I waited till a bought several cars before I wrote an honest review. So many mixed feelings about this place. I bought several cars that were not listed as running. None were simple fixes, all had destroyed engines. A little heart breaking as you hope one may be an easy fix, not the case so far for me. The one car I bought as a "run and drive" did not drive, and has metal in the transmission requiring replacement. There is no way this car went into gear and moved when they received it. I have no problem with the car needing a transmission but please LIST IT ACCURATELY. The paperwork stuff has all been good, the staff is decent enough inside, no real complaints there, the fork drivers seem pretty good at what they do with no extensive damage from moving the cars around, they seem pretty careful. During loading, its supposed to be time-spaced but remember some people bring 18 wheelers. I've been there as little as 20 mins, and as long as 3 hours to receive ONE car. Its a bit of a clusterF sometimes. Be prepared to wait.

My car was totaled out by my insurance company. My vehicle was taken to coparts . I was suppose to get my belongings out the car. But before i could get my belongings copart auctioned of the vehicle and didnt even give me a chance to get my belongings. No call to give me a chance to come get my belongings. I lost all of my tools and other belongings so they could make there money. I hope i never have to come in contact with this business again. That was very unprofessional in my opinion. But who am i just a person trying to make a honest living. I also blame the insurance company as well. If i hadnt call them i wouldnt even had know where the vehicle was at.

Purchased a vehicle just this week, it said run and drive, normal wear, however, engine is blown up, false advertisement. Also getting out of hand with new charges, if you send a cashier check you have a $20 processing fee. Tell the truth in your posts about the vehicles you're selling. Buyer number 115949, getting ready to be EX buyer! IAA is much nicer people.

Called 5 times in a row since 1:40pm and no one ever came to the phone, I was put on hold without anyone even answering the of course only to hang up the phone

If I could give zero stars I would! By far the worst customer service I have ever received. Shannon needs more experience in handling customers, her temper is extremely short or she simply needs to be moved somewhere that isn't interacting with customers.

The copart app and website Allstate that this location hours for previewing are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday I drove 3 hours just to be turned away because they said their preview hours are only Wednesdays and Thursdays the lady I spoke with was very rude and disrespectful and told me they set their own hours at their discretion.

Their staff is exceptional especially Mrs Erin. There is great customer service at this location in which all are ok but this location i am always in and out with no incidents and i don t know why but they have decent cars like catersville and tifton and not misleading so far. I am never leaving Copart so i will visit other lots but until i do these are my best 3. Stay safe Copart bc you guys are helping us survive and if it s not a run and drive please don t list it as so bc we depend on you guys. Great job. And you guys do need to put the correct thing on the title bc tht also hurts us. If it s hail just put hail not hail and salvage and correct mileage is also necessary which is correct placement and helps us come back and get even more vehicles unless hail is considered salvage but i don t think so but thanks Copart.

Fabricated real information about vehicle took off front grille center star and called it Frontend damage, but was crazy enough to leave the center star emblem in the back seat. Also I have a real mechanic inspecting the car and you will never guess what he found out. This will be my last purchase with Copart. This is my true experience and yes they labeled the car As Is and title clean but when putting the milage on the title correct they put 999999 miles pulling the value off the car, in which the vehicle only has right under 150000 miles. Wow thanks Shreveport.
