The front desk assistant Shekia was great but the salesman is a real con artists. Before I was sold a car from here and the salesman promised my windshield, bumper, and back light never fixed it and he told me cause he didn t write it on my paper work he didn t have to fix nothing ! Just want anyone to know if you have any problems with your car get them fixed before you leave the car lot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! R he will mess over you PERIOD and if your a woman please bring a men cause he will get really mouthy when you don t know much about cars.

I bought a vehicle as is from the Auction. I have no issue with the vehicle as I purchased it as is.My issues are:Spoke with Clint who I understand is the general manager and he told me there was possibly a key. The next day there was no key. I was going to have the vehicle towed to the local dodge dealer and have a key made. Clint asked how much I was going to pay the dealer? I told him and he said he can get it done cheaper from a locksmith. I confirmed that if a locksmith was called and I was to be charged it would be a new key. He assured me the key would be new. I paid the $300.00 invoice over the phone.I shipped the truck and received it 2 days later and it was the key he had off the shelf, it was not a new key. It was l used key and had the stock dealer tag on the key and looks worn.This is total misrepresentation and a rip off. Clint also offered to have the vehicle diagnosed for $300.00, I declined this because a dealer would already have diagnosed the vehicle to determine if it was marketable on their lot before putting it up for auction where he would make less profit. Therefore I would again be taken for money for work that was already done, just like the key that was never made.I would stay away from these people as it appears Clint will misrepresent and take your money for services he does not deliver.

I bring all of my vehicles here for minor or major repairs. Chris is our go to mechanic. He has decent fees, provide information about cause of problem, cost of parts. I recommend him to everyone I know that are looking for a mechanic.

My Dealer was Sheka and she was awesome, very thorough. She worked at a steady pace as well . She made sure everything I needed to know about the car was told in detail she was almost like having a human carfax . I would recommend anyone to Sheka top tier customer service . Ms. Shika was amazing very friendly & knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions and help me to get what I needed for my vehicle with out hesitation. This is an employee that will go the extra mile for any customer as she did for me my first day. I would recommend anyone to this dealership anytime.
