I spoke to the lady from services on the phone before driving 2 hours away from monroe la, and taking a day off of work if they could install a motor for me and she said absolutely yes we can come on up here. After driving 2 hours and getting here I realized these guys are anything but professional and she told me that it was to big of a job, we can t fix it. Worst experience with any boat repair business I ve ever had. Steer clear.

Over 1 year later on a new sxs, no MSO and no Title. Have been in contact, they don't have it and don't have record of what they did with it.Avoid this place at all cost, shady practices, now I have tens of thousands of dollars in a sxs that I can't do anything with.

Sold me a generator during the storms under the assumption it was brand new off the truck and needed to be put together. Come to find out it was used to power there business that day. No need to lie. I work in customer service, I get the game. But to take advantage of the situation is pretty scummy.

My husband & I visited this store twice, once to look around and the second time to purchase an ATV. EVERYONE there provided us with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANY questions we had they answered if they didn't have an answer for us, they guided to the right place. This experience went so smoothly. This was the first time we've ever purchased an item where the process was efficient, smooth and fast.

I went in to buy a 4 wheeler. I could not get a salesperson to help me. I waited over 10 minutes. John Best didn t even acknowledge there was a customer in the store. Then he called me and made it out like I was in the wrong for not waiting on him or other staff to sell me an ATV. I left and bought one at G and C Honda. I spent more but had exceptional customer service.

Took my jet ski in for $13 part replacement. I was told it needed this and that so in good faith I ended up paying $1700.00 in so called needed service. Took the ski out and it ran great for about 25 minutes and quit.

Literally could not MAKE them sell me a pair of jet skis. Never had to work so hard to get a salesman to even just call me back. Called them every day for over a week and never heard back from them. After no luck with This store I went to one of their shops in Texas and gave them 2 phone numbers, and 2 emails. Never even heard from the Texas store. Had already been approved for the loan and everything.

Bought a 25hp Yamaha today. Nice Friendly folks, I would give 5 stars but I haven't had any experience with their service department yet. I would like to have one of them 80k$ skeeter bass boats. They are PRETTY

Came out there a few times looking for a piece for my crest liner boat. The guy in parts was little to no help. He took my info down on a Friday said he would find it and call me Tuesday. Waited no call. Went by on Wed. and walked up to counter and asked about part he says it hasn't come in. I asked few questions he couldn't answer and he said I'm sorry I don't know what I was suppose to be doing for you . I told him again and he said sense my boat was a 2007 he couldn't find it to have a nice day. Like get someone in there that wants to work and help people if my boat was new I wouldn't be needing any parts for it. Terrible service I will be buying from bayou outdoors super center and I suggest you try and do the same or order you parts online bc the guy in parts will NOT HELP YOU IF HE HAS TO PUT ANY KIND OF WORK IN HELPING YOU

Terrible customer service. There mechanics lie and will RIP you off. I was told the compression on my motor was 83 and should be 120 and there for I would not be able to get as much money for it. I trusted them and believed that they would not lie to me and screw me out of 6 thousand dollars. They completed the paperwork and a few days later when my husband came and asked them to show him the compression on all 6 cylinders and it was 120 on all them. Untrustworthy, lying crooks. Don't buy a boat from people like this.

I want to start this by saying that I am a Phoenix owner and have never purchased a boat from this dealership before. I have had nothing but the best experience with this dealer in the 2 interactions that I have had with them. They define what customer service should be. The went out of their way to get me back on the water when I had a prop throw a blade last year during a tournament. They helped to remove a seized thrust washer and clear some line that was stuck in behind it. In and out and no charge other than the prop. They also had a Humminbird in dash mount that no one else in our area had. After I called they had it on the counter waiting when I got there. Just some good people that go out of their way to help others.

Unfortunately, after a decade of dealing with Buckee and the crew at H & W, they have started following the "Quantity over Quality" business model. It's very sad to me as a loyal customer, I haven't taken my boat anywhere else for10 years. But the last few times the quality of service has been subpar to say the least. I had them install an Ultrex TM, and the first trip out the transducer plug ripped off when I hit the spot lock button. This was due to H & W installing it wrong without enough play in the transducer wire to account for the TM head to spin while Spotlocking. Then, H & W said that I must go through Minn Kota Warranty to get it fixed. WOW!I had them do a maintenence on my boat and trailer and asked them to check all of the bearings, axles, etc. on my trailer. They said they did and everything was OK. When I got home I found that one of my trailer tires was worn so bad that steel tread was showing. This tells me they DID NOT even do an inspection of the trailer, even though I paid for it.Lastly, I broke my trailer wench stand while on vacation fishing. I went to the shop hoping they could help me locate one, or at least give me a parts number so that I could scour the internet and find one myself. THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME, or even give me a parts number!!!!! They told me I could call EZ Loader myself!!!! This is after 10 years and thousands of dollars I have spent with them!!!It is obvious that they now value quantity and the almighty dollar over quality, honesty, and integrity. It's a shame. But they won't get another dollar of mine

I took them an ATV that was in pretty bad shape. They fixed it and worked with us on the price. Wonderful experience. Really good people.

Problem Solved with boat engine and all repair finish with trailer light, they wash off boat trail from mud, Job Well Done,If you have engine problems carry to H&W Shreveport,They will take Good Care of You,Thanks H&W,
