out in no time. All were friendly and pleasant as well. I did not feel I was being taken advantage of. They were priced fairly, if not less than others. I highly recommend their service and will be going back for future batteries.

This has been a customer of mine for 3 years. Whenever I come to visit with him, he always makes sure he keeps his customers priority. Owner David and his crew work hard to provide solutions for their customers. As a business man I can appreciate that. I would also like to say they are good paying customers.

Customer service is sadly lacking and rude. I called to order 4 batteries and the "Order Desk" literally hung up on me after telling me that he is busy and to call back later. He didn't ask me to hold or give me any hope of satisfaction. Not even a courteous good-by. No wonder they have batteries in stock...stands to reason. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I came in and a very nice guy named Jason installed a battery for me. He was very professional yet down to earth! Had me going in 10 minutes at the most. I recommend their batteries and service to everyone! Was very affordable and did not charge to install. I know Jason is good and he mentioned a Charles that was very knowledgeable and quicker than him!! I am pleased with the product and service that I recieved and recommend anybody to use this place. Ask for Jason or Charles, I know personally of Jason and he was very pro Charles!

I stopped in today to get a battery and Big D was able to let me know that the battery was really going bad because of the smell. He also checked my alternator to make sure it wasn't the alternator before he installed the battery. His services were great, fast and very professional. I would recommend anyone to LA Batteries and to Big D also to service them. Keep up the good work Big D :-)

Lost our business before we ever walked in the door. Called on the phone to get some information before driving 30 miles to the store and spoke to the most rude and disrespectful person ever. Found our product elsewhere and would suggest everyone else do the same.

My battery went COMPLETELY dead, & I went to LA Batteries where Jason COMPLETELY saved the day! He was super friendly & professional, & a great worker. He worked super fast, & had me back on the road in no time, recommend this place to any & everyone!Thank you Jason for your help & your kindness, I TRULY appreciate you.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of honest, reasonably priced car service. My mom and I were passing thru and a belt under her hood popped off and battery died. Jerry instantly located the problem and found a solution. A BIG THANKS TO Big D and Charles who helped get us taken care of, they were so nice to sit and keep us company until we were taken care of (even after the place closed). You should definitely give this place a try!

My mother has been buying batteries from them for years. But that comes to an end as of today. She had a problem with one the associates and with the manager after buying one of their batteries. There was a serious mix up the day before she called to explain what happened. Both the associate and manager over talked her, became loud, became sarcastic, told her that she should've noticed the mistake sooner, and told her there was nothing they WOULD do to fix it. IF YOU WANT TO BE TALKED TO LIKE A HUMAN BEING, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND PEACE OF MIND -- DO NOT BUY ANY BATTERIES FROM THEM!*** UPDATE: Based upon the owners reply to my review... The person that my mother spoke to on the phone who claimed to be the manager was actually the owner. So he lied to her. His response also proves everything that I'm saying is true. Please take your money/business to some person or place that will treat their customers with respect. ***

They were incredibly fast. The prices are unbeatable. The customer service was friendly and they were even able to answer some other questions while I was there. I was literally in and out in 20 minutes with purchase, install, and wait time. This place is excellent !

My van's battery needed to be replaced. So I gave them a call, they gave me prices over the phone, and when I pulled up Jason was waiting to assist me. He checked out my battery and changed it with no problem. No hassle or pressure. I definitely recommend LaBatteries for all of your battery related needs.

Great place if you want to get a battery that only lasts about 4-5 months and only has a 90 warranty.

Charles was very helpful and friendly, most people just get the job done and that s it but he explained and let me know everything I needed to. It was my first time being there and he made the experience great and I will recommend people to this business as well!

Great price! While I was there, I saw a golf cart, boat, and an ATV. Where else in Shreveport can you find such an assortment of products. Jason did a very fast job of changing my car battery. At another place over an hour and a half. La Battery 15 minutes 20 tops. Get Juiced there.

Can't thank David and his staff enough for their quality work and fair pricing. Shout out to Cowboy, Justin, and I believe, Charles. Offering a good selection of quality products, also. For you RVers, this establishment offers almost any solution for your TT, Class A or Class C battery needs. Easy off and on from I-20, and they have a canopy to pull under while it's being worked on.

I will never go there ever again and if I where you I would pass right on by it, bought a brand new battery so I thought Had to take it back got a loaner from them still had to take that back they replaced the loaner with a loaner had to take it to Auto Zone just to get it charged call them got the run around again about when he would get more in.....waited call again only to be told come in Tuesday cause Monday was a holiday.....took the loaner back asked for my money or the battery I bought from them...oh we can't find it tried to had off another battery saying that's the one I bought back LIE....ALL THAT BEING SAID DIDNT GET MY MONEY BACK ...BUT GOT A BATTERY THAT DOES WORK DONT DESERVE NO STARS BUT ONLY WAY TO GET IT POSTED

The last few years we have been conducting business, LA Battery has provided efficient customer service. They are friendly, courteous and operate with a "real people" approach. LA Battery, Greenwood Rd, will assist by answering questions and even load your product if necessary.

The guys at LA batteries are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will install your battery for you. Great and fast service. I went in with a dead battery and left in 10 minutes with a new battery installed for no extra charge!

As far as buying an automotive battery goes I think this is the best place to go in the Shreveport Bossier City area. The prices for new and refurbished batteries are great and the staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they sale and install. A+++

Terrible customer service and very rude from Jerry to one of the owners David i bought a battery from them last month on the 29th of May with a 90 days warranty took it back today June 18th because it was bad with my receipt. Jerry tested it and saw that it was bad also got rude with me and wouldn't warranty my battery because he said that they do not goes by your receipt they goes by the date on the battery so i wait an hour for the owner to arrive and he was as rude as his worker and didn't want to warranty my battery also. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there if you're looking for a battery. If you need a good discount battery with good customer service try Avant Discount battery on Hollywood they treat you right and they warranty your battery as long as you have your receipt. I went right over to Avant and got me a battery for 50 dollars with a year warranty and good customer service. Some body needs to teach LA Battery how good customer service should be and not just want your money and think they can talk to you anyway after that get your money. Take it from me don't take them your business they are really rude
