Manager and tech went above and beyond to accommodate our service. And, exhibited a tremendous amount of integrity in recommending work to be done and not just gouging us to make a buck. Very competent and honest staff. Would recommend any day.

Hey, Ms. Gwendolyn I know how you feel. We were just laughing about having the same name. Me and my husband was very hurt to see that this young man Terrance is still working there. He asked you for lunch and you were so nice and gave him a 100.00 to buy lunch for him and his co workers. He is rude and has a nasty disposition. How is Firestone letting him be a manager. I will encourage everyone to take there business elsewhere. We support you. May God help all.

I had an oil change appointment for 10:00 AM, it is 11:36. a technician just pulled it into the back. The time wait here on Jewella is terrible, appointments mean nothing. You are not told an approximate length of time before they will be able to get to your vehicle. When the appointment was made I was assured it would only take 30-45 minutes. If you have nothing else to do but sit and wait this is the place.

The worst experience. I drove to Firestone for an alignment and brake inspection. They came out with 1608Invoice. No brake inspection was done.Terrance is rude disrespectful and unprofessional. I returned because like my Facebook post with the video showed of how my car was driving with the steering wheel shaking and car shaking while pulling to the right. The completed upper and lower arm control replacement and struts. They do not feel like my car is having issues. Do not come to Firestone again Terrance is unprofessional because I asked for my keys and he stated that, "Well as long as Firestone cut my check I'm fine.". A lot of unprofessional remarks. Come sign this pad. I decline to sign anything. He because upset. Why Terrance, that is my money that has to pay for the damaged repair you did to my Camaro. A lot of disrespect until I walked out of the location in tears over my car and the disrespect. I will encourage all my customers, family and friends to never visit this location with Terrance there.

I have found these guys to be consistently honest and up front about their recommendations for the upkeep of my vehicles for the last 20 years. The Firestone tire product is a reliable choice. The only complaint I have is that Firestone makes their poor employees click on 1 million boxes on their computer screens when they are checking you out. Really? My doctors office does not click as many boxes as you made these poor guys click.

I just got an alignment done on my Ford Flex, and I have to raise my hands in thanks to Terrance and the crew here because they, "Rock!"The wait time was reasonable, but I am so thankful to have my car back and driving smoothly

If you decide to take your car here, do so at your own risk. However, make sure you use your phone to take a picture of your dash with the vehicle running so that it's clear what lights were or were not on as well as your mileage. My suggestion to corporate, make it mandatory across the board for employees to document that a check engine light is on and have the customer initial by it before the vehicle is even pulled out of the parking lot for service.For years I've only trusted firestone to address all of my car needs. I have been a customer of firestone for years until my my most recent (12/10/2023) servicing experience at the location located at 8902 Jewella Ave.Now, let me tell you my story. I make an appointment to have my charger and my new vehicle that I'd just purchased 6 days prior to the 10th. The appointment was made for 12/08/23. I arrive early and was told they would take the charger first, so my son and I take the other vehicle and go grab dinner. We come back about an hour later and they've already taken the tires off the charger, it's up on the rack. At this point I'm told that I have to make another appointment to bring the other vehicle back at a later time, this is not the first time I've made an appointment at this location only to get there and be told I have to reschedule. Fast forward, I bring my second vehicle back 2 days later. I get the oil change and they return my vehicle to me with the check engine light now on. I go back in and notify management. He goes to the paperwork and says the tech says it was on when I arrived and I'm telling him it was not, and the tech knows that too. So when the tech pulled my vehicle to the back, I sat there for about 15-20 minutes before realizing I'd forgotten to ask them to check the motor for my windshield wiper fluid. He comes back out about 5-10 minutes later to inform me that the motor does need to be replaced as well as the one in the back. Looking at the work order you'd think that would have been the first thing the tech would've written on the work order being that he'd already had my truck back there 15-20 minutes, but it was written after this. They refused to admit error (although I have a copy of the inspection that was done by the dealership prior to my purchase of this vehicle just days prior). Not a single light on on the dashboard. Ran like a brand new vehicle. I immediately get on the phone to customer service and file a complaint before even pulling out of the parking space to drive my vehicle home. At this point I'm told I have to wait 2 business days for a callback from the area manager. I raised sand the first two days having to wait for the area manager to call me back....it didn't take them that long to take my money or mess my vehicle up. The area manager never called. It then escalates to the regional manager. I have to wait another 2 days for their call that never comes. I call back at this point it's now being escalated to corporate and I have to wait another 3 business days. When I called back after not hearing from the regional manager in the 2 business days for the complaint to be escalated to corporate, I'm told that there are notes from the area manager Brandon that we spoke, that's a LIE, NEVER spoke to him....to be continued

