Hebert s is my top dealership. Chuck the service manager is so quick to figure out the issues you re having with your car and fix it. He ensures safety, care and an understanding of exactly what is happening. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and on top of their stuff. I can t thank Chuck enough for all he s done for my family and I!

Took my jeep to get 2 batteries put in it and my car still does not work properly. I have been back 3 times to get it fixed.

Took my Ram truck for oil change and tire rotation. Justin was very professional, friendly and as I was in the waiting area, heard him being very patient and courteous on the phone. Service was fast. Very satisfied.

I would give 5 stars for service at this dealership. I had major breakdown of my truck Ram 3500. All parts and work were done ahead of estimates. All personal were very professional and knowledgeable, especially service advisor John. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will come back

Very bad experience. Had an appointment to get my vechile serviced at 0815 but the person i was scheduled (Nate Burks) with didn't arrrive until 0840. After waiting for him i was told although I had an appointment my vechile would not be even looked at today because they were 3-4 days behind. I asked for the manager (Allen Pardue) so he could better explain things to me and when I did speak with him he was rude as if I was asking too much to speak to him. Very bad customer service. Thanks!

Very disappointed ... Left greasey prints on my door and interior and took me three days to get the cigarette smell out. They said they couldn't fix the small leak at the tire that they screwed up ... Said I needed a new tire (275.00). I took it to Gateway Tires on Shreveport Barksdale Hey in Shreveport, not only did they fix it, they didn't charge me for it. Got my vehicle back and it was clean and didn't stink of cigarette smoke.

Do not take your to them. They are suppose to do a maintenance check on the vehicle every oil change and fail to it. It then cost me more money to fix the problem because they fail to the job. The service department did not call to tell the problem, I had to keep calling until i got an answer.
