This all started with needing an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. Initially I tried the Firestone in Bossier, set an appointment, dropped the car off early, returned to the shop 1.5 hours after my appointment time to find out they haven t even looked my car. I left without service and set an appointment with this Firestone. Showed up 30 min early again, came back 2 hours after my appointment time and my car was on a rack but was not finished. I didn t get my car back until 3 hours after my appointment time! I asked if that was normal and what was the point of an appointment if I still had to wait 3 hours. The manager was nice and was confused as to why it had taken that long as well. Then, while I was there, this happened to someone else s car (see photo). The front of the car fell about 6 feet off the lift slamming into the concrete

Last week, I went in for a slow tire leak. Technician could not find the leak but said he only checked the tread area. He did recommend I get a new tire but did not offer to help me find a tire or sell me one. I ordered my own tire online, This week, I scheduled an appointment. No technician was available at appointment time. Could not remove the tire from the rim that they installed in November. They had no solution for me. I left and went to another tire dealer. Upon arrival at the new tire dealer I discovered my lug lock was not in the glove box. Went back to Firestone and the tech said he put it in the glove box. I found the lug lock on the lug nut. So, not only did the service tech do nothing to resolve the issue, he lied to my face. It's lucky I didn't drive very far. Also, Firestone's customer service person on duty Sunday morning is unfriendly, bordering on rude. 25 years as a loyal customer and I'm done.

The gentleman that checked me in, Michael was friendly and professional. He made sure that he understood the reason for my visit and explained everything to me. He also checked to make sure that the number on file was a good number. I was given a call once my car was ready.

I have not gone here, but as a mechanic I change people's oil all the time and frequently get disgusted with how poorly the previous oil change was done, but I just changed someone's oil who had previously gone to this location, and not only did they use good oil, they used a premium filter, and nothing was over tightened. It is by far the best job I have ever seen a chain do. Cannot speak to their prices, but given the filter and oil that they used, I would say it's probably worth whatever they charge.

Making an appointment is useless at this service provider. Had an appointment which required I indicate the make, model, and year of my vehicle. Sat for over 2 hours because they had to go purchase the oil filter . The appointment was made so that they would have the supplies on hand for my Euro vehicle. People in waiting area had been sitting half a day for a simple oil change. Will not use them again.

My go to location for Mechanic work. Professionalism and Integrity when it comes to servicing cars. There too are dealerships that entrust them with mechanic work, which genuinely takes the cake as well.

Classic bait and switchI called ahead for a quote and scheduled to bring my car in the next day. Upon dropping the car off I am told there are no notes or quote in the system. I didn t think anything of it because I had spent a good amount of time on the phone the day prior while the technician looked up the parts for the year, make and model of my vehicle and even quoted me how long it would take to do the work. About 4 hours later I get a call and the price for the work now increased 44% from what I was quoted. When I questioned how this is possible I was simply told there was no quote in the system and very rudely and dismissively told I can come get my car if I don t want to get the work done. Then I was told they can see if they can find the parts for cheaper. When I called back I was then told all they can do is take 10% off their extreme markup.Does anyone have any integrity anymore?!I am extremely disappointed.What a waste of time

My car what hit with debri while I was driving through on my move to Florida and within minutes the team at Firestone got my car zip tied free of charge so I could make it the rest of the way. So kind and helpful!

I scheduled an appointment for 9AM Sunday morning on-line. The email I received stated that I could arrive early. I got there at 8:53, 7 minutes early. My son was with me. We went to the door and it was locked. There were two men inside, but they didn t look our way; even though, they knew we were there, so we went back to the car to wait for 9 o clock on the dot. We did. At 9 straight up, we back to the door. It was still locked. We didn t see anyone in side the store, but we did see one person at the bay doors, still ignoring us. When my son s cell phone read a minute after, we left. That was very rude and inconsiderate. Someone could have said, ma am we ll be with you in a minute. Something!

Bad service. I don t normally leave reviews but technicians ignored me multiple times even though I simply was looking to get my tires topped off with air. I ve spent plenty of hundreds to get tires through Firestone and they simply don t care. After waiting over 30 min and talking to the manager nobody ever came out. Don t waste your time guys.

Went there for an oil change and a couple new tires, the service advisor, Ryan was really nice and very knowledgeable about the brand of the car that I have, and the technician Eddie was very helpful and did a great job working on my car. I'll definitely go back whenever my vehicle needs to be looked at/serviced again. I was in and out in almost 2 hours.Services: Tires, Oil change

Told store I had my own tires I wanted to have mounted and balanced. Dropped truck off and 2 hours later they call and say they can't mount them because they are not new tires. You would think they would ask you that question when you drop the vehicle off. Absolute waste of time, I wouldn't recommend this place.Service: TiresService: Tires

I took my car to Firestone for AC service. They gave me great customer service and you can trust them to find out what's wrong without giving you the run around. They informed me of an issue that they did not service & required dealership only to resolve.

