Garret Summers at Shreveport store # 16 has been helping me with rebuilding a 2007 T800 and all the parts and information i need he has does an outstanding and professional job helping me i have never had such a great experience dealing with a parts person ever he definitely should receive employee of month or something

I was pleasantly surprised when the Manager contacted me, they returned the money to me and apologized, I am satisfied Before ..don't do business with them they are crooks. my peterbilt 2023 16480mil I wanted to change only the oil and filter, but three hours later they gave me a bill for $ 1600, I paid but decided to check what was changed for me, it was a big surprise for me when I discovered that they left me the old air filter and it was replaced as I was assured Oil and fuel filters have obviously not been changed either.

I had a great experience with this shop. I had a check engine light come on and they told me to bring it in and they would look at it for me. Yolanda the service writer got me checked in and within10 minutes took the computer to my truck and pulled up the code. She gave Bobby the shop foreman the info and he had me inside the shop shortly. He diagnosed the problem and I was in and out of their yard in just over 3 hours. Great job guy's thnx

This dealership is a life saver to everyone work there I just wanna appreciate you all and for all the help you guys did to get me in ASAP and get the job done quickly I was so nervous from the negative comment people do but after all I have a very good experience and I can't stop thank them seriously true honest review

Was first told it would be Monday before I could get in since it was Saturday and only one technician working. They went ahead and checked it out to see if they might be able to get us back on the road today. They had me diagnosed and repaired in an hour and fifteen minutes. Werner breakdown also got us set up as soon as they opened. Breakdown was extremely fast. Especially since it was the weekend. Excellent service here. Even have showers for the drivers.

Great Place . My truck was towed in with a lot of issues. Cecily G. Got me wrote up and taken care of. The staff were great, and they got me in and out in a timely manner. I wish the other KW shops I've been to were as great.Thanks Cecily, your awesome , keep up the great work!

Parts department was very helpful getting me a Alternator for my RV. If you need parts for big trucks or rv"s give them a call and they will help you out. Thanks again.

I would recommend this kenworth, I've been down at many of them and all but 3 i wouldnt return to.They got me in and fixed fast and with respect. Plenty of space for your trailer and drivers lounge is good. They have showers for us. Thanks guys for everything.

DO NOT take your truck here for service. Worst customer service ever experienced. Took truck in on a Thursday for an 11 hour job. Was not complete until following Tuesday at 5pm and they still were not going to release my truck until their CDL Driver could test drive, which he apparently leaves at 4 pm. Was told it would be another day before it was ready. They finally allowed me to drive my own truck with tech for the test drive and I was then able to leave. There was no urgency on their part until time to pay. Very rude and no compassion for the customer. They need to be informed that truck driving is a driver's livelihood. They will let you set and starve you out. Seems like the desk workers are on some kind of control power trip or just don't like truck drivers. Don't be fool by the positive reviews on this site I see some familiar faces that work for this shop reviewing it.

I drive a Newmar Mountain Aire Motorhome ,I had several engine codes at once going down the interstate on Sunday. LUCKILY I found these guys conveniently located right off the interstate, very clean and well maintained building and property, shop and showroom very clean and professional , needless to say I had a great experience with Kenworth of Louisiana . Shane and Bobby made my problem there problem. I highly recommend these guys if you put value on your time and your equipment. The total package of service and respect and genuine caring about the customer is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. This shop should be the gold standard for all other diesel repair shops. Thank you guys so much for helping us get to the racetrack.

Don t go this service. They didn t change the part but charged too much . I don t wanna go again there and I ll not recommend to anybody to go

Had my t680 serviced here they did a great job the customer service and mechanics were nice and explain things will come back

Broke down here with a Derate and 7 active fault codes..Very professional when i walked in and hooked up computer to see the issues,this happened on a thursday and was told straight up it would be at least a week before a possible return of truck fixed..It took them 9 days instead which i can t argue because when i got the truck back it is running like it s brand new..They did a lot of work and my bill was reasonable and comparable if not a little cheaper to my home town shop where i ve gone the past 6 years..I must say it really seemed like Jeff the one who was helping me was the only one who knew what was going on in that place,the Service manager and ast.Service manager was sitting in a office together playing around on their phones and BSing with a lady for hours while Jeff was doing all the work while i was waiting for my truck to be test driven for me to pay and get moving! I really think that place needs a new Service Manager who is a team player to help speed things along instead of kicking his feet up on his desk! Thanks Jeff and the mechanics who took care of me was a great experience..

