I just posted a five star review on the Google page that this service garage is second to none. When my wife was alive she had a 100% handicap disabled adult brother that had a handicap ramp and van and other mechanical issues that required maintenance. Broadmoor garage has always been on the spot with their professionalism courtesy and knowledge. I recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use them in any future issues I have. My hats off to you Broadmoor garage and thank you very much you are a great organization

Best and fastest service!! No one needs to go anywhere but Broadmoor Garage for inspection sticker! Pleasant waiting area, office personnel go above and beyond to see to your comfort and are very professional. Went to ExxonMobil on Kings and Line and they couldn't get to me until 10 am because they're short handed. I was there at 8:30 am. Never again. It was worth it to go a little further distance and get to the right place and the right people for the job! Top notch, five star service at Broadmoor Garage!

This a great shop, this the only shop in town I trust with my vehicle, they always make sure the job is done correctly, if you re having car trouble this is the place you want to go.

They are kind and very professional. They keep the customer informed and they are upfront about everything. They explain what types of work needs to be done, what work can wait. They seem to be a great business and I appreciate the work they've done for us.

Wonderful work, gave them my car an hour before close yesterday for an alternator replacement and 3 belts. got it back the next day 2 hours before close in better condition than it was previously.

I have been a customer at Broadmoor Garage for over 40 years. The service has consistently been excellent! One of the only remaining family owned businesses in the area where a real live person answers the phone with compassion and expertise.

3 weeks to replace a rear main seal. Car now leaks oil did not prior to repair. Use to be the best garage. Was sold and now I'm not sure what your gonna get!

Brought vehicle in for brake service, diagnosed it needed rear pads and rotors turned. Work completed but brakes still not right. Brought back in and diagnosed it needed master cylinder replaced. Although did not charge another diagnostics charge repair quoted at over $700. Price is high compared to comparable bids and very surprised this was not diagnosed first visit.

When I called to get an estimate, the man on the phone said they don t do estimates over the phone and to bring the car up here so I can look at it. When I arrived with my vehicle, the nice lady up front informed me that I was required to drop my vehicle off and leave it for a day or two for them to diagnose it for a $140 diagnostic fee. I was confused because I wasted an entire trip up there. The man I d spoken with over the phone overheard our conversation and came rushing up from the back and interrupted the nice lady with all of the pertinent information he should ve told me over the phone. He was defensive, argumentative, offered no apologies for my inconvenience, then abruptly dismissed me and stormed off. They might be great mechanics, but I won t have the opportunity to find out because of their abysmal customer service.

These people are rip off artists. Total crooks. Took a car to them years ago and specifically told them to give me an estimate only cause if the repairs were too expensive I would junk the old car. They disregarded my instructions and began repairing it with an outrageous price. When I told them to stop repairs and give me the car back, they told me it was too late because when they took several parts off, they all disintegrated and the car wouldn't start. I was forced to pay for expensive repairs. Now, a few days ago my sister took a car there for a brake job on the recommendation of her friend. They quoted her over $2,200! I found out about this and told her of my experience and their dishonest reputation. She immediately went there and got her car back and they stuck her with a $142 estimate fee! Never do business with them. Dishonest ripoff artists.

At one time you might have been reputable. Not upset you couldnt solve my issue, you tried. But the condition i got my car back in was less then par. Battery cable lose. Rain gaurd passenger front tire lose. And all bolts taken off were not put back on valve cover

Never again! Took almost 4 months to install a slant six in an 85 Dodge Ram. Thats a quarter of a year for Christ's sake! Crate motor that they dropped while unloading, cracked the block, had to order another.

Broadmoor Garage is a local business with really hard working folks. I feel that they were honest and upfront. Even though they stay busy, they were able to get back with us in a timely manner. I never had to wait to talk to someone when I called. Everyone I spoke with was kind and patient. We had to have some extensive work done, but they made sure to get prior approval and to explain everything in detail. I will say that the work we had to have done was very expensive, but we called around to other body shops in the area to get quotes and their prices were at or below fair market value. They were even less expensive than some of the others we got quotes from (including our dealership). Overall, it was a really great experience (besides the awful fact that we were having car trouble!). We are just a week or so out from the service, so we will see how everything holds up, but so far so good.

Truck runs like new with 177,000 miles on it! Great service, the kind that used to be standard but is now hard to find. Not satisfied was charge for a diagnostic, they weren't able to tell me what the diagnosis was....I feel like I should not have been charged bc we still don't know what the problem is, and I still have the problem just out of one hundred and forty five dollar for nothing, and I told the manager that the light to the problem was no longer on bf I brought the car over there, and she said to bring it anyway bc their machine could read it even three days after the light to the problem is not on, but they was not able to read anything, but wanted to get paid, so don't ask for my dam feed back, now talking ab bring it back when it happens again.

Was told they work on cadillacs. Not true they don't work on cadillac engines. Had to be towed to another repair shop. Notified AAA that they towed me to a shop thar doesn't work on my kind of car

I'm unfortunately one of those girls that knows nothing about cars at all. I had an accident last Friday that destroyed my rims and tires and this business was right in front of where it happened so I went to them. I'm so glad I did. They were so nice to me and helped me through everything. The pricing was really good and I was not taking advantage of in any way. A lot of shops could have easily overcharged me and convinced me I needed more but they got me exactly what I needed without pushing for more. 10/10 recommend, amazing service, and great people.Service: Tires
