i read the reviews and thought this was a reputable place but ladies be warned. they will try and slide all sorts of issues with your car on you if you dont look like you know a car like your backhand. i went in for a small oil leak and the owner said he would have to disassemble my engine and leave it overnight. well a week later and the drip stopped and my cars as fine as ever.Service: Oil change

The best people! My GF and I broke down outside of Shreveport. We got towed to Blanchard Auto Repair. They repaired the coolant hose that blew, but unfortunately there was a ton of oil in the coolant reservoir. They advised that imthe car most likely had a blown head gasket and wouldn't make the rest of our trip. They went out of their way trying to help us. We still had to drive to Auburn, AL. The helped us look for rentals and search for places where we could haul the car back to Auburn. They gave us water and did absolutely everything they could to keep our stress levels down. They were kind and honest people. They looked to take care of us rather than charge for work that wasn't needed. I would 100% suggest this shop. They are also dog friendly! Kind, honest, and caring people...everybody from the manager, front desk, to the mechanics. Wholesome people. Thank you Blanchard Auto Repair. Many blessing to you. Thank you for helping us when we were in need.

Highly recommend! My daughter was broke down near Shreveport in the late afternoon over 1000 miles from home. The family at Blanchford Auto Repair got her in right away and had her back on the road within hours. The folks here were very helpful, understanding and reasonably priced . Blanchard Auto Repair are true miracle workers!! They went over and above in repairing my son's Mini Cooper in time for our road trip to Florida. Jenny and the rest of the team are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to their customers needs. They really worked a miracle in getting the vehicle diagnosed and repaired all in the same day! Even worked over time to assure we would be able to get on the road. The icing on the cake was when they told me how much the cost would be. Way less than what I had anticipated, which was a blessing! Thank you Jenny!! My family and I were down visiting relatives in the area from Nashville, TN. On the way down our check engine light came on and the engine was clearly not operating as intended. We were referred to Blanchard Auto and took it in. My goodness these are GREAT people! They got us in quickly, diagnosed the issue effectively and got us back on the road! I cannot say enough how much we appreciate how fairly priced and well done the work they did for us was and if we ever again need auto repairs done in that area I know exactly where I m going!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Robert met me in the office right away and was able to immediately diagnose the problem with the transmission. Work was completed in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Did a great job. They got it done quick and van is now working good. I still have to go back because I needed my truck for work but it s even better they allow me to bring it in around my schedule l. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic.

The woman who works there is SO RUDE ...i have given them a few hundred dollars to fix my sons car and to do other things for me....no more. Went to get my crankshaft position sensor replaced. They did a damn good job and it was performed faster than I expected. Customer service and friendly. I'll 6e making sure they're my go to spot for automotive work

I must say another repair shop had my van for 3 weeks before they even started on it. I had it towed to Blanchard Automotive and it was ready to go the next day. Now that's customer service at its best.

Blanchard Auto Repair is an amazing place Robert and Kenny where super friendly and awesome people and very knowledgeable , I HIGHLY recommend this place for all your automotive needs. I will most definitely use these guys again.

Everyone was rude and waited over 20mins for an inspection sticker to be completed and over the 20mins they said they can't do it cuz it was raining outside and it wasn't even raining outside

These guys charge 85 dollars an hour, which in and of itself is ridiculous. They can't even replace a simple thermostat correctly which makes their labor charges even more ridiculous. Manager is very rude. Do not recommend. Then after I requested my money back because they didnt fix the problem, they post my name on a sign in the office saying they couldn't service me. lol they dont need to worry, I wont be returning.
