Requested a quote for a complete differential/axle assembly for one of our rail car movers on Tuesday. Hadn't heard back for several days so called another one of their locations to get the price and received the quote within a few hours. Today (Friday) got a call from this location only to be cursed out and told that they would not be "playing my game" as he could see another branch had already quoted me the axle.Deep South would also not honor the OEM warranty on the part (the axle is a John Deere with a 1 year warranty even when you buy it from somewhere else) on top of being cursed out and taking nearly a week just to get me a quote, I will be hard pressed to ever do business with Deep South. This was a $ 30,000 sale and this is how you treat your customers?

Much respect to the guy named James. He gave me pointers on how to chain the forklift down the right way with me being new to hauling flatbed and he made sure I had it right . He didn't have to do any of that of all he did with coaching me to be safe . Thank you James
