I met with your managers Emily and Ryan they are the niceness people I have ever met in this business.The park is very well maintained and I am impressed with how well everyone is working together to make this the best mobile home park in the area.Miss Emily Jordan was so knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. Still haven't had my tree cut now i have roof leak an damage from the park negligence will seek a lawyer after taken care of after remodeling home had this agreement in September of last year an they stated 10 times we are trying to get it done next were getting them to come out to work on it next they couldn't make it's pushed back next they are behind on the parks trees so it's pushed back it's been like this for over 2 years an none of the managers have taken this seriously even when I reported it as a safety concern for my family that these tree limbs can come crashing on my home killing my family an then not only will you have repair damages to pay for you will insurance claims to pay for dead relatives due to your NEGLIGENCE so by all means you can pay my family an give us the trailer park this way when I die my family will own this park so I'm not stressing but every tenant is mad about how the prices have gone up an all they did was redo the park at the front of the park also I believe they charge you for trash cleaning when they do no cleaning so they like STEALING people money aswell an keep your deposit they also move trailers in supervising even when I told them that you're ILLEGALLY driving over the drainage system an that I will report it they didn't care just looked dumbfounded

We've been told for three years that our tree was going to be removed. It keeps destroying our roof. We were even told they have the money to do it. Then why has it been three years? The people in the office only tell you what you want to hear just to keep putting you off, so I went ahead and sent a letter to corporate. We'll see what good that'll do too.Another thing that seems funny is that quite a few of these reviews are about the trees. And all they want to do is increase the rent and not do anything about the maintenance of this park.I believe these trees have not even been trimmed in the last four to five years. I say this because I overheard one of the tree trimmers strike up a conversation about Patrick Mahomes going to his first Super Bowl. Well, that was 2019 NFL season.

Can t never get anyone to pick up the phone at the office what is an emergency number I can contact that will actually pick up. I asked for a number that someone would actually pick up and I got told there isn t one you have to leave a voicemail. What am I supposed to do if my house is flooding or on fire leave a voicemail!????

Since they supposedly made management changes, the new owner has been increasing the rent of the lots at all times, always mentioning the excuse of inflation in the economy, We can understand him once but he has raised the rent again without making improvements In the lots, another point that I want to mention is that they ignores the needs of the residents. There are many properties that have highly dangerous trees branches on their houses. In the event of a tornado or hurricane, it has been reported many times and the administrator of the place ignores the request and never does anything to solve the problem of the branches in the trees, so I absolutely do not recommend this place to live or rent a Mobile home that simple, if you do not want to spend bitter times with this kind of owners or managers. "Do not rent lots or houses in this place".Show me your professionalism with actions not with words, once again the rent has been raised December 1, 2023, anyone who is interested in moving to this place think carefully, personally I do not recommend this place to do business.This owner of this property takes advantage of the people who live here because he knows very well that a mobile home cannot be moved overnight.If it were easy to move the mobile home quickly, they would think twice before raising the lot rent.The consumer laws in this state of Louisiana need to be regulated for the benefit of the consumer and not allow these companies to take advantage of people with their rent increases all the time.

Johnathan Phillips at the Glen Leaf Community was so awesome with helping us secure a home. He was dedicated, motivated, and selfless in doing his job. I have never been more satisfied in the effort he put in to helping us. Thank you Johnathan. If you are in the Shreveport/Bossier area please stop by and visit this property there are many floor plans to choose from with very affordable prices and friendly people.

Jonathan Phillips (salesman) went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I was able to get into one of there new homes! He is our angel from Heaven and such a blessing!! His energy, vibe, personality, attitude was just radiating and so beautiful. Please visit and come see the Awesome community and homes available!

Where do I start, I came looking for a place to stay Tuesday and was moved in by Friday!!!!!!!!!! I thank JESUS everyday for having Mr.Jonathan Philip in office he was the absolute best to work with,I felt comfortable and very welcomed, He made buying my first home a blessing! He deserves 10 starts because he gave 10/10 service! What an awesome company!God bless Mr.Jonathan!!!!

My daughter and her 3 small children have been staying here since May she still does not have mailbox key her AC in not working and there is a leak that is producing mold and they are aware of all of these things and not doing anything! I do not recommend this place

I have lived here for a little over 8 years now. At lot 109#, most of the People are Good People and Kind. The Management Team Takes Good Care of the Trailer Park's Street's and Lots. And I am disabled and sometimes if they can tell I'm feeling bad from Trying to Get a little exercise. They will help me to make it back home. God Bless Them for Their Compassion.

I stayed there every thing was ok until I left the park and asked for my deposit and they told me I should get it with in 4 to 5 days it's been 6 weeks and I haven't received it yet I try calling and they don't answer my calls any more and not even my messages

When you arrive at the office make sure you tell the manager Lot 28 Steve sent you and you want the VIP treatment. Guarente you no better place to help you get started without all the fuss of other location. Great price easy monthly termsREMEMBER LOT 28 Steve sent ya!

If they want to keep increasing the rent, they need to upgrade the playgrounds, fix the low water pressure, and cut all the hazardous trees hanging all over people s houses.
