We just purchased a Chevy Traverse. We love it!! The staff, Thomas, Justin & Chris provided friendly service, excellent pricing, and a willingness to go above and beyond! Thomas Cooper was our salesperson & was very polite & professional. Also, was pleasantly surprised to see my cousin David Comer. We will definitely recommend Chevyland in Shreveport to our friends and family! Thank you all so much! Great place to buy a vehicle!

OEM parts and excellent service and parts dept!! My experience was very pleasant and my daughter, who works for a local body shop (740 w Bert kouns) also says they sometimes get their parts from yall, and says it's always a great experience and she always buys her parts for her equinox from yall too!

Had an absolutely great experience buying a new High Country 3500HD from The Black Bob Barker. He is a total professional and focused on his customer. We arranged the purchase by phone the day before and then drove 3 hrs to pickup the vehicle. Everything went smooth and we went home completely satisfied.

This has been the best experience in buying a vehicle that we have ever had and we have bought many vehicles over the past 30 years. The salesperson Tripple B or a.k.a The Black Bob Barker was the best Salesperson we have ever dealt with,no pressure ,very knowledgeable, laid back and hilarious kept us in stitches the whole time we were there.We will definitely be repeat customers.

The Black Bob Barker is a special young man. We needed a quality vehicle and we had a set amount. He found us something amazing that we will have until we no longer need to drive. He was patient and did his best. We use to buy from Sil Taylor but The Black Bob Barker is the future.

I had to call numerous times to check on my car, I took it in Monday afternoon and had to call Thursday to see what the diagnostic was and found out it was the transmission. Couldn't give me an exact date to when it will be done and I was already out a car for more than 3 days. Just terrible communication. I talked with a salesman who got me in something else but now I'm paying higher notes and more for this vehicle, its ridiculous.

Job took three weeks to complete. Most of the time was waiting on parts. Very expensive labor charges ($1550) and even added $10 to the wrecker fee. Charged $530 for a starter that you buy the same AC/Delco for $189 at Autozone. Did give a truck to drive which justified some of high pricing but if it could have been fixed in a timely manner there would be no need to loan the truck.

My mother came in for a new car because her old one had stopped. We came to Chevyland for a new vehicle and our salesman Mell Davis was outstanding during the process. Greeted us, took us for a test drive, answered all of our questions, and walked us around to meet the departments. Excellent customer service. We would highly recommend Mell for all your future purchases and trade ins.
