They were very courteous. They attended to my problem quickly and informed of the problem. They also informed me that the repair would end up being something that would be too involved for their shop. They advised me as thoroughly as possible and got me on my way. I have used this Firestone dealership often and alway am satisfied with the honesty and expertise. Thank. you

The 4 star is not really due to the workers and how they workered, but more towards the friends and family. It took 7 hours to get my new tires and alignment done due to how busy it was. Since it took that long, most people would avoid that. Regardless, they did a great job on my vehicle and it is performing well so far. Also their customer service was great.

I went to the location and told the rep that I did a Diagnostic Check Engine Test and It stated that I had a Spark Plug MisFire for Cylinder D. He told me that I should get a thorough check of my car which was $119 to confirm if that was the issue. I refused and he was extremely persistent on me getting the check engine light test. He came back and told me that the issue was the in fact the spark plug that I previously TOLD him about . (I even had the report from the previous diagnostic that Stated that it was the spark plug) . They charged me $120 plus the cost of the spark plug that I came there for. I felt so used for paying $120 for them to confirm the issue that I told them about even when he say it printed out on paper. I will never go back to this establishment again.

I got my front and back brakes and all 4 rotors changed at firestone and they are still making a noise and grinding. Took it back they said nothing is wrong and they don't hear a noise. WHAT A RIP OFF. Nobody has $900 to throw away like that. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Came in early this year with a bubble in my tire and they said it wasn t a big deal so they just moved that tire to the back. Then the bubble got bigger a month later so I went in during my lunch to see if they could get me in and I understand they are short staffed but they said it would take 4 hours before I could get in so I just left. Driving around with that bad tire then I notice a bubble on my front tire! I knew it was not safe so I finally went back in since it was urgent. The front desk guy said it would take ab an hour and a half. 2 hours later another guy comes up to me and says they don t have my tire size. He had to order my tires and it wouldn t be in for 4 days and they would call me when they get them. They were about to close on the day they said they were going to receive them and I still have yet to receive a call so I call them and they said they have them so I made an appt for the next day at 4:30. I get there at 4 and don t get out until 6. Then they couldn t even apply a military discount on top of the warranty which barely covered a small amount of the cost. Waste of my time and money! Never coming back here again.

Had a blowout on our way home from New orleans. Jared , I think, stayed after hours to ensure we got a new tire on and able to drive home. Superior service!

I booked an appointment at 1pm for multiple services. I show up 10 min early to check in, get told the singular guy who can do what I booked is backed up from walk ins from the morning and it would be awhile. No problem; I ll wait. Then I m told he s finished, but needs lunch. No problem, I ll keep waiting. I wait for over 4 hours when finally, they walk out and say. Sorry, he s not gonna get to it today. What is the point of making an appointment??? Don t bother, go somewhere else.

$600 to change out 4 spark plugs and one coil pack....then gave me a $500 estimate to change out a $60 radiator hose, and that's WITHOUT the b.s. "diagnostic fee, which is simply them plugging a device under the steering wheel. Took it elsewhere, got the hose changed out for less than half that. Great place if you have thousands of $$ to burn... the guys are really nice, it's just overly, incredibly, ridiculously expensive.....and they will 'fee' you to death!

Made an appt for 4:30 to get front end alignment, they waiting till almost 7, (closing time) to start, then tried talking me out of it. Asking me do you still want us to look at it. YES, Hence the reason I made the appt. smhEdit, after leaving store they didn t even replace the tps sensors like I told them to, and also my traction control light is on now. On top of that, my vehicle is now all over the road. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Made an appointment online before they opened for 11am. Showed up and was told I couldn't be accomodated for my scheduled time. I'd have to leave my vehicle and it would be ready by the time they closed at 7.I went to another location and got a lifetime alignment for 210$. Within an hour and a half. Unfortunately my vehicle has the same issue, pulls to the right.I have not been back yet. But I intend to when I get a chance to see if alignment is not my problem.I would have thought they'd check to see if the problem was corrected after adjustments were made.

I took my car in for a new tire and installation since i had a nail in my tire and it was going flat every time i parked it. They kept it for a few hours and when i got back they had me fixed up and ready to go....good price...great service. Real nice crew!

Book an appointment at 11:00 am and when asked after 02:20 hours at01:20 pm, nothing done. Still want more time asking for another 2-3 hours. Worst service received from Firestone. Not going to recommend to anyone, do not go.

All of a sudden you can't give me a quote? I've been using your location for years, and I've spent thousands of dollars with you. Every time I have received a quote in advance, good for 30 days. A few months ago I spent thousands at your location (again, with an advance quote). Asked for and received exactly what I needed. Didn't give you any trouble or haggling.Has your store policy changed or something?I don't need to give you my vehicle for an unspecified amount of time, just so you can look at it with your own eyes (which I will owe you money for since I won't be getting the service done the same day) and verify that yes, this specific vehicle does match the ONE part design available for it in your system.That's okay, called one of your other locations and got a quote over the phone, sent to my email, and good for 30 days. As soon as I can put aside the money, I'll just go there instead.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

We bought tires. The original valve stem covers that came with the car disappeared magically. They were replaced with extremely cheap valve stem covers. Tire pressure was set at 47psi. Recommended for my car is 35 psi. Other than that service was quick and tries were well priced. If I had not caught 47psi pressure who knows what would have happened.

The staff is professional, and friendly. The best is how quick they can work on your vehicle without waiting days, like a dealership service department. The prices are not cheap but worth it for efficiency and service.

SCAMMER'S WITH NO ETHICAL BACKBONE TYPE OF BUSINESS!!!Austin a member of this Firestone team contacted me and clearly stated that they were unable to perform a diagnostic test on my vehicle because my vehicle would not communicate with their diagnostic testing machine. In the next sentence he stated that I would still be responsible for paying for a "diagnostic test" that was not done. My vehicle is still broken down and I still don't have answers but paying for a service that was unable to be performed was FIRESTONE'S biggest priority! I agree something should be paid but I question their decision to charge for a service that was not performed. Meanwhile, I still have to get my vehicle towed to a second location. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Had a slow leak in my tire, and had a last minute trip come up. They were able to get my car checked out and tire replaced, in about 2 hours. Great job!

They are busy andtell every customer that walks it they have to wait hours.Make sure you schedule because this team is getting cars in and rolling them out non stop.I scheduled and was told that a leaking tire would be 4 hours that I had scheduled for repair.Vehicle service is worthy, but customer service is lack luster.

Had our lexus in shop they still have it there. Called said 600 estimated. Now asking for 1283 less than 12 hours for same parts. This place is a rip off.

I ordered tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered here for installation. I made an 11 AM appointment. Was told it would take two hours. It's now 3:00 PM and they aren't finished. The employees seem friendly but the wait is ridiculous. Won't come here again.Update: The manager did apologize to me later. There was a technician sick that day.

Firestone as a whole is just horrible... 3 months ago I bought a couple new tires plus I bought the warranty.. today I realized there's a bubble on the side of one of my tires and go to one location about an hour before close they can't do anything because they're about to close Go to a second location that's going to close in about 30 minutes they can't do anything SMH they sure took my money though for my extended warranty but what are you going to do

Amazing service! Staff was friendly and efficient to all customers. They were very accommodating and willing to work with individual requests. Several discourteous customers were helped while I was waiting and the staff remained professional and amicable, never demonstrating favoritism. I have seen the other reviews, but this has never been my experience at this location. I have always been pleased their service and professionalism. Great job! Thank you!In fact they were still finishing my car at 7 o'clock so that I could have it for the weekend.
