We had a good time here, took the car to repair, and had ourselves some snacks while we wait. The atmosphere of this place is excellent, they have very clean floors and it looks pretty. We had to wait 2 whole hours but it was worth it because when we got our car it was running smoothly perfect! This Honda service center is WAYYYY better than Bossier s.

To me, a service department is more important than the sale itself because service is where you spend most of your time with maintenance on your vehicle. I have been very very impressed with using Zach over these past 2 years. He goes above and beyond to answer any question that I may have about my vehicle! Because of that relationship, I will probably buy my wife's next vehicle at Honda.

Horrible customer service!!!! I bought my new Honda in Nov and went to have my first service done on my car. Made appt online and showed up the next day for them to tell me they had "call-ins" and it would be a 2 hour wait. Called the next day to speak with Manger (I thought) and spoke with Chandler who pretty much told me if I was unhappy with there service to not come back. Couldn't even get a mam I'm sorry. Told me that 2 hours was the appropriate time for an oil change. Even told me he was going to hang up the phone, stated I was being rude, at that time I stated I was not being rude I was just speaking the truth and he didn't want to hear it. I regret purchasing my car from them if this is the service and disrespect I will receive. Chandler needs another profession, because he is HORRIBLE at customer service. I say all this that to say this. ALL I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO RECEIVE WAS A COURTESY CALL THAT AM NOTIFYING ME OF THE WAIT!!! I live over an hour away.Service: Oil change

Holmes Honda responded to an urgent request to look at our a/c on a 2013 Odyssey on a Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Traveling thru town and they made space in their schedule, treated us with courtesy and professionalism at each turn, and got our vehicle back to us quickly on a holiday weekend. EXTREMELY impressed. Adam Foster was the Service Manager and Brandy (I think) at the Service Desk were above and beyond employees. Been a long time since I was that impressed with a car dealership...and we had no existing relationship with them. Great job, Holmes team.Service: Auto A/C recharge

I had a wonderful experience here. Laura was my service rep and she did an absolutely amazing job. She was professional, friendly and enthusiastic. She offered useful information and pictures of the issues found with the car. I would strongly recommend this location.

Great service, reliable, nice sitting area with yummy snacks, sometimes there can be a wait but the service makes up for it. Def glad I got my car from here.

I would leave 0 Stars if it was an option. Not professional. Terrible service. Dishonest. Hide paperwork. Don t return calls or messages. Stay away from Katie, Dallas, all edged manager Jamal, head manager, general manager, and district per the phone pass around game. I cannot express enough his unprofessional they are at Holmes Honda. I ll drive two hours just to not bring my vehicle there. They overcharge. They don t fix the issue you bring the car there for. They tell you it s another issue and charge you outrageous prices. Then when you leave unhappy they say make another appointment, but they are booked for a week( I don t see how ) then they say we have to charge you again to run ANOTHER diagnostic since we failed to truly conduct it the last time although we billed you and said it was done. STAY AWAY. I could go on and on, and I will at a corporate level.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Nice and courteous, little expensive though. Going to dealership for service has its advantages too. Always had bad luck with their shuttle service, don't depend on it.

I didn't personally buy a car but the I went and looked at a car and talked with her salesmen Michael Price. I really liked and from what I understand they were able to work out a deal.
