I was at the port in Shreveport and getting the runaround from mechanics. When I got in touch with DBD they gave me an accurate arrival. Before coming out, Rick ran me through some checks to see if the problem could be fixed. When he arrived he disassembled the valve and found some blockage. He removed the blockage and put everything back together. The cool part... he didn't over charge or sell me a part I didn't need. Price was fair and service was great! They're locked in my phone in case I need assistance being I'm always in that area. The dude knows his stuff!!!

This man has genuine care for his customers and what he does. I was passing through town and my truck started giving me problems and he helped me get back on the road in no time. 10 out of 10 recommend this man.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Ricky is Top notch. Very informative will talk you through the repairs and explain the causes and solutions, great customer service. Very neat and timely. Shows up and gets the job done

Didn t have physical work done with this gentleman? Spoke to me on the phone for over 20 minutes, helping me to come up with a roundabout diagnosis in what way to go even though he wasn t making a dime off of talking to me. Anyone that does that is worth the weight in salt.
