Called the place guy said he could have my transmission rebuilt and ready to pick up in a week they did there thing exactly a week later got a call truck runs great shifts great would definitely recommend!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Took my f350 with a 6r140 trans to them. Told them it was making a grinding noise. In lower gear. They told me it was the trans tune from the tunner. Then the drive shaft was to short. Took to my personal mechanic. He confirmed the trans was making grinding noise from the rear of the trans. Pulled pan to find metal in pan. New trans going in Nxt week.

This is absolutely not the place to bring your vehicle. I am a seventeen year old female paying for everything myself. I have two jobs. I brought them my vehicle exactly a month and three days ago. It still is not done. Everytime they give me a date to come pick my car up I get all the way up there because they don t answer the phone, and they tell me oh it s not ready today. Come back on this day and each day they tell me to come back it s still not ready. They are still making me pay full price. MIND YOU I AM SEVENTEEN WITH TWO JOBS PAYING FOR THIS MYSELF! They are making me pay full price and yet my car still isn t done. I came yesterday and they guaranteed me that it would be done today and I came IN BETWEEN MY JOBS to pick it up, and it s not done. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO BRING YOUR VEHICLE!!! They don t call you when something changes!!! Nor do they answer when you call to check on your car!! I am a very patient person, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced anything like this ever. They are rude and always seem to be clueless when asked about the delay. Please do not waste your money or your time on this so call business .Seeing as to I brought my car to them because of the five star ratings...... I am completely not satisfied. I honestly wish I could do this all over and choose somebody else because this is a HORRIBLE experience. If there were an option for Zero stars, I d definitely choose that

Great guys at the shop, very understanding of circumstances and let me store the vehicle for an extended period of time while I needed to get my finances in order.

If u want good service done,Coburns is the place,i took my 2007 Ford Crown Vic to them Feb 22th..it was done and ready March 6..they hve great customer service..Mike is awsome as well as Mac...thank u guys,im a satisfied customer!!!!

He personally took care of me and got me in right away and got me back on the road I was broke down thank you mister carbon for doing the job and not charging me a lot to get me back on the road
