Solid place when I worked for C&L supply they always had the lowest prices for our box trucks and now that I have used them for my personal vehicle I can say without a doubt this is the best experience I've had with any vehicle maintenance place. Quick to the point and budget friendly

Went in to get two chips in my windshield repaired and the price was very reasonable and I was going ahead with the repair. Deanna asked me if I had insurance and I told her I had State Farm, but my agent told me it wasn t covered. She called State Farm and helped me and it was covered after all and no deductible. Deanna was amazing. Thank you for your help.

Great price. I needed a window replaced in my vehicle. They were really friendly. I didn't have to have an appointment. It was done in about an hour and a half. And I was told it would be two to three hours. I had no problem waiting because it was cool, they had cold water, and seating with a TV and remote. The job was well done. I already told a friend.

The service was excellent. The two workers came and measure the Window and replaced the Window in my condo. I would recommend the one in Shreveport.

Great professional work , and great pricing.Will recommend to others.update : 3-3-23 Took another vehicle for a crack in the windshield and replaced with new - quality work again. I took my oil change stick off and placed it on the floor so I could place it back on the window lol they found it and did it for me. Great job !Services: Auto windshield repair, Glass installation

Friendly and professional! Elizabeth was so helpful. In a few short minutes, she confirmed that my windshield was in stock, directed me on filing the clam, and got me scheduled for the next day. Joey showed up on time for the installation and in about 30-40 minutes I had a new windshield. Another company that I was originally directed to by my insurance was rude and wanted to keep my car from 7:30am until 4:30pm. Bypass that headache and go straight to Glass Services. I can t say enough how much of a help Charlie was when my car got broken into. I called the isemergency number that was on their mainline voicemail Saturday morning and he picked up immediately. I explained the situation of my car getting broken into and he let me lock my car there in their garage until he could get my window fixed during the week. Communication with staff was so easy and helpful every time I called. They had to order my glass in so the process was a bit longer than normal, but in that time, they handled my insurance claim and I didn t have to pay anything out of pocket. I will go back to them for any of my glass needs.

Highly recommend!! I literally contacted this business on short notice and was told I could bring my vehicle right away, so I dropped it off on my lunch break. Windshield installed perfectly. I hate that I didn t get names so that I could acknowledge them correctly, but everyone from the receptionist to the technician were great. Would rate 10 stars if I could. Courtney was so helpful! She kept me informed of the progress along the way, right up to the install. She made sure that everything ran smoothly for the day of the install.Matt and his helper were very professional and courteous during the measuring and install. Had a passenger window replaced by them. They were not only able to get the window ordered and delivered by the next day, but they did a great job installing it within a couple of hours. If I ever need any other glass replaced, I'll be coming back here

After waiting 3 months for a repair order with another company with no end in sight, my wife suggested Glass Services who had just performed a repair job at her work. From first contact online to getting a quote to finish was 10 days! Excellent customer service!

I strongly do not recommend this place. They put a new sunroof glass in for me back in September. They said they dropped the headliner to put my sunroof glass in. Then I noticed days later while it was raining my sunroof was leaking so after me constantly calling and taking my car back to this place due to my sunroof still leaking. I come in today to find out my sunroof frame was broken and they still put the glass in there. I will never recommend nor get anymore services from them. If I could have gave them no stars that s exactly what they would have done.Service: Sunroof glass replacement

Many months ago this company replaced a glass shower door and did an excellent job.Today, a rock hit our windshield and they will have it replaced by Monday afternoon. Excellent service and an extremely reasonable price.

Courtney is phenomenal! She got me taken care of immediately literally within minutes between the time I contacted her and got with my insurance when I needed to replace my windshield. Insurance wanted me to go through Safelite but Courtney informed me that a person has the right to pick which shop to go through so I preferred to go through Glass Services for their better reputation opposed to Safelite due to their negative reviews. This place is great. Recently had a passenger window replaced and while they they were replacing it I was in the waiting area trying to figure how where I was going to take it to vacuum up all of the glass (it shattered) before picking up my daughter from school. When I got in my truck I discovered that they had gone the extra mile already and cleaned up all the glass.Service: Auto windshield repair

I requested a quote & was contacted immediately. They picked up my car on time and dropped it off all in one piece at no extra cost. Really grateful because my windshield crack was spreading quickly! Body shop dropped our vehicle off for windshield removal while they worked on it. Windshield was less than a year old and cost 350.00 to replace. These folks broke the windshield and told me they did me a favor charging me their cost of 350.00 instead of the 950.00 retail. # 1 complaint, breaking it and charging me for it. # 2 complaint is all you folks paying 950.00 for 350.00 glass. I had to have the windshield in my new truck replaced - way earlier than I wanted to thanks to these terrible Louisiana roads :( I was worried to have this done on such a new, blemish-free truck (Note: Do yourself a favor and DO NOT watch any YouTube videos on windshield replacements - the removal process is terrifying!) But let me tell you, theses folks know what they are doing and they got me in and out on schedule as promised. There is not a blemish or flaw with the truck or the install and other than being crack-free, I cannot even tell the glass has been replaced. I was happy with the work he did on my car. His work was very impressive The only thing I did not care for and It may not even been his fault so i say to whom it may concern. ... They reschedule my appointment and I understand it happens I work in retail. But. When I was told about the reschedule it wasn't someone calling me letting me know that way I could have built a schedule around my day off because I took off for that day to get it done. I was emailed that it was reschedule for the next day. So I took off the Next Day also. When the gentlemen came (Great Guy)the job he did was Great. It hasn't rained so I'm still waiting on that test. My Biggest thing was the communication on rescheduling.I would have liked a phone call so we could have came to a better resolution on the date instead of putting me in a small bind at work. Thanks Guys

I called the day befor to get an appt. time. I got a noon appt., a quote, and an estimate of 2 1/2 to 3 hours for work to be done . I brought my car in for windshield replacement at noon. I was not expecting the work to be done as quoted, but in 2 1/2 hours it was done! Emily was polite and professional, and I was very pleased to be on my way.The staff is very helpful, the quality of work was outstanding. I certainly am going to recommend them to anyone. Fantastic service with a great attitude replacing a car windshield. I received a quote in July, they stuck to it in August when I requested service through Facebook. The weather complicated my plans and they offered numerous solutions to make it work. After the rain cleared up the same day, a repair tech came out to my work place and completed the job where my car was parked. He was courteous and respectful. I didn't time his work exactly but I would guess 30 minutes. 45 tops. Their prices beat my insurance and the aftermarket glass is top quality. Matches if not exceeds OEM in quieting road noise, it looks identical, and save for a small amount of old molding crumbles on my dash they did a great job on the install. Thanks guys.