I ve always loved Firestone and have been going to them for years, but the past few times we have gone they ve been way too busy and when we can get in it seems like they aren t giving the time needed.Our last experience will be our last time at this Firestone - my fianc� went in for an air conditioning check. They told him he would need Freon (they were going to charge $400 when we can get a can for $60), but they had replaced some valves for him.The next day when he opened his hood to fill Freon, he found that none of his caps had been replaced (they were on his windshield) and there was a USED RAG inside. Thank god he found it when he did and it didn t get caught up in anything under the hood.When we called to get an explanation they were very round-about, saying Well yes, we use rags, well yes, but DONT YOU CHECK UNDER THE HOOD BEFORE YOU CLOSE IT? There were a bunch of roundabout excuses we ll be going elsewhere from now on.Service: Air conditioning

LADIES BEWARE!!! These con artists will take advantage of you, especially if you are young. I am going to have to file a complaint with the attorney general s office. I will gladly go on the news and alert women of this fraudulent place. I took my vehicle to this location and foolishly relied on their expertise to fix my car. I spent $742 and my car has the same issues as when I brought it in. When I brought it back the manager told me they can t fix my car and had he been there they never would ve worked on my car. Is it my fault he wasn t there? Is it my fault he didn t properly advise his workers before he took off? So his workers fixed a car that he knew they couldn t fix and I m supposed to pay for it? Then I had to spend another $150 to get my car towed from Firestone to Kia to repair something Firestone was supposed to fix. The manager from Firestone claims he is not refunding my money until he gets a report from Kia. What does Kia have to do with anything? Firestone didn t, won t, and can t fix my car. The only thing I should have to pay for is $114 for the diagnostic. Once Firestone saw the report and the problem was something that they couldn t fix, they should not have touched my car. Instead they chose to commit fraud. Now my car is sitting at Kia waiting to be serviced sometime over the next two weeks and Firestone s manager actually thinks it is acceptable for them to keep my $742.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The work itself was great! but do not come here if you have any service agreement. I apologized profusely to the technician for him having to call my coverage providers but he still was really exasperated at my request. no matter how much I attempted to apologize and not be intrusive, he apologized for me to other guests and let my servicer know that i had run over a nail even though he hadn t seen my tire and I had not told him I had done that, as I didn t even know what had happened. I still ended up paying out of pocket because he told them that the damage done was not reparable due to my own driving. Being the only driving I did on the flat was to drive off of the interstate into a close by parking lot, it just seems unnecessary. Besides him I had a great repair experience w reliable repairs I would vouch for

You re better off doing it yourself than going to them. Very unprofessional, bad communication skill, overpriced and avoid telling you things they couldn t fix. Really don t see how they are still in service. Need a whole new crew because apparently they don t know what their doing I ve went to them about 5 times neither time was the issues solved horrible experience

I've been bringing my car here for over a year. Always have excellent service. And when I had a problem with a repair. Mike, the manager, took care of it without a fight. Great place to bring your car to! Thanks again Mike!!

Fair price on tires, however, could not be bothered to tell me the truth about needing an alignment because they didn t want to deal with it so I bought 4 new tires with protection plan and they let me drive away needing an alignment. I took my car to get my oil changed right after and they pointed out how bad my alignment was off. I called Firestone and they said that they had told me I needed an alignment, however, that was just to cover on their end. It was no where on my paperwork. And they admitted the man who did my tires doesn t do alignments and fixed it for free. It was upsetting because sometimes I have to travel very far for work. I was fortunate that I hadn t been called out of town, but still... if you spend $1000 on new tires you want your car alignment to be correct. If it wasn t for the mechanic I would have never known.

I strolled in at 6:20 pm in a panic, needing my tire replaced TONIGHT and Michael (truly a saint) was able to accommodate me and get the tire replaced immediately. I'm so thankful for his and his technician's prompt service and kindness in my moment of panic. If you're debating between this location and the others, choose this one.

We were driving to Houston and blew our tire in the evening, and they were able to take us last minute to replace our tire after trying 5 other places. Customer service was also great, they were quick and very friendly!

Unfortunately not an honest place. I believe they sold me tires just because they are pushing the sales but the tires the removed could have been spared.Once they recommended changing two tires because of nails. They said can t be repaired. I believed them but I asked to remove the nails just in case the are not deep enough to cause leaks. They said no reason to do that they definitely need to be changed! I insisted and sure enough one of them is not even a real nail it was so superficial and didn t cause any leak. So with good tire life asked to only change one tire and I m certain in other stores could have been easily repaired.Never this place again. You can make money as much as you want. But to make a loyal customer... that s a different story my friend!

Got the works; new tires and brakes all the way around. After multiple trips, they failed to fix my brake problem...so after a pretty penny spent I had to take to a different shop and after the second shop finished I came to the conclusion they lied and took me for my money OR need more training and better follow ups to fix issues based on their "warranty". I definitely will not be returning nor suggest them to anyone.
