Driver came out and was very professional and insured that I knew of any possible damages that could be caused by a difficult recovery. And then completed the recovery with no damage whatsoever. Very happy with their response time and thoroughness

As a large carrier of oils and lubricants, the importance of keeping my trucks up and rolling safely are top priority. I have been using Gerald s for over a year now, and have had nothing but the best experiences with mike and his team. Their work quality, pricing, and customer service rank with some of the best in the business. Our Shreveport location is a much better operation with Gerard s towing helping us with all of our maintenance needs.

I onw a local Light Duty Diesel repair shop. Miachel Arceneaux and his team are professional and proficient. They have helped multiple customers on jobs that we are not set up to service.I will continue to reach out to them for all of our Heavy Duty needs.
