Every time I go in the store it's terrible. They have 2-3 people working at any given time but only one will check you out. Now that they have a self check out they keep the registers closed most of the time to force you to use self check out which would be fine if it worked correctly. Someone else's payment didn't go through so when my husband used it the first time it charged for their stuff too. He went back in and told them they said there is nothing they can do about it. I watched another guy pay for gas and it didn't put it on his pump when he came back in they said because he didn't get his receipt there was nothing they can do and he probably didn't pay for it anyways. If you miss the question about a receipt they informed me that they are unable to print receipts after you pay you have to select that you want a receipt before you pay. Save your sanity and time and go somewhere else.

Manager always seems to be doing something other than waiting on customers....3 employees on shift..1 register open and a line back to the beer cooler.... really. On a daily basis? Really?

Pleasant and helpful staff. Typically has the lowest per-gallon gas price in the area. A very busy store.

I just left the store. I asked the cashier if she knew how much a pack of cigarettes were. She said she didn't so I left it alone. She proceeded to pick up the pack and scan it. I told her I didn't want it and she said she was just checking the price. She then asked me for my ID. I told her it was in my car. More and more customers were coming in and she got louder and proceeded to berate me about not having my ID and how much she has to pay if I don't have it and that others may let me buy but she won't. I had no intention of purchasing cigarettes from there. I just asked a question. After the transaction, I was waiting for the receipt because at this point, I just wanted to get out of there. She got irritated when I asked for the receipt. Her name is Jackie Jones and the transaction is 1454530. The transaction was completed at 7:39am.

There is a mean and very rude lady that works there. All of the other employees are very nice

If someone is scratching ticket's they will let them scratch till they waste their money.In other words they won't run another register and you'll be there along time.Ridiculous. Have scratches move to the side in between purchase. Favor everyone not just just tickets. WTH.

Soda mashing very dirty, I had mold in my drink, from not being cleaned. I stopped by every day, and now I have to go to another store, until the mashing is cleaned. This store is on pines road, in shreveport, remove your long nails and keep your store clean.

Witness a most unprofessional argument between to female employees. Was rude a foul mouthed. Won t stop there again. It has always been my go to stop on my way to and from Shreveport.

Not happy that my usual morning or afternoon stop for the last 20 years has been cluttered now with homeless employees living out of their car on the property and asking customers for money at the gas pump and changing clothes outside the car, etc. It makes me not want to go there anymore, and its been going on for weeks and the management is allowing it despite complaints from customers.

Absolutely terrible. I wish I could just open when or close when ever i felt like it. One day they open the next day they are closed