Absolute worst service department I have ever seen. Dropped my truck off for some diagnostic work and asked specifically for a phone call when completed......received an email a couple of days later for 15K worth of so called fixes. Never received one phone call. 4 days after email and went to get the truck because I couldn't get any help. Guess they dont need any business. Waited 30 minutes for the invoice and paid 840 dollars for diagnostics. Charged an hour labor to put a hinge pin in the hood. Anyway, supposed to bring my truck around.....NOT.......mechanic had taken a part off.....may I remind u this was diagnostcis....except for hood hinge pin. Waited another 30 minutes and he "got caught up in something else. Did have a chance to speak to other customers. Same thing, bad service. Stood and watched as one or two customers came in........service techs were to host playing on there computers to even acknowledge them. Terrible place from manager on down. Laughing and gossiping are there priority.....not customers. Wouldnt recommend them for ANYTHING. WILL also be alerting the owners because they wont be in business long with that crew.

Byron B. HE IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY 10 YEARS OF TRUCKING. HE IS THE MOST HUMBLE, KIND AND HONEST GUY I EVER SPOKEN TO ON THE PHONE WITH. GOD SENT IS WHAT I TOLD HE WAS.HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. WHAT HE DID FOR ME WAS AMAZING. NOT ONLY DID BYRON SELL ME PARTS FOR MY BROKEN TRUCK AFTER HE WAS GETTING READY TO GO HOME. HE HELPED ME GET THE PARTS TO THE TRUCK.EVEN THOUGH WE CHANGED THE PARTS AND THE TRUCK STILL DIDN'T WORK, HE FOLLOWED UP WITH ME AT 1AM TO MAKE SURE I WAS GOOD. WHEN I TOLD HIM I WASN'T. HE RECOMMENDED SOMEONE TO HELP ME.BYRON IS AN EXCEPTIONAL PERSON. IF WE HAD MORE PEOPLE LIKE THIS IN THE TRUCKING BUSINESS WE WOULD BE BETTER OFF.IF YOU NEED PARTS THIS IS YOUR MAN!!!!THANK YOU BYRON. B FROM KENWORTH OF LOUISIANA

Checked into service with a derate fault when they opened. Problem was correctly diagnosed, repair was made and I was rolling in the afternoon.

So disappointed with these folks was there first thing Monday morning got a air bag deflating problem told me was my dryer got a hotel 3 days yea 3 days later 2100.00 dollars left with my truck got to mobile Alabama truck starts doing the same thing smh now has to go back to the shop smh thanks Kenworth for robbing a hardworking man of his money

These folks are top shelf ,,, they got me in for a starter replacement timely just like they said they would ,, the only bummer was that my particular starter is a MT42 ,,, and they didnt have one in stock , and its Friday and they could have one till theMonday ,, but I didnt want to have a starter in my truck that was showing signs of failure over the weekend ,,,Anyhow they had a MT39 ,, so we put that in ,, I thought the labor was fair ,, and dealing with all the folks I did ,, was a pleasure ,,, all were very helpful and extremely friendly,,, you guys are awesome,, I'd recommend you everyday all day long , thanks

They fixed the issue quickly once in the shop as well as talked to the shop who didn't do the job right the first time about getting it done under warranty

I put my truck for overhaul in engine 40,000.00 dollars and they didn't do a good job I drove truck for 500 milles and I have to put it at kenworth dealer in. Dallas and after that drove another 500 milles and end up in another kenworth dealer in kansas city because more problems with truck that kenworth dealer in Shreveport Louisiana is not good place to go for a repair

We have given KW of Shreveport chance after chance for mechanic services. Each time, it's been the same drawn out sorry service...with an outrageous bill. Numerous promises they will call us back and have failed to do so each time. We will drive to Performance Truck in Lufkin, TX for any and all mechanical services after this...Kenworth of Shreveport will never turn another wrench for us. We will encourage anyone else we speak to and know, to do the same thing! GTL Hauling

1 wheel seal was leaking. I had them replace one on each side of the same axle. 20 days later both wheel seals are leaking. I called them because I'm under a load going through Shreveport and they are going to squeeze me in and help me out. Thanks Kenworth of Louisiana! I will update.
