I called other shops and was told they don't work on the model truck I have, period. Mike at Joe Rachal took the time to ask me a few questions about the problem, told me to get it to them and let them look at it, they had me up and going the next day at a very reasonable cost, I am very grateful for the folks at Joe Rachal Transmissions, I highly recommend them.

Not only did they get me another trans, they were fair, friendly, and quick!.They SAVED me money! Mike always kept me informed throughout my repairs, and I never worried. Did Fine on my truckBuy when it came to My car besides the leak i needed You guys for to fix the transmission and all it's parts if needed thats a part of the transmission like shifting was My main reason for getting a transmission un the first place i need it all the way fixed now i have to go somewhere ese for the missing Shift solenoid as it read on the scaner. I pa�d in full need it working in full is all. Overall good guys.

Wouldn t recommend them paid them 2700 to rebuild a 4l80e & they just mounted transmission & wouldn t finish the hookups because I had a 4l60 original in the truck & took it to another shop & they finished the install & the tuned it & went to drive it & said transmission was slipping & said it looked like a junkyard transmission & was never rebuilt.they only refunded me 2375.also the charge me 400 for billet torque converter & it wasn t.I am extremely disappointed.Service: Transmission

Brought my vehicle in to get a brand new transmission recently. The guys that worked there are very friendly. I got a quote over the phone before I even came which was nice. Along with that I was told about the three year warrant that comes with the purchase. Before the order I had to put half down which is understandable. They had my car a couple days and I was called when it was finished. An alignment came with the work and they drove my car after the service before calling me to make all was good. Note: they did drive my car before hand to make sure it was a transmission issue to. I've been riding in my car a couple of days now and I'm pleased with the new transmission. Only small issue was confusion on the initial overall price agreed on but we got that taken care of.

They got my car towed in and performed the work that I was in need of and now my car has been running so smooth since, no sluggishness when taking off at red lights any more. Their prices are very reasonable and fair, The customer service was top notice. I DO recommend them to everyone I know that needs their transmission either repaired or just serviced. Thank You Dale Sims and Joe Rachal Transmissions for taking great car of my vehicle.

The service here was outstanding. Had a company vehicle with a problem . Took to a shop was quoted 1500 for repair . called and spoke to Dale and took to him and dropped it off. He called me the next morning with a quote for repair of 160. He fixed it and called a couple hours later that it was ready to be picked up. Thank you for your honesty and fast turn around. Need more shops like yours around town

Dale did a great job fixing an issue on the Bronco I recently purchased. The issue was caused by the sloppiness of another transmission shop in New Orleans. He took my truck in quickly and had it back out to me the following day. Great customer service and a very nice guy. I d recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy transmission shop in Shreveport.

Check engine came on while driving across country in my 2007 Dodge truck. Stopped at two transmission shops and two Chrysler dealers. No one knew what parts to replace. Said the transmission was ok. Dealer in Shreveport said I had a possible transmission failure 5-7 thousand dollars. Micheal found the problem . Did the repair for under $300. I was back on the road in a few hours. The truck ran perfectly all the way home to California. Thanks again.

My 2010 Mercury Mountaineer would not change gears and it was towed to Joe Rachal Transmission. They started working on my unit the same day, and it was ready the next morning. This is a fair and honest business, and they only repaired what was need on my vehicle and nothing more. There miscommunications cost me $250 . Don't tell me its okay to have the car towed if you aren't sure you can look at it.

He did not fix my transmission. Said he can ouod not find s problem. Got in the car and bingo, it happens every time. Don't believe they even looked at it.

Stopped in to have my truck transmission issue diagnosed, they couldn't have been more helpful, no issue found checked everything and said if anything crops up bring it in, 5 star customer service in my book.
