Joe Hudson s did a wonderful job repair my vehicle after a car accident. They dealt directly with the insurance company and repaired the vehicle in. Timely manner. The customer service is outstanding, as well. They called twice a week to provide updates for the duration of the repair time and also sent frequent updates to let me know the status of my vehicle. When the repair was delayed due to a part not arriving on time, they updated me multiple times on the status and were apologetic for the delay which wasn t even their fault. I would highly recommend using them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I specified when dropping my vehicle off I only wanted an estimate and to make sure it was not totaled and the lady at the front desk also told the person that was taking pictures and assessing the damages that I stated I wanted an estimate first before any repairs would be done just to callback for them to tell me I signed and authorized repairs when I dropped the vehicle off. Fraudulent and scam like do not trust them do not use them or you will end up like me paying car insurance and a deductible being without your vehicle for an entire month. And don t use GEICO insurance they use them for repairs and instead of sending an adjuster out to assess the damage they had me drop the vehicle off should of known it was a scam it s all about them making money not doing what the customer wants.

They did an excellent job on my 2019 Nissan rogue sport. My car looks great. The tall guy I met with told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks and they called me to come get my car in exactly 3 weeks. It looked brand new. If anything ever happens again I will definitely be back.

I should have read the reviews first. I was recommended to them from a friend that must secretly hate me. Not only did they keep my car for 2 months (all I needed was front end repair) each time I called I was given the run around. Too many reasons for why my car wasn t ready. I was told the painter was on vacation. Finally after getting my car back and paying $800 for a rental, my car looks horrible. They did nothing to the damages caused and I am having to take it to another shop. My experience was horrible I cried so much over the experience and the guy just handed me my keys and walked off. So I can only speculate racism. Please read the reviews people. Run the other direction. You d do better to hammer your dents out at home.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Very prejudice the front desk very young Caucasian lady wouldn t answer my question about getting my car painted I guess because I m door dashing driving my 2022 Honda accord sport as if I couldn t afford it she turned and looked at the Caucasian guy who said well it s really high just go get touch up paint and be satisfied with that. I m like oh ok thanks. That is discrimination.