The staff here are really efficient and friendly. Christian was so helpful and informative. He explained everything and helped me get a Firestone master card with 0 interest for 6 months that allowed me to get the work done. Now I have no worries with my car. What a blessing! Thank you Lord and Thank you Firestone and Christian!

I needed air in my tire do to the weather temperature and I asked them nicely if the could put air in my tire and they do. Amazing staff very professional and kind. Will definitely recommend them all the way. Please come support and do business with them. Thank you guys so much.

Had a family member's car break down in the area. She limped it to Firestone. She was a nervous wreck. They not only took car of her car, they also ensured she got a ride to a hotel (she was traveling back home and was out of state).Car has been running great for several months. Thanks for the great service and knowing that its more than a customer - its FAMILY. I'm proud to be a Firestone customer.

After my horrible experience with Allen's I brought my car here. They had to fix a bad gas leak that Allen's did not tell me about after taking 6 months to repair my car. Firestone had me fixed up in a few days and now my car runs great again. Finally.

Great front office staff. Kyle was able to fix up my AC within 30 minutes. Very honest people. Could have easily tried to pull the wool over my eyes and told me I needed a new part, instead fixed the issue and got my AC blowing cold again!

This is by far the worst place you could possibly go to they dont know what they be talking about when it comes to fixing or finding the problem with your vehicle. I had to get an alignment 5 times after the original one they didnt know what the cause was now Im on my second new front end and its still not fixed correctly save yourself the time to find another place other then this location. Wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

If you want your car to be left all day and the job still not done take it to this place. I brought my car in at a timely manner. The last time we brought it here, we had the same issue!! I believe they have a staffing issue and it has not been resolved. The Bert Kouns shop is so much better, but we bring it here to keep from having to drive another 5-7 miles away. This is my last time patronizing this Firestone due to their service issue.

They were fantastic! The Technician was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he found wrong with my vehicle. The front desk handled everything professionally and willing to work around my schedule.My car is good as new, and they got it done ahead of schedule! Thanks !

Went to get new brakes in Feb of 2023 due to a small squeak noise which was the sensor letting me know that I needed new brakes. I was then told I needed new brakes and rotors. Paid over 1K for this. Left Firestone that day and my car has been making a VERY LOUD squealing noise when I come to a slow stop or when i m pulling off. Embarrassing!!! I have taken my car back to them about 4 to 5 times. I was told it would be fixed each time and it hasn t been fixed. I don t even know if my brakes and rotors were really changed or if they used cheap brakes and rotors instead. Bc there is no way I should still be dealing with this LOUD noise on new brakes. Thought the noise would at least stop but 4 months has passed and this squeal noise is still very LOUD. 1K for brakes and I m still being inconvenienced. One of the guys has been really nice and helpful. But I do feel more could be done to solve this issue that I am having with my car but I don t think they really care about it bc they already got paid for it. The way my brakes sound when I stop now is pitiful. I don t recommend getting a brake or rotor job done by them.

Went in for a tire rotation and alignment. Service was fast and done with great care and professionalism. Only reason for the 4 star rating is because my car was finished before 10 a.m, and I didn't receive a call letting me know it was ready for pickup. I just so happened to check my email and saw the receipt for the service performed. This was at almost 12 p.m

Every time I've had breaks done had new issues, just had front breaks replaced 2 weeks ago and now scrubbing. Told motor mount are bad .coincidentally just happened. Only making noise when beeaking.not showing obvious signs of mounts.never going yo use Firestone again. Been loyal customer for many years since 2oo5 or so.

Mike is a good manager. Put customer at ease. I visited another location maybe three months earlier to purchase four tires, I was quoted over 1,000. Mike sold me a set for 885.
