I was in need of tire repair today. This man straight up saved my day. He was there within 15 minutes, he was able to track down a hard to find tire size and had me back up in about an hour!! I was amazed! Then it came time to pay that can be a scary thing now a days, but the price was more than reasonable! I added this number to my contacts, I will be using it for all my future needs.3 months later and the dude is still magic!! This time for me instead of my kid. Fast, quiet, and honest! He is and will be my tire guy from now on.Service: Tire change

I had quite the day before J&J. Having spent most of the morning on another tow company that had us wait 3+ hours (with another 1.5 hours before supposedly arriving), I called J & J late in the day expecting to have to wait for the following morning. They said they could pick it up within the hour, and DID! He was $100+ less expensive than the first quote I got (and waited so many hours for), was very clear and easy to understand on the phone, and easy to deal with. Would definitely use again.

Amazing communication, pricing, service, and so much more! This guys will help you out when no one else would! They should be the first one you call if you re stuck. I was traveling to Texas from Florida and car broke down and they took me 3 hours to where I need to be for work the next day. Best service hands down!

Super fast, friendly, and convenient! I'm not from this area so when I was stuck with a flat I was a little frantic and worried. I gave him a call and he quickly was on the road headed my way. We were traveling down I-20 when We ripped the tread right off the tire the fender, tail light and license plate on the trailer was completely damaged. It was getting late sun was going down places were closing. J&J roadside assistance was on site within 30 minutes of my phone call. He is very professional and knowledgeable he not only fix the tires he stop by a parts house and got me supplies that I would need while I was on the road at no extra charge You can tell that this is not just a business to him he genuinely enjoys helping people in need. If you ever break down on the road this is the man you want helping you. Thank you very much for everything you did for us.

I used J&J roadside assistance earlier this week when I needed my car jump start due to a dead battery when I was out at night. The technician said he would be there in about 20 minutes and that's how long it took for him to get there. He did a good job jump starting my car and sending me on my way at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again if the need arises

This service is exactly what I needed. I called multiple other services and no one answered. I called, they answered, and were at my location in 20 minutes and changed my tire within minutes of getting to me. Highly recommend this service for anyone in the Shreveport/Bossier area.

J&J Roadside Assistance is top tier in the Shreveport-Bossier area. I called a few different companies and none compared. The affordability, the over the phone customer service, the quick response getting to my location, and to top it off the communication between them and me as a customer helped determine what I needed and what they need to bring. Would absolutely recommend them over all others.

This establishment, is by far the best in Shreveport, Bossier area. Great rates for tows, quick response time, knowledgeable staff. Very Professional, the list goes on unfortunately their company isn't in the top suggested businesses when you enter a search for towing, Google should fix that, besides this I highly recommend doing business with J&J Roadside Assistance Services LLC. Make sure you're getting the correct company, the address is located at 3937 Greenwood Rd, Shreveport, LA 71109

I have to say calling around for quotes to get your car towed is never fun, but when you find that one company with a kind soul on the other end it let's you know there are still good people in this world. Efficient, kind, reasonably priced, and the communication was superb! Thank you again for all your help!

My husband travels 14 hours to work! His car acted up and he was broke down on the side of the road 4 and 1/2 hours from home! Jj roadside assistance was a life saver! Had him back on the road in no time!

Great, prompt service! While traveling back home one Sunday, I ran over an object in the middle of the highway, and blew 2 tires I also bent 2 rims. One call, and J&J was there to take the blown tires and get replacement tires from King Tire. Not to mention, he assisted me in locating replacement tires, as they are an odd size and difficult to find in stock. J&J changed my tires on the shoulder of the highway in no time, and I was on the road home... all on a SUNDAY! I m very thankful for their service. They are very reasonably priced, professional, and prompt. Give them a call if you re ever in the Shreveport - Bossier area and find yourself stranded! Absolutely amazing service! Not from Shrevport was stuck on the side of the road called every service in town and they were the only ones that came through for us . He stayed on the phone and also sent a guy out walked us through till we got the problem solved.. Also had a split tire that his guy help change Great price and service .. Thanks again for all your help greatly appreciated

I called to get my elderly uncle door unlocked due to him forgetting the key in the ignition. I called J&J he was very professional, nice, and very reasonable price. He told me he was going to be at the location in 10 minutes, but it was literally 3 minutes. He got the door open less than 30 seconds. Just want to say thank you for coming to help us, and we will be using your service again in the future. He s a 10/10 high recommend.Service: Car lockouts

Awesome and reliable roadside service. Got stranded on I20 with a broken belt and belt tensioner. I Called them and he arrived within 20 min. Went to Freightliner dealer to pickup parts and replaced it fast. Thank you Michael.

There's some companies you just have to say more about not less. And J&J roadside is one of those companies. I have car insurance with roadside assistance but when my car insurance roadside assistance, that I pay for, could not come and fix my tire J&J was there within 15 minutes. NO questions asked at 1156pm!!! He got it fixed and got me home safely. I'm so grateful for them! I hope and pray the Lord continue to bless this brother and his business. because he definitely has a calling on his life to do what he does and he loves doing it. He was beyond respectful and professional with his appearance and his conversation. If you deal with them you will not be disappointed. I don't believe that five stars are not enough. Thank you again J&J!!!

My parents were pulling their toy hauler on the way to Sturgis and got 3 blow outs on a brand new camper. Michael was such a blessing for them on these hot days!! He was the first guy they found on goggle and he was there so quickly and so professional. He had to go back to his shop with the blown tires, got new tires and had them mounted and air properly for our rv camper. He got them on the road quick with replacing four tires and even brought us Taco Bell and Dr Pepper. Thank you!Service: Tire change

Just bought an old truck and was heading back to Mississippi when the front tire blew out! We called several places who said sorry can t help you! J&J Roadside Assistance Service LLC said no problem! OMG when I tell you j&j are awesome we hit a pothole in the intersection not 1 but 2 blowouts let's just say from when the young man answered the phone until the job was done we received nothing but professionalism fast and friendly customer service AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH GOD BLESS

I read the review from the lady with a flat tire. She waited 2 hours for her insurance to send someone. So she called J&J Roadside Assistance and received immediate response. Based on her review, I called J&J when we had a blowout. My husband is disabled but wants to do everything himself. I was afraid that he would hurt himself changing the tire. Michael arrived quickly and changed the tire. He was very professional. I highly recommend J&J Roadside Assistance.
